Friendly sales person. Bought 2015 jeep Cherokee had it just one day short of a month and now have it in the shop to replace radiation purge valve and 2 pressure sensors. And just now getting my plates had to call to get those. Won't recommend them to anyone.

So far my experience with these guys have been a dead end. I ve filled out the application online was told we got approved for a loan $2,000 down payment with a monthly payment of $340 a month. He mentioned that he was waiting for another bank to get back to him. Cool I d like to know what their offer is so he stated he was going to call me back a couple hours pass no call back. I finally call a little pass 5 and come to find out the bank was closed. You would think that little information would be relayed back to me to keep me in the loop. Nope, no follow ups! Finally I waited until Saturday for a follow up I called around 12 and the guy said he hasn t heard anything yet and asked if we can put $3000 down payment. Now the down payment went up $1000 more. Very inconsistent no follow up obviously customer service ethics are a issue here.
