I have been using Jiffy Lube with all of my company vehicles for almost 20 years.I retired this year and bought my last company vehicle and moved after being in Wesvalley for 30 years.I was looking for a Jiffy Lube for my new house location in Herriman Utah. I found this Jiffy Lube because it s very close to where I can get a good car wash, I ve had my vehicle in three times since the beginning of this year, four a complete oil change service and some light problems. Their service is so spot on and the employees are some of the best I ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I can get my complete history of my vehicle services with them at any time. The manager treats me like A good friend. Thank youJim

Had a serpentine belt and AC unit replaced here a few months back. Everything was fixed in an orderly fashion and my car is running as smooth as ever!

Love the team here! They take great care of me every time I visit, and they're so cheerful! I feel like they have my automotive back. Also love the service of adding my VIN to my catalytic converter! Sad we need to do that!

I went into get my emissions done and they were SO amazing!!. They were some of the nicest workers ever. They were always smiling and helped me with my concerns and needs. The wait wasn t long at all. They got me in and out. I would highly recommend this location. My fianc� and I came in with squeaky brakes and Michael, Andy, and the team were incredibly helpful! They were very straightforward with the needs of our car and provided great advice for how to maintain top performance of our minivan since we are on an extended road trip. We would highly recommend coming to this Jiffy Lube for any servicing needs!! Thank you team :)

Came here today for an oil change and registration. Hands down the best experience I ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube and probably any repair shop. They were very kind and took the time to understand what I needed. Didn t try pushing services I didn t need and explained clearly the services I did need. Very friendly group and we will for sure be returning here before going anywhere else.

Great experience! Thanks Mike!Go now for $20 off special for new location:)Mike, the Manager was friendly and helpful. He asked the typical up-sale- do you want new filter this is what yours looks like your wiper blades have a little wear your coolant could be topped off. That is expected but the nice part was he wasn t super pushy and annoying like some of the other locations. I will drive a little further to go here and avoid the obnoxious- try to get an extra sale.Mike also took the time to explain oil type recommendations and optimum tire pressure for wear and tear and gas usage.Building is beautiful, roomy, and clean. Nice place to relax for a minute.Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service! I was nervous to go, but the manager was very kind and helpful. I got an oil change plus a brake inspection and other information about my vehicle for the price of an oil change. All done in an hour even with another vehicle ahead of me. Truly a "jiffy." There's also wi-fi in the waiting room. I recommend using one of their gift certificates.

Update: I ended up having to go back after speaking with the manager mike . he redid all the paper work to register my car in utah. i recommend you go when mike is there he s the manager. he is very nice and knowledgeable. thank you did not have a good experience coming to get my emissions test, vin check and safety check. i do not recommend getting any job done here if they can t do a simple task like this. i had to tell the mechanic how to fill out the safety test paperwork on the dmv website because he didn t know how to do it. i got there at 8 am one of the attendants said they were done but after only 15 minutes but checking the paperwork they had missed doing the safety test. after leaving to work i had to turn around and go back to get the paperwork signed because the tech forgot to do it. there is also discrepancies in the mileage they put on both papers my car has 156k miles they put 12k miles in one of the papers and 120k on the other. i don t think i m going to get my registration done. so two hours wasted out a total of out $130 bc i lost work and still the job wasn t done correctly.

Everyone here is so kind! Thomas broke down the price of everything, added discounts where he could and did not try and upsell me on anything. The whole team is awesome and clearly works their tails off (like seriously, give these guys a raise!) to get people in and out as soon as possible without sacrificing care or quality. We picked up a nail or foreign object somewhere between Heber, Sandy and Taylorsville while visiting and decorating our loved ones gravesites. While heading home to Springville, we drove past an open Jiffy Lube and decided to turn back and see if they could remove the object and repair the tire for safety reasons. Mike, the store manager, said to pull right up and they would take a look. Long story short, Mike and his team removed the object, repaired the tire and balanced the tires. We are happy with the friendliness, professionalism and willingness to help us out on a busy holiday weekend. Mike made some tire recommendations and told us to stop back by when we were ready to purchase a set of tires. We will! We had a beautiful day visiting loved ones and recalling memories and now we have our positive interaction with Mike and his team to add to our memories of a beautiful day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!Service: Tires

The men here at this Jiffy lube are super respectful! Offered a coupon available to be applied to my oil change before I even tried asking. Offerred to put on my new plates on for me -hearing me say I had just come from the dmv (didnt have them yet though) Super quick kind service!! Drove from Lehi to this location on purpose- because of the store rating. It did not dissapoint at all, best experience. This will be the one i'll be back to!! Thanks guys!!

Leaked oil all over my driveway after an oil change. Went back in to have them look at it and the guy said he had to clean off spilled oil and tighten the filter... I now remember why I have refused to go to places like this for 2 decades.
