This Store Will Improve When The Store Manager Tory Gets Fired . After Payment I asked where are my parts and got no satisfactory answer . When The fact of payment and no delivery were brought up again Tory Got Rude . A Year later He Not only will not acknowledge the error ( Accept or admit the existance or truth of ) the lack of delivering the parts paid for , But . I got personally verbally and almost physically assaulted on March 19 2022 . I Finished my business at the Logan store and reported the Incident . Simple part purchase that ant auto parts store could have done . If there was Inventory and competent staff . Two Stars ** is being nice .

Tyler the store manager is fantastic! I was very sorry to find out how many hours corporate is making him work without properly compensating him for it. I wish stores and corporations like this would value their employees more than their stock holders but it's clear corporate greed will never allow that.

Most O'Reilly's stores have well trained staff who know a good deal about many different cars. This location is no exception. The service here is excellent. Everyone there is eager to talk to you about your car in depth. Shoutout to Alex for helping me several times with my piece of crap truck and broken down jeep! Can't recommend this store enough.

i had to replace the u-joints on my truck and they were super friendly and helpful. the first time i went in we got the wrong part and when i went back in they were great about it. apologetic and fast working to get it fixed. They didnt have something i needed in stock so they overnight-ed it and i was able to pick it up in the morning. Im very impressed and satisfied and will always buy my parts from them.

This O'Reilly location is great, they are always willing to help. Sherry went the extra mile for me and made it a point to get the right part. She even went as far to call Ford directly and try to figure out what what was going on.

Went here for some wiper blades and a battery. Super friendly, helpful staff. We were in and out quickly and got the correct things we needed.

The Logan store did not have what I needed for my new truck so I went to Smithfield. The young man that helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful with everything I needed. I'll probably just stop at Smithfield from now on.

This used to be the store I went to, even though there are parts stores 5 miles closer to my home. Every time I go in there now, I get ignored and when I do get the parts I need, it's the incorrect part. Today was was the final straw. I went in for bulbs and didn't see the reference book on the shelf. You could set the cubby that held the parts catalog, but the catalog itself was missing. After standing in front of a clerk for ten minutes and he helped other people in front of me even when I was there waiting. He never said a word, so finally I just asked about the clerk about reference book. He walked over to the bulbs and said, I guess we don't have one and walked away without saying a word to me... left me standing there scratching my head. I went tho Autozone across ther street, was greeted by every employee working and had my bulbs and out the door in 5 minutes. O'Reilly has lost my business. At least from this store.

To walk in and able to get spark plugs for a 1973 Evenrude 115 hp Ranger Bass boat and for less then $12. With great customer service is the kind place i like to shop. Kuddos to yall at Smithfeild store

Great for when your headlights out and you need a new one fast. Seems that they have a solid data base for which parts are best for which vehicles.
