I wish I could give 10/5 stars to PW! They went above and beyond multiple times for us.We crashed one car about 12 years ago when we were in college and were impressed with PW. So when the back of our new car was destroyed this year, we knew just who to take it to to make it look brand new and not cut any corners.Their customer service is unmatched and Josh is a dream to work with. When our car was finished and we couldn t pick it up for a couple days due to work conflicts, they offered to drop it off at our house! Who does that?! PW!Whenever I had a question or wanted an update, they quickly responded.Our car looks better than ever and they even cleaned the inside of our much loved kids back seat.Thank you, thank you for an amazing job well done. We will always use and recommend Preston Watts & Collision.

The Preston Watts team recently took on the challenge of replacing one our front lights that was damaged after hitting a deer. They found a replacement light that reduced our costs, it looks seamless, and they buffed both lights to look just like new! So pleased with the interactions we ve had with the Preston Watts team - they are a class act organization!

Preston Watts is so helpful! Their office is clean and welcoming. Their work is fantastic. The part on our truck that was smashed looks like new. Josh is so helpful, even offering to meet at my house to drop off our truck when it was finished. I would definitely recommend them for any auto body work!

Preston Watts does great work! Their estimate and time frame were spot on. I worked specifically with Dalton and he clearly outlined the process and gave me updates along the way. I was so impressed with his communication and effort to make my vehicle a priority. Repairs and final detail were beautifully done. I will go back again.

I recommend Preston Watts Collision & Glass for any repairs to your vehicle, minor to major repairs. We have worked with them on 2 occasions. Great customer service, excellent turnover times and quality of work. Josh and staff were very helpful and kind.

Over the past month I have had two vehicles repaired. They met my schedule, repaired and replaced exactly what they estimated, and when it came to matching paint, they were spectacular! Josh and the crew were excellent!

I would give Josh and Preston Watts 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I went in to have a damaged bumper assessed and it was fixed on the spot in about 15 minutes. Because I didn t need additional parts, Josh just fixed the issue and didn t charge me. You made my day, Josh! Thanks for your service and doing it with a smile on your face. You certainly put a smile on mine.

I had my windshield replaced. We had been getting water leaking inside the drivers side floor and couldn t figure out where it was coming from. They found that our last windshield had not been sealed properly and was letting water through. Our new windshield is sealed correctly, and we love working with Preston Watts.

I took my car in Preston Watts Collision because my right rear passenger door would not open. Josh there at Preston s was extremely helpful and took my car to look at the door. A short time later he returned and had the problem solved. He said it was an easy enough fix that they didn t charge me. Thanks Preston s, I will be back for future business.

I have been going to Preston Watts for 15 years. I have tried other shops. But always end up back to Kerry the owner. No one can match their quality, helpfulness and service. I always have peace of mind when they do my work.

Josh was fantastic to work with. He was very open and communicative about the progress and timeline. There were a few minor issues with the repairs,(body work after an accident ). They were fast to get it in and fixed. They even lent me a car so I could get to work that day. I will 100% take my vehicles there for repairs again.

The service here was fantastic. I got in a wreck in Smithfield and they literally saw me that same day and Kerry was super helpful with insurance questions and making sure everything was done right. The next few days while sorting out insurance stuff I called them several times and talked to Kerry. He was always available and answered my questions and got everything to the insurance company super quick. I d definitely recommend these guys just a good honest business

Phenomenal work is not the only thing I ve received from PW. I ve had two of my vehicles in for accident repairs. Both of them have been given back to me better than they looked before the accidents. I m usually anxious with repair shops, oil changes, tire swaps, etc It isn t a fun feeling. With PW I have had ABSOLUTE trust with and the ability to just relax. Their customer service representatives give a stunning performance of knowledge, experience, and confidence. Their techs undoubtedly have the eye for perfection. Always blown away by this shops level of professionalism. Thank you Preston Watts! Also shout out to Dalton and Josh for killing it with their exceptional service performance.

My car was totaled and I had to take my wife to the ER but the police officer at the scene happened to call Preston Watts to tow my car. I didn t get body work done because it would have been more than I wanted to put into the car but everyone at Preston Watts was incredible to work with.They took care of my kids in the lobby while we looked at my car and when it came time to move on from it, Kerry Watts in particular was extremely helpful and thoughtful.When I do have body work that needs to be done I will be coming to Preston Watts. They won me over with their kindness and honesty and I am very happy to have worked with them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Service is amazing! Talk about staff that go above and beyond their duties to help resolve issues. We had a difficult car crash situation and Mindy did everything in her power to help us get our claim resolved. Not only did she take care of what she needed to do on her end, but she went the extra mile to help us work with the insurance company.

Honestly I hate giving a review for these guys. It meant that I had some need to use them. However, when you have the need, they are great. They helped us tow our truck and were very helpful. While I hope I don't have to use them again, I like knowing that they are there in case I do. They helped us avoid having to hire the 'default' tow truck that probably would have cost us a fortune. We always like having someone we can call in case we are in an accident.

I took my old ford ranger in for a new windshield. The customer service was phenomenal, the windshield was installed in a timely manner and I was pleased, they even waived part of the deductible. I am also pleased by the integrity of the shop as I was contacted directly by the shop to inform me of a small scuff that was on the truck caused after the installation process. I would never have noticed it, but they took care of it because of their incredible care for the customer. Kudos to Preston Watts, what a phenomenal business ethic.

Customer service was quick and helpful. A $25 surcharge on low gas fees without adding any gas was pretty uncool though.
