Alex Quin was absolutely awesome. The experience from start to finish was great. Best of all it was a no hassle experience. There rates were great and the cars are good quality. Not very often I ve been able to say I enjoyed buying a vehicle, Alex made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

If you re buying a car from these guys plan on an additional $500 for them to process their paperwork. Most dealers put their fees in the price of the car. I went there to buy a car and pay cash but they wanted $1000.00 more for taxes and their paperwork, which in this case there wasn t any.. BEWARE of these guys!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. These guys are great! We were nervous to buy a car through a dealership, but Kevin made the process so easy and simple. He's not your typical "car salesman", which was refreshing. He was honest and upfront with the car, and we never once felt pressured. We traded in our car, and he gave us an incredible deal. The car we bought had a few minor repairs, which Kevin was very generous to cover for us. They took care of all the paperwork in just a few minutes and we were on our way. Couldn't be happier!

I ve bought two cars from Kevin, both Hyundai Elantras! The first Elantra was the best car I ve ever owned, had it for almost 2 years and 40k miles and it never skipped a beat. K&S Auto did an amazing job getting that car in good condition for me. That first Elantra has since been in an accident so I revisited Kevin after looking at some other dealerships around town. He quickly got me into some vehicles that were a good fit and got me approved fast for a loan on it. I m expecting Elantra number 2 will be just as good as the first!Do visit K&S if you re looking for a new car!

Best car buying experience I ve ever had! Tessa and Kevin were great to work with. They truly had our best interests at heart when they sold us our car. They got us into a car that met our budget and exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends!

My wife and i came in looking to buy a car. This was the first dealership we had visited. Kevin and Tessa were awesome. Kevin was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions to the best of his abilities. We did not feel any pressure to buy a vehicle, but we were offered the option to check out any that he had. We are very satisfied with our car buying experience through K&S Auto. I hope to be back to buy our next vehicle from here!

Kevin was the first dealer we felt like wasn't trying to rip us off. His extended warranty was a decent price and he helped us with the few things we needed fixed on the vehicle we bought. Smooth process and his fees are way cheaper then any other dealer we found.

I have never had as awesome of a car buying experience as I did with Kevin! Very knowledgeable, honest, and fair, and awesome prices. I honestly normally hate car shopping, and I didn't feel that way for once! I would highly recommend K&S Auto to anybody and will definitely go there for my next car purchase!

A small, inexperienced dealership that sells low quality cars. If I had known all the crap that I was going to have to go through with these guys, I would NOT have purchased my vehicle from them! Their paint guy, who I'm pretty sure they just picked up off the streets, was supposed to touch up a few places on my car when I bought it. I was told it would take a day. Four days later, they finally gave me my car back but it was orange instead of the metallic red that it was originally. After a heated dispute with Kevin the owner, he agreed to have it redone. Five days later I got my car back and it looked decent. Not good. Just decent. They take the cheapest route they can.

Kevin & Tessa are amazing. They were willing to go above and beyond to get us what we needed, and help us find a car that was within our budget, and in good condition. I will recommend them to friends and family, and will certainly work with them in the future.

Kevin is a nice guy. He makes you feel as if he is there for you. We bought a vehicle from him and ever since it has been a money pit.When we found we needed a second vehicle we looked for 6 + months. We did this because we had been burned in the past and were scared about getting ripped off at a dealership or getting a problem vehicle. We came to trust that your dealership would be the best place . You gave us a great deal on the truck. In the less than a year since buying it, we have put over ~3000 dollars into fixing it.Front breaks where bad and the parking break would not release. turns out the cable for the parking break was stretched. (1/14/19)213.12Water pump went out 3 months after purchase. While fixing the water pump it was found that the fan clutch assembly was damaged. (3/13/19)1,074.84Outer Pinion Bearing in rear axle went bad and mirror blinker and light went out. (8/22/19)1,230.60 to fix the Out Pinion Bearing311.82 to try and fix the mirror. They were only able to make it blink again, the list does not work.Now the truck started clicking when you drive it. We have had two diagnostics and one thinks it is the Cylinder Head (lifters). The second place things its a engine rod. We are going to get a third.So in the span of less than a year we have had to put (2,830.38) back into the truck to get it running correctly. With the new engine tick happening, we could be out thousands depending on what the new issue is.We wrote Kevin the above. He responded blaming the shop that inspected it. Then acted like he wanted to help. I got a 3rd opinion and found it had an exhaust leak. I emailed Kevin and heard nothing back.Now we are out another 1200, plus engine is still ticking. I just want him to take some ownership of selling a problem prone truck.I tried to work it out with him first. So now I will share my review.

Bobbi owns k & s and also Ashley's furniture, he isn't just some used car salesmen, he will truly find you the right vehicle for your needs. He is open, transparent, and as honest as they get. Will definitely be going back to k & s for another vehicle when needs arise! Thank you Bobbi and team .

I don t know why my name is ItsATide Ad, but I bought a 2017 Mazda Mazda 3 from these guys, I had no credit and they helped me get approved for a loan at a decent APR, and they were just so friendly and not overly pushy, great experience overall!

A Cadillac Escalade was purchased through another wholesaler, but the car came from K and S auto sales in Smithfield. Long story short, my son purchased this car based on necessity to change his livelihood due to A lung disease he acquired while working in the phillipines. Since returning from phillipines he wasn t able to return to construction work. He chose to be a lift and Uber driver. He was limited on funds and had to find the best car and best deal to fit his needs. He did a thorough search and found a black Escalade at K and S sales, which he got through a broker. 2 days after he had it all of the dash lit up and it went into limp mode, making him not to be able to use the car until it was fixed. He took it to a Cadillac dealership and guess what it s an electrical problem, not a recent problem, but an ongoing problem for a long time . They weren t able to solve problem. My son retrieved the car and tried to do his driving job. Can you imagine as your transporting customers all the lights come on and it goes into limp mode. We contacted the previous owners from Idaho and Texas and were told they informed the dealer they sold it to it had electrical problems. Now, the vehicle could not be used, but he still had to make the payments. I contacted Kevin and asked him how he could do that to someone who had to start life over and chose driving. My son told him what he was buying the car for. What do you think of that, a person having to change their livelihood and Buying an electrical nightmare that still isn t resolved. When I reached out to Kevin he told me his deal wasn t with my son, what a cop out because it came from him to a wholesaler. If he did or didn t know he should have helped. Used car dealers are a bunch of crooks. This is a prime example. This car is useless and my son is out of driving. This was his chance to make a living. Stay away from K and S auto, they take no responsibility for the junk they sell. I m going to see the Lt. Governor to see if I have any recourse but if not beware. Maybe I can save you from some heartache and pain.
