Great honest shop! It's not often you take a car in for repairs and walk away with the bill being less than originally quoted! They are so great to work with and do not up sell or make unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend!

I was in South Jordan for a training event and only had a few minutes to get a slow leak repaired. I called Shane and he got me all taken care of. I would highly recommend Tire Pros to anyone. Even though I don t live in South Jordan, this may be my go to tire and repair place from now on. They treat you like family.

My family has used Clayton's for years and years. It's a family owned business that always treats you fairly, honestly, and does great work. Just leveled up my f150 and it looks and drives great!

Shayne was awesome! He helped me research ALL of my options when it came to replacing my truck s wheels and tires. He was super helpful and took extra time explaining things I didn t understand and answering my questions. Shayne was quick to get the tires to the shop and quick to put them on my truck.

Clayton's Tire Pros is the best tire shop I have ever used, and I've been to quite a few!Everyone is nice and jovial. The work is done correctly and if there's ever an issue, it gets taken care of!Sure, they're busy...gee, I wonder why? Obviously I'm not the only one that knows just how good they are.Use these guys or wish you had.

I called in because I had found certain tires on consumer reports that had super high ratings for my vehicle so I wanted to know how mich to mount and balance. They wowed me when they said they had the tires in stock! I could save a significant amount buying online but they quoted me a price with a tire plan that seeks fair and I figured it was worth it to have the insurance and not have to wait for tires to get shipped to me.Went in, and the first visit was great.Took my car in for rotation on time and loved the tires. Well, somehow I had a sidewall "cut" or whatever but I knew it wasn't a simple patch. I went in and was told I DIDNT have any warranty or protection and had to buy a new much inferior tire just to get out of there. Shame on me for not verifying they were honest about the insurance part but I was referring people to them and I will not any more. I also will not even take my own tires in despite them being so close to my house. I was SUPER disappointed in the outcome and the "sucks to suck" attitude of the counter person. I wish ibhad asked for a repri t of my invoice they looked up but make sure you check your invoice and make sure you verify they are doing what they said they would.Reply since I can't do it under theirs.I do not own a Volvo. Don't know whatninvoice you're making up to try and save face. My frustration is I literally told the guy behind the counter I wanted insurance. I was happy to pay. They made it seem like I did. When I needed it, I didn't have it. You lost an up sale and a customer buddy. Making up vehicle info to act like you looked me up is pretty low. I'd NEVER own a Volvo.While I do appreciate the response I do NOT appreciate the dishonesty and lack of service that ended up costing me more money when I explained myself thoroughly when I came in to get the tires.

Very happy. Needed 2 tires and Big O quoted me $324 out the door for 65k mile tires, assumed what I wanted, and were a tad pushy. Here, Shane quoted me $196 out the door for 50k mile tires, was more friendly, and not pushy at all. Here wins by a landslide. The lady I talked to was very nice, too. They appear to be busy with other happy returned customers, which seems a good sign. If any unpleasant surprises come up I ll update this review but so far I would recommend this place both for better prices and customer service. Thanks you guys!

These guys were so good to us! We were here from out of town and our boat trailer got a flat. They fixed it for us right away and got us back in the road. Prices were fair and the staff was so kind and knowledgeable!

Went here a couple times in 2022 and had problems both times. They used to be a great place but not so much anymore. Had a loose part in the front end that they could never find but was found by another mechanic. Rack and pinion wasn't tightened down and brake pads were put on bad rotors. Had to go elsewhere to get them fixed from their mistakes. Don't waste your money or time!

Excellent service and always on time. I highly recommend getting your tires updated here and they kindly help you with any questions. They also throw a 2 liter of root beer in with your new tires. Tire rotations are quick and timely. I recommend going early as this place is awesome.

The owner, Shane, is the man! I called around a few places to find a leveling kit and wheels & tires for my Tacoma. Shane was by far the nicest most helpful person I talked to. Won my business for good.

Clayton Tire Pros was an amazing experience working with them. I went in for a lift kit and tires for my 2011 Ford F-450 and Noble was just great help to find the parts and tires. They did an amazing job and were just so nice to me. It was a great price and they were quick I 100% recommend Clayton Tire Pros. There s a Picture of the finished product, It looks amazing !

Everything started out fine and I had a good experience buying 4 new tires about 2.5 years ago. Then I tried several times to get them rotated beginning about 6-8 months ago, and the wait was always 1h to 1.5h (which I didn't have). Finally I found a way to deal with the long wait time, after which I'm told I need to purchase new tires and they won't rotate them because they won't pass safety inspection (didn't even know we had that any more in Utah?) - partially because I couldn't get in to won't rotate them. So I'm stuck with tires that barely have over 30,000 miles, they won't help me rotate them, the back tires look fine, just the inside of the front tires are worn and they want to sell a new set of tires. I don't have $1,000 to buy a new set, I'm not that loaded. I need to make these work longer, so they said I'd have to rotate my OWN tires. Sadly this experience has come to an end with complete disappointment.

I went to High School with Shayne, the new owner as of about 7 years or so. Excellent prices, service and very friendly staff. I had them put a leveling kit on the front and suspension system all in Bilstein 5100 series shocks and struts. Tires and Wheels and it rides perfect and looks awesome.

Super unimpressed and upset. My husband took our brand new $2000 wheels and tires to get mounted and balanced here at Claytons Tire Pros. They showed us the wheels when they were done and my husband noticed scratches on each wheel and pointed it out to the owner. We were told that is just how it is and we could "get them powder coated again" or that the scratches would buff out.... They are brand new wheels. They sent us on our way with every wheel being scratched. Super disappointed. Would not recommend, and will not be back.

Five star service on an unfortunate day. Much cheaper than other reputable tire providers. Took their time with me and explained everything I needed asked and ordered my parts from the warehouse in prompt fashion. Would highly recommend!!! Lucas was great!

The employee at the front was very kind in helping me get an estimate on a set of tires and rims. I'd heard good things about the place from a coworker and I was not let down. Considering I wanted a nicer set of rims, the quote they gave me wasn't outrageous either.

Woh these guys give great service, I have never put rims or wheels on a vehicle before so I had a lot of questions, the owner Sean answered them all and even through on a set before I bought them to see how they looked. My Lexus GX 470 looks so legit now.

Times visited: 5+ over 5+ yearsYou can't beat the service at Clayton's Tire Pros! Every time I come in I am super impressed with their friendly company culture. If I have a question about tires or anything car related, you can find some friendly employees inside who will chat with you about it. Their prices are superb, and I feel like they always fight for the customer. They also have wicked good warranties that have come in handy for me whenever I get into a bind with a flat tire for whatever reason. I won't go anywhere else so long as I live here!

I have been in a few times. They helped me get some trailer tires mounted and balanced. The most recent visit was so great I had a screw in my tire they did a fantastic job and were very professional.
