The whole team here is fantastic. Everyone is polite and professional. The Manager Liv does an excellent job and you can tell she cares about the customers and employees. You can tell a lot about a place by how Management treats employees. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing an oil change. Great service and fantastic employees.

Amazing service at the Baxter Drive location. The whole staff was friendly, quick and efficient with getting my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed. Liv and Hailey are the best. Liv even got me a car wash specifically for my undercarriage. So happy I came to this location.

Very fast and professional. I showed up 15 minutes before close and they got my oil changed and my emissions tested in time. Liv was the manager and took care of me and was very thorough with everything.

This place is great. I had the oil changed on my truck. The coolest thing about this shop was that it was all women working on my truck. How wonderful is that! They did a great job changing the oil and giving some helpful information. I'm always going back to this shop from now on.

A one-of-a-kind experience. I think they re new to our market so I decided to give them a try today and I m glad I did. They have this process figured out better than anyone. Not only was it the best oil change experience I ve ever had but probably the best customer service experience ever. They know what they re doing, and how to do it. They made recommendations but did not pressure me into buying anything extra. They were so professional and thorough. You can tell they care about every step of the process, down to how they handle the reminder stickers. Impressive is an understatement.

I love coming here for my oil changes because the staff is trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I have been coming to this specific location (South Jordan) for the last 2-3 years and I do not plan on going anywhere else!

Had an emissions test, technician didn t seem to know what he was doing (in training?). Got my stickers and thought I was done. Fast forward a year later: I go to renew my registration online and learn that Valvoline never submitted my results to the dmv, so I only ever had a temporary registration and now I have to go to the dmv in person to straighten things out. Initially, I thought this had happened at our nearby Jiffy Lube in South Jordan, so I called there and explained what happened. The manager apologized for my experience, and she said to come in and this year s emissions test would be on them. BUT then I realized in looking at my paperwork that it had been Valvoline on Baxter Dr that had made the error. So I called Valvoline and the experience was starkly different. No apology, that manager blamed it on the computer system (maybe that s true, but that s still the business s fault, not mine), no words like, I m so sorry that that was your experience, etc., and she certainly wouldn t comp this year s emissions test. Based on my experience, guess where I am going for this year s emissions test? Not this place! I m going to the Jiffy Lube that knows how to treat their customers.

First of all, it was great to see a couple females in this field. It was very welcoming! Olivia and her team not only changed my oil, but I kindly asked if they could remove my skid plate that was just dangling on there and they were generous enough to do so!! Thank you again! If you ever need your oil changed, this is the place to go! Hopefully they ll be a team for a long time!

I ve been there twice with two different cars.Both times I waited for less than 5 min to get in and it took about 20 min for an oil change.They re super fast and friendly.Very convenient! This is my go to for oil changes for now.

I will never go to this location again. I will take my business back to Draper. There is a woman who works there who seems to be miserable and hate her job and doesn t want business. She s very rude I left without even having my car serviced.

Was nervous about taking an Audi here and we had a few hiccups but the Valvoline team made it right. The area manager Kaleb did a stand up job turning a tricky situation into a good outcome and does good business. Very appreciative of the team here.

The employees here were so great!!! They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my oil change went smoothly. They were also great about changing out a windshield wiper, even though it turned into a 3-part saga.
