Everyone on the sales team was exceptional. Tom blew me away with his friendly demeanor and his attitude towards me getting into a car that was a great fit for me. I don t remember the name of the gentleman that worked out the money side but he really did everything he could to make it happen. The financial lady was super nice and made it quick to finish up. The manager even went above and beyond. Every single person in this dealership I interacted with was excellent and I will recommend them to anyone!

Be very cautious when doing business with this company.Purchased a vehicle with the guarantee of a 100+ point inspection and clean carfax and title. Come to discover after having the car serviced with their in store service department more than 4 times. This vehicle was indeed in a wreck and I had been sold the vehicle under false guarantees.When brought to their attention they refused to do anything to assist with repairs or to rectify the issue.This company will lie to you just to make a buck. If you choose to buy, please have your vehicle checked by an independent third party prior to purchase.

Ryan and Tom are what you would call the dream team! They will bend over backwards to find the perfect vehicle for you. There were many nights that they stayed after hours to assist me due to my crazy work schedule. They even remembered my birthday!:)SLC Mitsubishi demonstrates the GOLD STANDARD of customer service and expertise!I will be coming back for years to come!

My sales rep Ryan was great. Understood exactly what I wanted and did exactly that. Had no issues communicating with him nor getting everything ready for my new vehicle. Aria and Ryan were really very helpful today! The dealership had an as on Facebook about a your job is your credit sale, and I came down to the dealership to see if there was any way to get into a vehicle today. I wasn t sure if I would be able to because I know that my credit score really sucks.They both helped me to actually get into a vehicle today, and I absolutely thought that they were going to tell me No, because of my credit score!This is a very big Thank You to both of them!They were Awesome!!!!

Wonderful top notch service! Brad helped us with all are needs and questions. He was so professional and educated in all of our inquires. Obviously, we wanted something that consumed less gas and still went faster than our Cadillac! We are just moving to the Utah area and he was quick and efficient at getting our quote and test drive. I purchased my vehicle from them about a year and a half back. They were all very kind and thoughtful. I was looking for a used car, I left with a brand new Mitsubishi, and a fabulous warranty! I have had 3 different interactions with the service center and they have also been wonderful. Yesterday I showed up 30 min late and they were so understanding, luckily they were still able to get my car in. They also wash the outside of my car every time. I always leave in a good mood. Great people work here! Stop by and say Hi

This was my second time coming to Salt Lake Mitsubishi. I loved my first car and wanted to upgrade to a newer model. Brad set me up with an appointment that fit my schedule and was amazing at getting the car I decided on ready to go. They were so friendly and made me and my husband feel right at home while we waited for everyone to dot the "i"s and cross the "t"s. I will be coming back for years to come.

All I can say is wow!!! Despite impeccable credit the manager had difficulties getting us a loan within our budget. He went way over and above for many hours finding us terms that we could feel comfortable with. And the remainder of the staff were equally helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend going to Salt Lake Mitsubishi for any of your car buying needs

BRAD IS KING!! Walked into the lot just to do some window shopping as I am looking around for a new car and immediately something was different. I was approached by a gentleman named Brad who DID NOT in any way make me feel pressured, stuck, or like I was being "Sold". He helped me narrow down my search and let me in on some info about various models that fit my needs. When I was ready to go he confirmed his contact info and wished me safe travels. I will be returning to purchase from Brad and I hope others get so lucky as to have him assist them as well. YOU'RE THE MAN BRAD!

I went to Salt Lake Mitsubishi and was helped by Brad he was amazing. I was trying to get a Ford Mustang and there was another gentleman that was going for the same car. Brad was very knowledgeable about his trade, very professional and fun to be around. Unfortunately gentalmen that was going for the same car at the same time was approved before me but Brad did everything possible to help me. thank you it was a fun environment to be in 9Tom the manager was super funny

Saw the place online, decided to call in to inquire about the vehicle. When negotiating the price of the vehicle which they were charging full MSRP for, the agent asked their manager to give me a sort of discount, and the manager smugly said I m not giving no discount if he doesn t like the price have him go elsewhere. I was in much need of a vehicle and should have went elsewhere. While filling out paperwork, I looked around the place for any legal signs of any fees, and didn t see anything about dealership doc fees, while the agent expressed they are required. the next week when I went in to finish signing my contract I saw a sign on their finance window a sign reading dealership doc fees are not required looks like they took it down while I was purchasing the vehicle. I may sound super naive but this was my first vehicle purchase and I was treated like trash. Ended up paying 800$ for dealership fees. The agent never mentioned any promises to fix the small issues with the vehicle, which were non-fuctioning interior lights and half of the power window buttons did not work, the agent also didn t mention the side swipe on the vehicle which was hard to see at night in their unlit parking lot. Went in to have my small issues fixed and they mentioned they only switched the lightbulbs which would go out once a week, I replace them myself instead of wasting hours of my day going there. When I asked for them to look into the problem I was asked to pay 100$ a hour for them to look into electrical problems. Which this was not covered under my warranty (which covers issues AFTER purchase) the dealership asked me to possibly pay for the damages if the warranty doesn t cover it again AFTER the fees will be assesed. I d never buy another car here even if they paid me. Complete trash service. I ve never heard a sales manager say if he doesn t like the price have him go elsewhere.

Charlie, was great to work with on our purchase of our Mitsubishi Outlander 2023He really made sure our needs were met with the vehicle. The financing also was great to work with. Nice and professional, the whole team in general was great!Highly recommended to shop and do business here at Salt Lake Mitsubishi!
