Kudos to Andrew!! We got a rock chip on the highway and were thinking about doing it at home with a self repair kit from online, but then decided to do it with a professional glass guy. We are so glad that we did!Andrew came by our house and only took like 15min to do the magic. While he was working on it, I asked a couple questions about a windshield and he was very nice to answer all the questions and told me cool facts about it.Now, not only I know more about windshield, but also I know a guy who we can trust when we get our windshield cracked!! Very professional and super nice.100% recommend

absolutely the worst buy far glass company I have ever dealt with and I'm 60! The first windshield was a second, the second one seems ok now,m BUT the INSTALL was horrific there is so much damage around the glass (paint chips, glue) that it will have to go to the body shop....DON'T waste your time or money here, even though they are an American family preferred provider! RUN RUN RUN

Had a great and professional experience with GA. Came to my house and within an hour had replaced a windshield. Prices are very competitive. Would highly recommend GA for glass replacement.

Absolutely excellent work on my Corvette at a fair price. I was very worried about scratches or smudge marks left by the technician because this is a show car for my detailing / coating business, but Dustin was extremely careful, deliberate, courteous and skillful, and left no scratches or smudges. I will recommend to all. Thank you!

Worst customer service experience. Called to make an appointment a week and a half in advance. Day of the appt no one calls to tell when they are coming, I end up calling them and they put in a work order even though we already had an appt. Technician showed up and says that if we are using insurance to pay the. That has to be taken care of before the installation we were not told this before the service, it hadn t even come up. So the tech left we sorted out our billing and called to reschedule another appt. Two days later technician comes, does a great job but breaks something cosmetic, he said that will have to be fixed and that someone will be out the following day. We paid already. No call the next day and now two days later no call. I call and they put in another work order. Still waiting for a technician to come fix it .Service: Auto windshield repair

Larry B and Andrew R replaced my rear passenger door window. Very friendly and professional guys, very good at their jobs. I would definitely recommend Glass America and these two technicians for any auto glass work! Their customer service people were great too, helping me get on the schedule and set up quotes and billing very easily and hassle-free. Mike from Glass America did an above and beyond job installing my windshield after a dumptruck entering the highway chipped it then the crack spread across the entire windshield. Mike was awesome, the price was great, and Chris who I communicated the scheduling with was helpful as well.Already recommended to family as their prices beat everyone else I talked to and their quality was as good as you can get without paying over 3x more for OEM glass (which came in at just under $900).Service: Auto windshield repair

This review is about Glass America's location at 2850 S Redwood Rd in West Valley City, Utah. On Thursday, Dec 9, 2021, I called Glass America to replace my hatchback window. The rep I spoke to told me they have the window in stock, and I can get it replaced the next day (Friday, Dec 10th). When she mentioned it was a tinted window, I told her that my car didn't have a tinted window, and she argued with me it was a "protection tint" and not a dark tinted window. The following day I got a call from the man who was supposed to install the window telling me that he would be at my place within the hour. I asked him if there would be an issue installing the window because it was snowing. When he didn't give me a straight answer, I told him I would be willing to come to their shop so there would be no issues. So, I drove 30 minutes out of my way to help make sure this process went smoothly. Yes, I volunteered to do so because I have heard many horror stories about windows that leak after being installed incorrectly. My thought was to do everything I could to prevent future issues.When I arrived, my car was taken in, and about 15 minutes later, the tech came out to tell me it was not the correct window. He proceeded to call and find out about another window that would be more expensive and told me it would not be in until Tuesday. My one-star review about the location is not because the wrong window came in, or it would not be until Tuesday that the correct one would be in stock. The review is there total lack of regard for my time was wasted and how I was treated as a customer by such a horrible and disgusting staff. It was clear by their casual attitude they could care less about the mistake. I want to be clear that this does not excuse the company for ordering the wrong product after I specifically told them that my windows were not tinted.In my opinion, the staff at the location on Redwood Rd in West Valley City, Utah, are incredibly disrespectful of their customer's time and are not very good at resolving problems. I hope people will learn from my mistake and not give this location their business. I would like to point out, that of 52 google reviews, only four of them are one star. It usually has to be a pretty bad experience and poorly run place for me to give a one star review. I usually only tell about the good experience i have with companies.

The whole experience was 5 stars! I had quotes from 3-4 different Auto Glass companies, and Glass America was very personable and prompt. The amount they quoted was the exact amount I paid. (Other companies gave a quote with small asterisk with other fees.) They come to you (mobile service)- I would've paid extra just for that service, but they ended up being the cheapest quote anyway. The technician was professional and did a fantastic job.

The technician James was very professional, fast, and friendly. Chris the sales rep was also very friendly. Overall I highly recommend working with this company, I had a great experience from start to finish. This is the second time we've used Glass America. They're service and workmanship is exceptional each and everytime. Plus they much cheaper than their competitors. We will always use these guys in the future. Nate and James deserve a raise.

They were a little cheaper than everywhere I called. My tech (Larry?) was great at communicating a time while trying to fit in the replacement around the rain we were getting for a couple of days. He was crazy fast and it looks great.

I needed the windshield replaced in my Lexus SC430, a sport convertible with a retractable hard top.This was a complicated job which involved removing several pieces of hardware from the engine compartment and moldings and hardware from the cabin in order to get at the windshield.The technician from Glass America arrived at my house exactly when he said he would and his appearance and demeanor put me immediately at ease. This guy knew what he was doing. He worked without stopping for 1/1/2 hrs and did an impeccable job. I couldn't be more satisfied with Glass America and highly recommend them. I know I will never use anyone else in the future.

Chris Young is amazing! I had a sizable rock chip in the windshield of my new car! I was so frustrated especially since I am on the road all the time. Chris actually came to where I was at and was friendly and professional. He also was knowledgeable and I was thrilled with how perfect my windshield looks. I hope for no more rock chips, but if I do, I know who to call!

Terrible.The tech messed up my time slot, I called when they were 30min late to my appointment window. He apologized and said I d be first thing tomorrow and the dispatch would call me right back with a new time slot.Dispatch never calls.I call first thing the next morning and I m told they can t do it till the next day.That s 3 days of back and forth and missed work. This is a review for Glass America's national call center. You do not actually speak with the local office. I was given the contact info for Glass America by Geico for a claim on a windshield and sunroof. The phone call with Glass America and Gieco happened on Jan 27. Four weeks go back with no contact from Glass America. I call them. They forgot to order the glass. I call back on March 15 to see what is going on. Geico denied their labor costs on Feb 25th. I heard zero from them ever. The people you get on the phone are nice and helpful but their process and procedures are not being followed by their people.
