Great place to stop, the wendys attached is fast. The cashier named Robert is awesome great customer service! Everything u need while you are on the road. showers and restrooms are clean. Theres a cool place next door with emu's! Great rest stop to stretch your legs

This gas station is a staple of our commute each Monday and Friday on our way to work.Always clean friendly and fast service. Restrooms are alway clean sometime over run due to popularity of this stop but the employees are quick to restock.now I am being told by our favorite cashiers that Wendy s hamburgers is moving into the space adjoining it. We are so excited!!!I love eagles Landing. Thanks for making our commute enjoyable

Made it quick stop on our way down south. It was convenient. The store is clean and organized. The restrooms were clean. They offer all you would need from a gas station convenient store and have a DQ in the store as well. I d stop here again.

The food is all junk.But they do have showers for truckers and a Dairy Queen if you want it.The truck parking's kind of random so so the fueling is across the street for the trucks.and because there's so much random parking you can almost always find parking here.

This location has, for me, been a disappointment. More than once I've pulled in about 6pm and the Dairy Queen has closed for the day or, as it was earlier this week, closed for renovations.If that wasn't enough, no other hot food was available. No hot dogs, nothing.Worse yet, there are no signs giving advance warning the restaurant is closed. I would expect, as a minimum, to have large signs displayed as drivers drive in. But no, nothing. You know how frustrating it is to be a commercial truck driver and not know it's closed until after you park and walk in? Where's the respect?I WILL NOT patronize this location ever again.

They have lots of space between pumps. Bathrooms clean. Friendly staff and good variety of food from cinnamon rolls to pizza. Temperature of indoor store comfortable. They have a a wide selection of drinks and condiments well stocked. It was easy to get in and out of the lot. Their doors automatically open for handicap access. Price comparable to most all other convenient stores. They do have a Maverick card you can get that builds points. I have gotten several free drinks and a couple of hot sandwiches. Make sure to put your phone number in if you have a card, and I think it's every 10th. drink is free. It definitely helps if you purchase drinks. It's better than nothing. They have Rv dump that is easy to get in and out of, but there is a small fee.

Great little place to get gas. It was super busy. We used the restrooms, got snacks and filled up the truck. Everything was clean and working properly.

It's actually an Eagles Landing. Always clean always friendly staff. They have some neat things in the store. They also have a tire shop and charging station for electric cars.

We came in here with a flat tire and this lazy guy named Corbin didn't help us and said we closed 15 min ago even though the shop is open but he was too busy talking in the phone and playing with his dog. Worse shop ever!! Don't waste your time with this business.

We love this gas station. Quick like for the bathroom, has everything we need, and the fun petting zoo. We love stopping in Scipio

Really great rest stop! They have dipping dots, which is a rarity. Im so glad that they have EV charging here, it's nice to see charging availability in more and more places. Minus one star because none of the staff were wearing masks. The petting zoo was also a great addition!

Great stop for CNG, the camel was cool to see, the bathrooms were clean. It looked like they also have electric vehicle charging stations too!

What a great pit stop on the way back to Canada! That have great homemade signs, branded sweatshirts etc! I ended up deciding on some really cool keychains and a vintage style crossbody bag!

Stopped for fuel and the tire shop guy pointed out that one of our trailer tires had a screw in it, suspecious that he wsa inspecting everyone's tires on the fuel island (obviously trying to drum up tire business). Unfortunately we elected to buy 4 new ( rip off price) tires. I suggest to avoid this truck stop.

It's an alright gas station but beware the cheese curd. It's ALWAYS expired and not by a day or two. Today is August 3rd and all of the cheese expired July 12 or July 27. Sometimes it's still ok sometimes it tastes like funk!

The air compressor nozzle doesn t seal on the valve stem. I ended up with less pressure than when I started filling up. Puts also cheaper at the 76 across the way.

We found this place by accident while stopping at the Flying J for food in June 2021. We were highly entertained and impressed with the animals there. We saw Zonkeys, chickens, ponies, turtles, and so much more. They accepted donations, and there was a very friendly staff. Thank you for having this!!

Stopped here 2nd time and very disappointed while also 2nd time no shower no Bathroom facilities.Don t stop and Fuel up and there. Truck Parking Lot is not Paved and big whole in the lots. They are not deserving FJ dealership .

First time here and it is horrible here! This place inside is so trashed and filthier. Then the outside of Eagles Landing in Avoca, IA.Bathrooms, filthyShowers ugly, messy, disgusting.Store floor not clean.4 people standing behind the register and 1 active cashier. SMH what a mess.

We broke down here where we had pulled over. The Assistant manager was so nice, she tried to give us a jump start. It didn't work, we had to spend the night right there in our trailer, until the garage opened. She offered us a complimentary drink. The mechanic, Randy, was so good he was booked but found time to replace our starter. Our vehicle works great now and starts everytime!

DQ closed. 22 flavored milk, no actual milk. Zero hot food for drivers at dinner time. Bad business.

I was road early and needed a break from a day of driving. I walked in and Jed was working with other customers.He was friendly and helpful -- even at two o'clock in the morning!I stilll had some of my Mountain Dew so I asked him if I could please top it off with fresh ice. He was very kind, informative and very helpful. I went to the restroom. It was clean and well stocked. The entire store was impressive. I asked for some information and he was quick to help. I would recommend that they give him a raise.. he's definitely a keeper!Thanks, Jed. YOU'RE THE MAN!

Horrible place w a inhumane roadside zoo. The animals have no space and are not taken care of properly. You think a camel can live in that tiny fence and igloo coverings for the other animals ? Disgusting and inhumane. Shame on them. Karma plz come for the owners of this horrifying roadside attraction. Lots of sketchy people here too. Avoid!!!!

First off fuel island dirty. Second pump keeps shutting off 18 mins to pump 135 gallons. Thied go in to get a shower ask at the counter they say um we are having a water problem right now. Every excuse all the time at most flying J s. Come on you can do better. Always an excuse why there is no showers pathetic.

Why would someplace be SO SICK as to keep a beautiful creature like a camel, caged up, all alone, just so you can attract folks to spend money at your overly expensive store. How bout we cage the CEO of Flying J and see how happy he/she is? DISGUSTING!

The lady with gauges working on February 8th at 4:00PM is the laziest employee I ve ever met. Nothing but rude ignorant behavior. There is 2 other gas stations in scipio with way nicer employees and cheaper gas! Use either one of them before Eagles Landing, you ll thank me later!
