I've always had great service from knowledgeable staff at this location. My wife's convertible Mustang is 17 years old and still going strong. In many ways due to the parts and recommendations I get from these guys. This visit was a part for my truck. I do my own repairs when I'm able because I do it with love and know it's done right. I need to work with the best to back my work.

Ralph is a Rockstar!! He was extremely helpful with my new windshield wipers. He showed me how to install them before I left and made sure I understood the installation process. Great customer service! Highly recommend this location!

I came into this Auto Zone because of a blinker issue. The first employee who helped me told me they didn t carry the correct piece, so I left and soon enough came back this Auto Zone. The second employee who helped me was the best employee I have had an experience with in a while. He came over, helped me with a few things, and gave me more information and advice than any other mechanic. He said he was a PM manager and I wasn t surprised because of his professionalism and kindness. It s nice as a woman to go into an auto shop and not be judged for having a car issue, and I can say confidently that I will be back to this location if another issue arises!! Thank you!!

I went to another location and only got 5 out of 6 spark plug wires and they were unwilling to help us and made us feel inferior like we didn't know what we were doing. So I came to this one and James, the store manager did an exchange for all 6 wires. He was fast efficient and kind.

The gentleman working tonight was absolutely amazing! He was kind and so helpful to me as I don't have much knowledge on cars. He helped me change one of my headlights and walk me through step by step how it was done so that I would learn how to do it on my own next time.

Stopped by a few weeks ago around closing to pick up some oil. The cashier that I worked with was happy to help me select the right product, and even went out of his way to give me paper towels to help with clean up. Amazing customer service!

AutoZone is my go-to spot for all my auto needs. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, they always go above and beyond to make sure I leave satisfied. I appreciate that they take the time to explain things to me in a way that I can understand. They have a wide variety of parts and tools in stock and if they don't have what I need, they're more than happy to order it for me. I always leave feeling confident that my car is in good hands. I highly recommend AutoZone for anyone looking for quality parts and excellent service.

Clerk was insulting; insisted that they couldn't look up my past receipts to find what type of battery I own for new purchase for the same vehicle. Then he mocked me for standing in the wrong line to pay with cash. The guy should be fired. There's no excuse for treating customers like this.

My key fob was nearly dead and I worried I wouldn't be able to drive my car if it quit working. So, I went to this location for a battery for my key fob and a very nice gentleman who worked there was nice enough to replace the battery for me. I left with peace of mind worth more (to me) than the cost of the battery I purchased.

I was having some issues finding the right light bulbs for my rear break and stop lights until I went in here today and one of the gentlemen not only helped me find the right light bulbs for my Kia but helped install and make sure it was working for me. He was so nice and helpful I sure do appreciate it!

Fantastic service and professionalism! Wayne and James are the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Always willing to return or refund parts with issues, and they don't have an ego like most auto parts employees do. They have saved my butt when I've been in a pinch multiple times over the past few years. Best autozone in the valley! Thanks a lot guys!!!!

We came to this location for an emergency battery change. Ray helped us out and was amazing. He let us borrow tools and showed us step by step how to replace a battery. We were very impressed by the high level of customer service. Highly recommend this location.

As a South Jordan resident with this location convenient and nearby, I frequent this place a lot but I don't think I will anymore. I would much rather go a longer distance to a different location. My reasoning behind this because Wayne L Was incredibly disrespectful to not only me but also my fellow staff members at my place of work, in which is an automotive service center. We were in a new system and we were just getting adjusted to things we needed to know such as our store number and etcetera. Wayne had made it incredibly difficult to purchase a DRAIN PLUG from this store.Upon entry into this establishment I had made Wayne aware by stating that I was receiving an oil pan drain plug for my workplace, he had already given me some "Smug" attitude by saying "oh Yeah?" like as if it was an obvious or redundant statement he already knew. Assuming my company had ALREADY PAID for this drain plug, I walk away, Wayne; instead of notifying me politely that it was not paid for he says "Where you think you're going?" as if I'd actually be stealing from this place. I tell Wayne that I had thought it was already paid for and I apologized, but I'm still disrespected by Wayne, he asks for my store number and I had no clue because my management does, not me. He rudely rolls his eyes and sighs, and then I call my manager to notify him that the drain plug had in fact not been paid for, in return my manager corrects this by telling me to try the store number. Wayne, growing impatient reaches for my phone instead of telling me to what to ask or tell my manager (You don't reach for someone's phone dude, that's weird. My boss being confused by Wayne frustrates him and he tells him over the phone "You don't understand anything" and hands my phone back over to me. I notify Wayne that i was going to leave the establishment to go pick up my boss's personal debit card to pay for the transaction and as I return with this card, I walk in only to find out that Wayne has written down the store number and the store had already paid for it, Why didn't he just stop me to tell me this was going to be paid so that I wouldn't have to make this useless trip to my store to grab the card? absolutely bizarre. Wayne gives me an unnecessary lecture on the store number and hands me a note with it written down across it. He then says "Thanks Brandon" twice, but doesn't hand me the drain plug and I told him "I need the drain plug" and he tosses it over the counter towards me. He could have just handed me the plug, I wasn't in the mood to play any sort of games with him as my staff members and myself we're already frustrated and upset with this scenario. NO, none of us will return to this location.

Super helpful! They helped me find the right headlights for my vehicle, and ones that are even better than I currently had. Mason was awesome and installed both headlights quickly for me.

I stopped by after previously replacing my battery myself, and wanted to test if the alternator was still functioning. Immediately I was treated by Ralph who, from the beginning, went above and beyond for me. He tested our battery, starter, and alternator and saw that we had made a mistake when securing the battery. He taught me how to correctly and safely attach the battery, then proceeded to clean up my mess at no extra charge to me He was cordial and polite, but most of all he was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of before leaving the store. For any future questions and help, I will make sure to return to this location and ask for Ralph s help again.

My brother-in-law helped me with my blinker. It was running very fast so he told me I needed a new buld. Craig was able to find just what was needed. Then he fixed my blinker! It was awesome!

Very helpful crew here during the day. Our A/C compressor froze up and snapped our serpentine belt. They helped us figure out which belt we needed, let us use tools to try to get it back on, and then when we realized the compressor was gone, we called a tow truck. James especially was incredibly helpful through the ordeal, and if I could, I d come back to this autozone exclusively.

The Manager, James was amazing help and showed the best customer service I have ever experienced. He helped me to clear my engine light before emissions testing by selling me a product to clean the catalytic converter and explaining specifically how to use it. I stopped by for his help a number of times and he always took the time to explain and help me personally. He possibly saved me $1000 for a new catalytic converter. I rate this AutoZone 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you James!

Was having trouble with my battery went in there and was helped by an employee named Kelson he was super knowledgeable tested my battery and even got me everything I needed to get it working again very happy with this service will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone for all of my needs AutoZone needs to give him a raise he was super good

The older gentleman at the store was very rude. We came in to make a return and were waiting in line between the cash wrap product carts. All of the other aisles were clear and he chose to shove himself through us instead of going around without any apology.When it was our turn to make our return he was curt and rudely sarcastic about not being able to make the return so we decided to leave and go to a different location.Absolutely ridiculous customer service and we'll never visit that location again.

Super helpful staff! I had to get a new headlight bulb and I thought I was buying the best one based on the length of the reach, but those lightbulbs only lasted 140 hrs! I had no idea that they sold the original bulbs that would last me over 1100 hrs! Thanks for being so helpful.

Incredible service. Very helpful advice on which part to buy, but not a hard sale. Even came out and helped me replace the lights. Good, honest people who know what they are doing. Would absolutely go again.

When we were traveling through Utah on our way to Disneyland we had an alternator go out 1.5 miles from this location. We then spent the next 4 hrs. In the parking lot changing out said alternator. Your employee Kelsen C. was not only very professional but went above and beyond to help us. From retrieving his own umbrella and tarp to use because of the downpour, to lending us a light and a stool to help as it started to get dark. Your organization is very lucky to have Kelsen representing you. We feel very fortunate that he was working when we needed him.
