Stopped here to grab some lunch but drove away without purchasing anything as an establishment whose restrooms are that disgustingly filthy cannot be trusted to safely prepare food. It was very obvious that nobody had scrubbed the fixtures in quite some time and not just one random user soiled a toilet or sink. Sad because the exterior of the establishment looks clean and inviting.

Stopped in to grab a quick dinner and fill up. Filled up, then went inside, A&W was closed for no apparent reason. Went to use the washroom, one urinal was out of order, toilet was out of toilet paper and other toilet had an explosion in it and the seat and surrounding was covered in urine. Gas station attendant, although greeting when people came in immediately went back to their phone.Just don t bother with this stop.

Though greeted when entering the restrooms are the most disgusting I have ever seen. No toilet paper, no paper towels, and you can tell by the build-up on all the utilities they are not regularly cleaned nor has it been done recently. Do not stop here if you want to go to the restrooms. Also, A and W is closed. GROSS

Store was OK. Had a lot of stuff crammed in there. Had 10 gas pumps, and outside seating. Both urinals were out of order in the men's room.

While traveling we needed to make a pitstop. The flying J next door was way busy so we decided on the Sinclair. While other Sinclairs stations have been very nice and clean this one is not. The entry to the building is dirty and has leaking garbage cans on the sidewalk. Trash litters the perimeter of the facility, the floors are sticky, windows have spills and sprays of who knows what on them. The bathroom I do not think has been cleaned in a week. The toilet seat covers have streaks of bodily fluid up and down them. In a public facility the restrooms should be checked multiple times a day and cleaned more than once a day. The sides of the toilets are splattered with what I am assuming is fecal material maybe dirt not sure but they were nasty. When I went to wash my hands only one faucet works, no soap in any dispenser. The sanitizers were even empty. All in all could have been a nice small town station if someone took the time to clean and make it a nice facility to stop.

It's 9pm and the convenience store here is closed. So is the A&W. Now I have to go elsewhere for dinner and to go pee.

This location needs better hours & be open earlier. There are very few fuel stops along this route. Flying j's closed now next door to them..which they have to be aware of so they should be opening up earlier ..verypoor management!

I've been through this gas station twice now and both times, was treated to exceptional and speedy service by David, the General Manager, and his staff at the Fast Stop Travel Center and A&W.The second time I went through I was unfortunately stranded there after my car broke down and David was once again more than helpful in lending me information and help me in getting on my way.Additionally, friendly staff who were clean and professional, clean facilities, and deliciously greasy fast food all in one place made for the ultimate customer experience. Also, the cheapest gas between the great States of Idaho and Utah!Very pleased with the service provided. 10/10 would recommend!!!

There is an A&W inside the Sinclair's mini-mart. I stopped there today for a burger and found the two employees to be very hospitable, friendly and responsive. The burger and fries were good too!

I have low expectations for bathrooms but this gas station bathroom has obviously been neglected. Counters, toilets, mirrors all crazy dirty. A bathroom doesn t get that dirty from one day of not cleaning. And the lady working there went in after me to check and said only one toilet needed scrubbing it s not true. All the toilets need need cleaning, and so do the mirrors, and the sinks.Another customer was there and said to me I won t even go in there. I don t have to go that badly. He was in the mens room! So, both rooms need to be cleaned.I don t want to post this to be mean, but it s important to me that people are aware of filthy bathrooms. Hopefully it ll be cleaned!

So, this is a small little city, in route from Utah to idaho.Inside this gas station, is an A&WYou can definitely see the this place was built many years ago, but it looks as if the employees are doing what they can to keep it clean, and have a lot of items to choose from.There was one slightly significant problem though: the credit card machines were down, and they were only accepting cash. Beyond that, they weren't able to accept any bills bigger than a 20.The two employees here were very nice, and I appreciate how friendly they were. But, based on the situation, I wasn't able to purchase anything

This was the worst experience at a gas station that I ever had. They restrooms disgusting and the cashier even more so. This man (working Saturday between noon and 1:30 MT) had the audacity to try to insult and embarrass us because we had decided to get gas elsewhere as they had been having issues with their system accepting our card.Thankful I was able to go right next door to Flying J to get the gas and water we needed to continue on with our travels, with zero issues, all while using the same form of payment being rejected by their system.Plain and simple worst customer experience ever!

Difficult to say. Gas 20 cents more than FlyingJ and both 85 octane. The A&W was amazing for how shorthanded they were. Hamburger, hot dog, corn dogs, fries, and cheese curds (squeeky cheese!) And, of course, root beer. All perfectly fine. Shorthandedness prolly accounted for the waste can needing emptying. But for all of that difficulty the staff were wonderful.

The gas station, convenience store, and staff itself are decent enough. The reason for my 2 star review however, is the absolutely awful state of the bathrooms. During my visit, each stall looked like something out of a horror movie. There were "Wet Floor" signs in each stall, at least 30 flies buzzing throughout, and toilet paper all over the floor. I would only recommend this location if you didn't need to use the restrooms.

No paper in the gas station printer. Had to go back in twice to get my receipts because the pump shuts off at $74. Both urinals in the men's room were non-operational and disgustingly filthy.

Stopped here for dinner and a bathroom break. It was disgusting! The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The urinal had dried urine all over it. Water all over the counters and floor. No paper towels. Trash can over flowing with trash all over the floor. Would never stop here again!

These are BY FAR the most filthy, disgusting bathrooms I have ever been in. Hands down. I would doubt if they ve been cleaned in the last 2 months. I would post photos but I would think they d get flagged by Google. Seriously. Nasty.

Shut down, no electric, didn't take down the sign, power came back and they raised regular by 10c

Stopped here to gas up while on a long road trip, their diesel was cheaper than the neighboring station. However, their pumps were programmed to shut off at $75 preventing you from completely filling your tank. I guess they don t want to sell a lot of fuel.

We stopped to gas up and use the restroom here. We then went inside the convenient store and walked around with our kids for 10 minutes or so. We passed by a man that after we had found what we wanted informed us in such a rude way that they were closed. I asked why we were able to get into the store, he said because the girl working didn't have a key to lock up. My question was why not lock the door from the inside. Our kids were so upset because they were hungry and didn't get their snacks. There were not hours posted and it was 30 minutes past closing. The bathrooms were disguising and needed attention in a bad way.We will be supporting the flying j next time we pass through which is where we ended up buying what we needed.

Hubby was shocked by men s room! Earl would be angry too!!!! Filthy. When was it cleaned last? Old beat up & graffiti everywhere. Just gross. Won t be back here. Corporate get in there!Will say the lady at front was very nice and cordial. We get gas whenever possible at Sinclair. Please please clean this place to Earl s standards. He may be gone - but he s NOT forgotten!

Filthy. I doubt this place ever gets truly cleaned. If I had to guess, I d say the bathrooms get sprayed down with a hose every other week or so.

I'll mirror the comments of the last reviewer. I was in there on August 28th and I found the men's room to be absolutely unsanitary, filthy and disgusting! Also, contrary to their positive experience with the lady at the front, I found the two young girls to be unwelcoming and dismissive when I walked in and said "hi".

Since Sinclair fuel rocks I stopped in after a day in the field for fuel and refreshment. My dogs had been drinking that nasty Salt Lake holding pond water so I wanted to give them some fresh. When I asked for one those little hot dog trays they said they didn t have one. Then they went the extra mile and went into their kitchen and found a old bowl they said I could have. Utah is made up of great people and these ladies are some of the best. I sure hope they had a great Halloween because they made mine feel great. I don t drive up there often, now I ll have to stop and fuel up every time I go by.

Restrooms needed attention. The women working had been flooded with people before, during, and after we were there. They were polite, but extremely exhausted. The fountain drinks were out of all sizes except for some hard plastic 60oz cups that they found somewhere. My children were excited by the size since I told them we'd get fountain drinks on our road trip. They didn't fit in the cup holder and my back seat ended up covered in one, but that was my fault for allowing it back there. Many of the shelves seemed raided, but I attributed to them being swamped. They seemed under staffed and under supplied. They didn't say there were any events going on around because I inquired due to the status of the facility.

Don't know what was wrong with the pump, but it took literally 20 minutes to pump 30 gallons of gas. So so slow. After waiting all that time, machine didn't print receipt. Went in to get one, and the girl at the front went inside the office as I was walking up to the register. Waited another few minutes there, no help. Loudly commented that I guess everything was free since nobody was at register. Usually brings them out, but not this time. Finally gave up and left. Next time headed to Flying J next door.

They are always out of everything. No zingers (raspberry) no white milk chugs. No Marlboro smooths 100's. Employees sit 6 feet from the propain bottles and smoke. My wife had to go outside to find someone to check the other people out. Bad for business.

Do not go here!!! Nightmare experience: Pump super slow, nozzle filter must ve been clogged. Horrible fumes coming from it. Another customer was having same problem. As soon as he finished pumping, a **huge geyser** of gas backed up from the other pump into my nozzle & flooded over my vehicle.Gas poured not only over the outside of my van & tire onto the pavement in a puddle, but also overwhelmed the seals around my tank inlet & permeated the internal panel, causing a massive toxic exposure. Now three days later the stench is still overwhelming & the van undrivable except at high speed with windows open. I must pay for a repair.Also resulted in health concerns due to chemical sensitivity & pancreatitis.The staff at this station was appalling, ordering me around threatening me as a supposed trespasser when I stayed to try to clean up & air out the spilled gas. Three women lounging outside smoking doing no work for over an hour until I left.Fire dept employee stayed about 60 seconds total, asked no relevant questions & claimed the nozzle didn t malfunction when it obviously did, causing harm to health & property.TA station employee in Boise attested that this incident resulted from worn out nozzles. Go to Flying J! Wish I had.

Better than nothing. Pump 5 is broken, but on my road trip I was not going to make it to the next closest Chevron or other similar "big name" gas station.
