They helped me fix my Subie in a pinch and everyone was so nice! We're in the middle of a road trip and I can't believe they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. Luckily for me they had the part! Just super grateful for the team here for getting it done so quickly, too.

Moved to town with my Subaru and have had it serviced here a few times. Prompt, very friendly (even when I drive in the wrong door haha), and a nice place to sit while you wait. They have a little outdoor dog area if you happen to have your critter with you.

I don't leave a lot of negative reviews, but hopefully this will prevent someone else from an experience like the one I've had with the service department at Mark Miller Subaru. When I first called to get a quote on getting my blind spot sensor calibrated, I was told by the operator that the service manager that there was no such thing. I should have looked elsewhere right then and there. Knowing that it IS a thing, I persisted and was connected with a different service manager who confirmed that they could perform this service and quoted me a very specific price to have it done. I should have gotten that in writing.I scheduled an appointment and when I went in this morning, I was told a very different price, more than 2.5X what was originally quoted. I was told that there was nothing they could do about that and the price is what it is. Frustrating.I ended up leaving without getting any work done. Even if it ends up costing more somewhere else, I'd rather pay someone I can trust. Hopefully you won't waste your time here like I did.

I took my Subaru Crosstrek in because the air conditioner wasn't working. This is the second time in 2 years that it has stopped working. I had Mark Miller replace the compressor the first time so I figured it would be under warranty. That wasn't the case. In fact, they told me it would cost about $2,000.00 to get it working again. Not only that, they told me that I had oil mixing with the coolant in the coolant reservoir, which meant that there was a head gasket issue and that they quoted me approximately $5,000.00 to repair. They said it would cost between $7,000.00 and $8,000.00 for both. I didn't have that kind of money at the time, so I drove it home and drove it lightly for a few weeks, then took it to another mechanic. The other mechanic also saw oil mixed with the coolant in the overflow reservoir, but when they looked at the radiator their was no oil in the radiator. So they did a radiator flush and told me to drive it for a few hundred miles and see if there was still a problem. After a few months of driving there was still no oil present in the engine cooling system. I don't know if oil was deliberately placed in the reservoir or if it was put in there accidentally. I just know that I almost paid upward of $8,000.00 for an issue I already paid them to fix and a head gasket rebuild that I didn't need. I don't know if I just got a dishonest service advisor and/or mechanic that day, or what. It was the end of the month and I know that they have monthly quotas and incentives. Maybe that's it. I'm just so glad I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion.

I needed a repair on my 2019 Forester involving a coolant valve. I am happy to say the service shop turned a frustrating situation into a positive outcome. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate it and I will likely go back.

I had my 2nd bad experience at this location this morning. A few months ago I had a scheduled oil change and when I got there the wait was going to be 60-90 minutes just to be seen. So I'm not sure what good scheduling an oil change does if you go when they're busy. This morning I was going in for a service and I got there and followed the only instructions I was given which was to drive to door 3 or 4. The sign there on the bay door said to drive in after the door auto opens. Which I did but that was the end of helpful signs and not one employee (and there were a LOT) standing around ever made eye contact or said they'd be with me or asked me what I was there for. So I pulled up further into the bay behind another car and sat there for a minute then the car pulled through. So I pulled up more and stopped where that car had been for a minute and again, no one acknowledged me or said they'd be with me or gave me instructions. Nothing. So i thought maybe I needed to pull into the next area where the other car went. Which ended up being the work area and again, there was one guy who smiled at me as he walked past but didn't even pause for me to ask him if anyone at any point was going to help me. So after waiting there for 5 minutes I left and made an appointment at another service center location where hopefully my existence will at least be acknowledged. And I won't be frustrated. I didn't have time or patience to try the gauntlet again and maybe flash someone to get their attention which is apparently what it would have taken.
