Bought a Ranger here in Sept 2023. I was a little nervous about driving 2.5 hours to buy the exact vehicle I wanted, but it all worked out. Walker was helpful. Low pressure sales. Good experience.

These guys are amazing. They bent over backward helping us purchase our vehicle. Donnie and the team over there are great. We ve had a few small issues and they ve gone above and beyond to make things right. We wouldn t hesitate to buy another car or recommend them to anyone!

I could not be more pleased with Murdock Ford and Eric! I inquired about a 2020 F-150 Limited, and within a half hour, Eric had reached out to me and answered all my questions. He also gave me a trade value before I drove down to see the truck. When I arrived, the truck was ready to go. I didn t have to waste anytime. After some negotiation, I got the deal I wanted. We signed papers, and while I was signing, they got the car detailed. Not a weak detail, but extremely thorough. The car looks brand new.During the negotiation, I wanted to keep my tonneau cover, and we agreed on that. Because of time limits that day, I could get it done. The next morning, Eric met me with the truck, fully detailed, full tank of gas, at the truck accessory store.Incredible customer service. Great pricing. Easy negotiation. I could not be happier. Thanks Eric and Murdock Ford!

This is possibly the best Ford dealership in the state.I had an excellent experience working with Dain on the purchase of my last F150 and just ordered an F450 from them. They are super honest and transparent.I live about 30mins away but take my trucks here for every oil change just because I trust them more than the bigger ford stores up North.Every experience me or my employees have had with the staff here has been pleasant.

My truck had the weirdest issue that seemed like a fuel pump or bad compression. The mechanics were very thorough and found a short on my transmission wiring causing a large amount of issues all at once. Cost effective repair for the work they put into hunting it down. Live the small town dealership vibe. A guy pulled a quarter out of the cash register for my kid to get candy from the vending machine. That s all I needed to be a return customer for a long time. Keep up the great work!

Had to share my great experience with Murdock Ford. At first I was a little skeptical driving that far south to buy a truck, but the straight forward sales approach from Dain, Cameron and Blake and the post sale follow-up far exceeded my expectations. I ll definitely buy from them again.

Awesome shop with trustworthy staff! I took my 2006 Ford F150 with the 5.4 engine in it to get the dreaded spark plugs done. They quoted me $542 + tax out the door two of plugs broke of course. They wanted to charge me for the hour of labor, but after talking and little debating and explaining the original quote, they honored the original. The reason I am explaining this is because those men honored their quote and have my business. I would recommend telling customers in the future that it could be more if plugs break, but never the less, they honored the quote and took care of me - they are class act and I ll be coming back. Thank you for you hard work and honesty.

I worked with Randi ordering my Bronco and wowzer. I thought waiting was hard. Try being Randi dealing with all my questions for a year and a half - along with (I m sure) hundreds of others. She was SO helpful from the very beginning and was incredibly honest on everything. I went to a few other dealerships and it was a night and day difference - other dealerships get so pushy and will add on so much to your total cost. I wish I could tell everyone to get their next car here because it ll be worth your while. Best dealership by far! Oh and if you re on the lookout for a Bronco, Randi is your gal!

Very unimpressed with Murdock. Long story short, I had my 1998 ford ranger in multiple times for a check engine light, each time I was told a certain repair WILL FIX IT, EACH TIME IT DIDNT. They did not back there word. I paid full price each time. After 4 different visits and over $1600 for them guessing what the fix would be, the problem was solved, a new mass air flow sensor. I've always taken my vehicles to this shop back when it was tischners, I'M NEVER COMING BACK AFTER THIS MESS. Wish I could say different. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Also just a little thing, they left grease marks all over my hood, and I have a blanket over my seat and each time I came to get my truck it was wadded up on the seat.

I was impressed with cade and his dad (original owner of the Murdock group) It was worth the drive, yeah they are in a temporary building till there new one gets built, but the no pressure neighborly feel is there. where they take care of me. We bought a hybrid maverick and the price was way less than the salt lake dealers.. check them out, they can also find you a vehicle after talking to them . and i am not a ford fan .... so right there is a big deal

very impressed with this place, they are genuine people with good ethics and are on the ball. I am not a big fan of ford but after talking to them it will be okay and happy with the purchase.. they are great at what they do and i have a lot of respect for them

Was changing my oil on my f150 and couldn t figure out why I had to fight so hard getting the oil filter off. Then it dawned on me that I took it into you guys for a cam phaser replacement. Please remember that I shouldn t need to use channel locks or a filter tool to get my filter off!

Dave is awesome but he is graduating soon. I have been working with Randi and feel like she is top notch. She takes time to explain the pricier and keep me in the loop. There are so many dealers that don t really care but Randi does a wonderful job!

Well worth the drive to Santaquin! Everyone there was great to work with, especially Eric. I was able to get an awesome a deal on a new Explorer over the phone before making the drive. I drove by 5 different ford dealerships to get there and would gladly do it again for my next purchase. They definitely put their customers first. I have been involved in buying 5 different new cars from 5 different dealers within the past year, and Murdock Ford was by far the best. They will be the first place I go to in the future.

Eric Adams, Best salesman I ve ever dealt with. I came to him with an offer and he worked with me tirelessly until I was happy. Best car dealer experience I ve ever had. This is my first Ford, and he made it an experience to remember. I went to about three major Ford Dealers before I found Murdock Ford, and they were all cutthroat prices, with zero emphasis on making the customer the priority. Murdock is a gem, please don t ever change! You ve found yourself a repeat customer, and I ll be referring you guys to all my friends and family!

My husband found his work truck at Murdoch about 6 weeks ago. He loves his truck so far. That's the good part of this review. The 3 stars is for poor Argentina to detail and either not having complete information or withholding it.It wasn't until after we signed the papers that we were told there was only one key. Didn't expect that. We were told we should be able to get a hardware place to make us a copy. No offer to help. No mention prior to papers being signed that was the case. It cost $95 to get a new key. It also needed an oil change immediately. Didn't expect that. Should have asked. It cost another $85. They set up financing with someone they highly recommend, a local credit union with the dealership collecting $25 from us to join. We were told that would be our money in our account. There was actually a fee of $5 to join that they didn't mention that I read about when I got account details a week or so later. Our account balance also only showed $5. My husband had to call to find out what happened to the other $15 collected from us by the dealership. He was told it would be looked into. We got a check in the mail for $10. I'm still wondering what happened to the other $5. And there is an $8 monthly service fee to pay our loan online. That's more than $600 over the life of the loan for the convenience of paying online, something that is usually free. It's not a dealership issue other than they highly recommended the financing as great. I disagree and would not trust them on that again.Overall we're satisfied with the truck. But if you buy from them, make sure you check you are getting 2 keys, that there's no immediate maintenance needed, and that they don't arrange financing with someone you'll get details from in the mail later that differ from what you were told. All that seems like common sense. They were nice. So we dropped our guard a bit. Our mistake and lesson learned.

The whole Murdock Team was amazing!! I have dealt with everything and everyone from buying parts for a different car to buying a brand new F-350. Every single interaction has been nothing but a pleasure. This is the only place I would buy a new vehicle from.

I recently took my girlfriends car in to get it fixed, it was having trouble starting, the engine just wasn t engaging when you turned the key. They called me a couple days later and said that they would need to replace the ignition switch and that it would cost $300 for parts and labor. They called on a Wednesday and said they would have the part that next morning and it would be done by Friday. I waited until the Friday after they said it would be done and called over to find out what was taking so long, they said that the car was done but the ignition switch didn t fix the car. They ended up having to call ford and foes said to take it somewhere else. We went to pick the car up and they charged us $500, even after they said it would only be $300. They said they had put 8 hours of work into it. Before I took in I checked the ignition switch, it took me 20 minutes to completely remove and replace the ignition switch. After we paid them we took the car over to Payson lock and key, where they helped us immediately. The man looked at the car for 5 minutes and saw the problem. He claimed that it was a common problem in cars and that Murdock should have seen it immediately as well. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes and only charged us $35. I would never recommend going to Murdock ford to fix something on your car.

Best dealership around. Absolutely honest and more like buying from an old friend who would rather keep a friendship than just sell you a car. My family and I have bought dozens of cars and trucks from them and really appreciate the relationships we've developed with them and their staff. I seriously can't say enough good things about them.

My family has gone to Tischner's for years. They have always treated us well and dealt with us honestly and fairly. They are great to buy cars from, as well as to do work on cars. Great local business. We have since moved away from the local area, but it is still worth it to drive down and do business with them. Highly recommend.

Almost a year ago I ordered a 2018 Raptor from Dave at Tischner Ford.The experience was outstanding. I flew from Illinois just so I could buy the truck from Dave. He gave me a great price and handled everythingwith a professionalism that only years of experience can provide. It is a family operation and everyone went out of their way to help me. I call them every so often with questions and they have always provided me with the right answers. I would recommend them to anyone.Remove review

Poor follow up and customer care. Went in for an oil change on May 13th my maint pkg covered new windshield wipers and was toldThey d be in on May 14. Went over May 17th to give them a few days and there were not in. Was told they would call me. Never heard from them called Matt again on June 7 and he still had no idea why they were not in. Have been promised several times a call back which NEVER happens. We are a long line of ford owners and have always supported and purchased from the old Tischner Ford. Sorry to say we won t be back. Shouldn t be so hard to get windshield wipers or a call back. I give up. Don t want the damn wipers any longer.

My f150 fuel pump went out in Nephi and got it towed there. They got it fixed in less than a week, and they were super easy to work with. Super easy to work with and they got me out of jam.

My F350 all the sudden lost power while I was driving down I-15 and my check engine light came on. I got off the freeway and searched for a dealership close by to have them diagnose what was going on. Luckily, Tischner Ford was less than 2 miles from where I pulled off. The mechanic was knowledgeable and the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. I m grateful they were able to quickly get me back on the road.
