I came in with a flat tire right at open on a Friday morning. Shawn was a great help and got me my new tire plus 3 more ordered and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Came back the next day and got my other 3 tires on with a alignment and I was back on the road within one hour. Great service, and fast! Shout out to Shawn. Thank you.

Shawn is a very friendly manager and always helps us in a timely manner. He is always looking out for the best deal for what we need and helping is save money. I really appreciate that. They are always honest and honor their work.

I have had consistently great service here and fair pricing. They haven t tried to oversell me on anything. They are friendly and customer oriented ted. Good waiting are or you can drop a car and they will call when done. Highly recommend.

Discount Tire manager is very courteous and very prompt. I went in knowing I had one tire that seemed to be going flat. They repaired that one and found that I had a second tire also going flat. I know that I picked up the nails at a friend s house who is having some remodeling done. I was grateful that Discount Tire checked all tires and took care of them. They only charged me for one tire repair even though they did two. What a deal for me. I will definitely use them again. Camille

I just bought a set of 4 tires from a big box store last week (not a great experience with them), but then got a screw in a tire and was close to discount tire in Smithfield so I ran in there. Their service was so fast and they were incredibly kind easy to work with. I completely regret not buying my tires local and supporting this awesome staff and business! Next time I m definitely going with them and will refer others to them as well. Thanks Discount!!

Not that thrilled with my recent experience here. Had my car towed here after a tire blew out. Decided to get all new tires and on oil change. They quoted some "really nice" all weather tires and said the ones a step down in price were not worth it because of the difference in warranty etc.For three days I get calls saying their tires aren't coming in, and eventually they end up settling for the cheaper "not worth it" tires.They also added some premium tire protection package without me knowing about it. I got the quote over the phone and this was not explained to me, or told to me even in person until I saw the receipt at home. I know, it's my fault for not checking first, but I didn't even know such a package existed (how would I even know what this premium package covers without being told?).My battery died in this process and I got charged $200 for a new battery as well. Not really their fault... But annoying. (Tow truck driver's fault.)Then I finally take the car home, and a week later it starts leaking fluid all over the engine bay. I take it to a mechanic and they thought it was a coolant leak so they charged me $200 bucks to swap out some coolant parts.Same problem keeps happening after that, so I take it back to the mechanic again, and they can't find the leak. I end up taking it to another shop. They discover it's an oil leak because the oil cap was not installed correctly after my oil change (by Discount Tire) and charge me another $200 for that diagnosis.Yes, I should have been able to figure it out on my own, but at the end of the day, when my car is smoking everywhere, I just take it to the shop.So essentially I ended up paying $400 more for my "oil change" experience and $90 something more for some premium package I didn't know about, and paying a bunch of money for tires they previously told me were "not worth it".Maybe this says more about me than them, but I would hope for a much smoother and cheaper experience than what I went through figuring all of this stuff out.

I took my truck in for a flat repair and was told that the nail was in the sidewall. They offered to sell me new tires at $375 a piece even though I still have a few thousand miles left on them . Upon going to Express Auto to get a used tire as a temp I found out that the nail is in the tread, and that Discount Tire of Smithfield was dishonoring the warranty of tire I had originally purchased from them. Absolute crooked sales people there. Don't recommend.

Took my Tacoma to get new tires here. Very pleased with the customer service and knowledge of the associates! Love the look of the new tires, they balanced and installed them really quick. Shoutout to Shawn H for recommending I try Discount Tires. Will be taking my vehicle to get serviced here in the future.

I really appreciated the service I received from Discount Tire. I drove up with a near flat and they got me in within minutes. This was something I had not been able to accomplish where I bought my tires. They fixed my tire and told me why my tire was going flat. This was so helpful. The service was respectful and much appreciated!

I've been to this Discount Tire a few of times and the services has been excellent each time. One time I needed a lug nut loosened to get a tire off my daughters car and they helped me for free! Super friendly and fast.

Went in for an oil change and two emissions inspections (different cars). I was in and out very quickly and for a reasonable price. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had an issue with a brake dust cover not being tightened down from the factory, they got me in right away even though it was a Saturday. My tech Jacob was extremely helpful and let me hang around to watch and learn. In the end they didn't even end up charging me even though I insisted. Great service, definitely coming back here for future service.

Had a small leak in one tire a few months back. I went to a few other places in the valley and was told by multiple locations that they'd need to replace two tires. None of them even looked at my tires before talking work/prices.Here, they didn't try to recommend replacement. They just checked my tires. Returned within the hour. They hand me my keys and say "You're good to go. It was just a small nail."They didn't charge me anything, they confirmed and fixed the issue, and they were kind. That was that. Not going anywhere else from now on.

My experience with Discount Tire and Automotive has been great! They quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle, ordered the appropriate parts and completed the suspension repair at a significantly lower cost than quoted. The staff were all knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. In all, I had a very favorable experience!UPDATE: Two months later I had them service my trailer.
