Even though I was a bit salty in the beginning, the younger employee never lost his cool.Quite knowledgeable and helpful. I was nice towards the end but, I should have been nicer from the beginning.Keep up the good work kid. Ask your boss for a raise. . . .

Kayden helped me out by replacing my car battery in twenty degree weather and didn't even accept a tip. He was polite, helpful and very skilled at his job! Amazing customer service.

I had a great experience here today. The lady that helped me was very friendly. She saw me walking in and immediately asked if she could help me find anything. She looked up the part number I had, took me over to the aisle, and found the part for me. In and out in 3 minutes. Thanks!

I ve gone to this AutoZone location many times. The service has never been anything special but my last visit was especially bad. I went for a battery test and the sales representative who did my test didn t seem to know what they were doing. It took around 8 minutes to run a test that would normally take only about 30 seconds. At the end of the test, the only information they offered me was that my battery was bad and that I needed to replace my battery. I asked them for more information but they wouldn t answer anything else after that and complained about the corrosion around my battery terminal before just walking away. Seriously disappointed in the service provided.Besides the lackluster customer care, the selection is alright but the prices are outrageous. Definitely better to shop elsewhere for car parts.

Came in asking for a price match on a quart of oil (which I ve never had an issue with before) the manager gave me an attitude as soon as I asked, his response was what they don t have it at Walmart or something? I explained I ve done it in the past and that it s significantly cheaper at Walmart ($8.00 opposed to $12.00 at auto zone.) he laughed and said he d do it this time but there s a Walmart right down the road and I should ve just gone there. I immediately told him I d be taking my money elsewhere. Absolutely disrespectful and unhelpful, he was truthfully upset that he had another customer to help. Will be contacting corporate

Older gentleman in the store? Very helpfulYounger kid with his AirPod in that told me it was impossible to test my alternator in the car and then told me he didn t know what tools I would need to take it out? Not so much

The people that work here are helpful but their parts are so unreliable that I don't think it's worth shopping here. I bought a pair of rotors that warped after a year. I bought some windshield wipers several weeks ago that are already non-functional and I've purchased a couple of batteries. The batteries have been all right. I've included a video of the windshield wipers in action you can see they don't clean the window off.

Great customer service from Richard! He deserves some kind of reward, because that was truly some of the best service i ve received at an AutoZone. He was friendly, knew what I needed and where to get it, and maintained friendly conversation throughout the experience. Highly skilled employee.

I am completely inept at anything mechanical but decided to attempt to fix my car s AC and failed in epic fashion .came in at my wit s end and the guys (and girl) helped me finally make sense of what I needed and walked me through all that was needed.My sister and I left and she said are you here often enough that you guys are friends? . Nope- but we are now. Legit the best experience I ve ever had in an auto parts store. Thanks all!!

I had the best experience I probably could have. 2 very nice men were working. I explained my battery trouble, and they instantly came out check it. I went in to purchase a battery, and Tory was incredibly kind and willing to continue helping me out. It completely made my day and I am very thankful. Installed the battery perfectly and my car runs amazing! Thank you!!

We needed a new car battery today and Tory was the person helping us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and even offered to help replace the old battery with the new one right there in the parking lot during this cold, wet, drizzly day. Great customer service!

Tory is amazing! I have been getting his advice for fixing my cars for years here. His advice has never failed me. I honestly go to him more than my mechanic. If you have ANY issue and want an honest opinion, come and ask him he will not cheap you out. He is also the kindest person. Thank you.

I went to this store on 1/28/2023 and received wonderful help. On my way home later I had problems with my car door shutting. I called back and Tori told me he could take a look at my car. I went back and and Tori was a miracle worker he saved my day. He went above and beyond, thinking outside the box and my car door was able to stay shut and I am so very grateful. I have always shopped at AutoZone in Draper when I lived there for 11 years and just recently moved to this area. I would recommend AutoZone to anyone especially this specific AutoZone Thank you thank you thank you.

Tory is the reason I ll continue to come back to this store! The store was getting slammed yet he never made me feel rushed or inconvenient for needing a battery replacement. I ve worked in retail management for years and the way he handled the ever growing line with one young man helping him inside was impressive. I offered to buy their dinner or smoothies and he declined, he was so gracious and truly seemed happy to help. I know it s very hard to find good help these days so I would do everything possible to hold onto these guys and pay them well to stick around.Andrea S

Experience and a willingness to help make all the difference.While i cannot say this about all AutoZone locations, this location has always done a very good job, for the most part, of hiring people who help customers.Periodically, there is an employee that doesn't know much, but they are still friendly and help find another employee who can help. This has become a very rare quality in customer service jobs these days. The younger gens, for the most part, have zero customer service skills, and this location typically seems to hire older individuals, which is probably why they are good.Keep it up!
