Within 50 miles of having my oil changed here, the oil filter housing failed due to being over torqued and all the engine oil was dumped on I-15. Hoping I was able to stop in time to save the engine on an almost new vehicle.

I had such a good experience at Grease Monkey! Apparently my K5 takes a special oil filter and I tried going to the other South Jordan location and they said they didn't have one but would call me same day when they got it from the shop. They never called me so I decided I didn't want to give my business to them.Josh made sure they had the oil filter in stock at his location and didn't try to upsell me on anything. As a woman it's nice to be treated with respect when it comes to car things and not taken advantage of! I had a $20 off coupon which Josh actually ended up adding am extra $5 off to which was great. I will definitely be coming here for future car needs!

I had a really experience at Grease Monkey.I have gone to Jiffy lube forever, but the last three times I've gone there it's taken over 2 hours to get my oil changed (sometimes when there's only one car ahead of mine that's nearly done/I'm the only car). This is all to say this was not my experience at Grease monkey at all. They took getting my oil changed seriously and did it quickly and efficiently.Also I love that they have later hours, the reason I wasn't able to get my oil changed sooner was trying to balance work with other places hours.I would recommend taking your car to Grease Monkey the next time you need an oil change.

the rep was awesome. He got me a coupon and did the oil change, cabin filter and air filter for $75 cheaper then the dealership!! awesome guys and will continue to take my car here and now my grandmas car as well. Great guys!!

Very friendly & helpful staff. However this is the very first time I haven t been escorted into sales/waiting room & signed my car in as to EXACTLY what kind of oil change I wanted. When I went to service bay, the young man said Yiu got synthetic last time, so that s what we re doing. WHAT?? They started without seeing exactly what customer wanted????

As usual (because I always go to my South Jordan) Grease Monkey did an outstanding job! They were fast, friendly and thorough. I didn t have a coupon and they still gave me a filter discount.

First time coming to this location, will always come back to this one for any vehicle needs. Mechanics at this location are great unlike some of the others I have been too. They completed my oil change so quick I was able to be in and out and there open till 7 which is always a plus!

This Grease Monkey was excellent! They were very knowledgeable about what I needed for my truck. They were efficient, very friendly, and helpful. They had us in and out in no time I would highly recommend this business!

Both Vicky and the manager s name that I did not catch were great! They helped me quickly and I feel like the manager was so personable and told me what he honestly thought rather than what made the company more money! Because of that I did end up getting two extra services I did not plan on paying for when I drove up.The only knock I have is that I wanted to get my tires rotated and they did not have a socket that fit my lugnut so that was a little disappointing.

Super fast! And great location - right next to Mod Pizza so I walked over and got something to eat. Then after the oil change I went to Auto Zone next door to get a new battery. Guys were nice. Watched Maverick in the wait room.

The gentleman that helped me today was nothing less than perfect. I m kinda old and forgetful and not too computer savvy and he sat down with me and explained everything about getting my car licensed and registered and was extremely kind and patient.My name is Paula Gilbert and I brought my car in on Wednesday Dec 6th. They were incredibly helpful they did everything I needed they even gave me a bit of a discount because I couldn't wait until the first Wednesday of next month because I needed to have my license plate updated and they did that for me and took care of other important issues and I have several more I have to do each month for the next several months so I love the way I was treated thank you so much

Was very impressed with the service we recieved here at Grease Monkey. The wait was a little long, but with service like this I understand why. They got us in a quickly as possible, were informative, and helpful. Nick and Cason were personable and kind and went above and beyond for us. There was no funny business and no pressure involved which I appreciate at any shop car related. Would recommend to anyone!

Love coming to grease monkey, this has been by far my favorite location in south Jordan. Kazen and Nick are the best, they took care of all my car needs. Highly recommend them to everyone.

This is an amazing Grease Monkey!!! I will always be a return customer after today. Manager Cody was so efficient and worried about my time more than his own. I can t say enough good things about this establishment. I have already shared my awesome experience with my boyfriend. Can I give them a negative star?! So, I went to get my emissions at the same store I ve been going to for the past 7 years without any issues. I maintain and upkeep all my vehicles. Now, all of the sudden my emissions failed because I only have 1 O2 sensor instead of 2. As, I mentioned I maintain all my vehicles to a high standard. I am very upset!

Great, fast service with an extra touch! Honored my coupons for emissions/registration and oil change (discount for bringing my own full-synthetic oil), finished in 30-40 min. despite 3-4 cars in front of me, and carnation offered on the way out!

5/5 Great communication, fast service, helps you understand what you ask---My wife's car needed an oil change and with a high recommendation we came to Greasemonkey. Even without the bias of high praise, these guys have really been on top of it. I had called ahead and they walked us through how we could be helped. I asked costs, and they gave me options. Just all around a very helpful and quick experience. Would recommend even at the slightly higher cost.

I have been coming here since i started driving and I wouldn t think of going somewhere else! They are always so helpful and quick to get me in. They always treat me with a smile and never make me feel like a hindrance! They always get my car done quick and efficient and even do free top offs for all the fluids!
