I have loved my experiences at Big O tires in Santaquin. They have an amazing kids waiting room with toys and Disney plus on the TV. I brought all 3 of my kids to get my oil changed and a general inspection done, they had no problem waiting in the fun waiting room.The employees were also kind and explained everything they found while looking at my car. They were honest, and informative with pricing and the issues that came up. Would recommend it to everyone!!!

$3000 and it took more than 7 hours to get 8 tires put on! Matt might act nice but he apparently doesn't really care after waiting that long for service. Not to mention he didn't bother mentioning the most important details about their financing. Weekly payments and after 100 days they charge over double what was borrowed... 0/10 chances I will recommend anyone to this location. Once the work was done his mechanics did a good job though. No problems with the tires after I finally got them on.

Matt was awesome to get me in and out so quick on a Saturday. I really appreciate that he aloud me to make an appointment on their busiest day. Just so happens that Saturday s are my busiest days as well. They were prompt but very thorough. Matt and his team were very professional. Thank you Matt and your team at Santaquin Utah Big O!

Blew a drive tire on a Volvo VNL semi-truck. Called ahead and they were able get me in before closing. Had 22.5 tire replaced in no time and paid through credit card. They don t accept EFS.

Matt and the guys were awesome to work with. They pulled my daughter s car in quickly and had her flat repaired and back on the road in no time. Great to have a good guys that made my daughter and wife feel comfortable in a tire store. Thanks again for taking good care of us

They were really great to work with. They kept me informed on what work they recommended in addition to what I had asked for, but didn't pressure me into anything. They also tuned into my concerns on cost and offered different options to help me with that where possible. I so really liked their waiting area, it was comfortable and the shows on TV were fun Disney choices. Matthew was the one who helped me, he was great. There were some things that caused me to have to wait a while for parts to arrive but the experience overall was great.

Of all the places in North America to break down out front of, I m glad it was Big O Santaquin. The whole team were unreal and genuinely wanted to help us even though our vehicle is extremely old and difficult to find parts for. They made it possible for us to continue our travels and are the reason why we were able to see some fantastic parts of the country. We ve honestly never experienced this type of hospitality or service and recommend Big O Santaquin for anyone in the area or passing through. Thank you again.

I appreciated how quickly they ran the emissions on my vehicle. I didn't even have an appointment but within 15 minutes I was on my way again. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so

Edit: They reached out to me and I was able to get a discount on the oil change on my other car. I appreciate the effort to make sure things were taken care of, so I raised the review from 2 to 4 stars.I was quoted $72 for an oil change over the phone. I had a coupon for $15 off and when I paid, the total came to $72. When I asked why it was still so high, they said it was because of a shop supplies charge that they added and conveniently didn t tell me about over the phone. Not a great look.

My husband went in to get two tires. Person at counter kept telling him to add on an alignment after a bit of convincing my husband says okay sure let do it they changed the tires everything was okay until they do the alignment when doing the alignment there tech had snapped the bolt they said they ll have to keep it over night so they can get the part okay cool no problem things happened my husband had paid for 2 tires and alignment when he return the next day they asked that he pay for the part they had broke this does not make sense how do you break something an make a costumer pay it and oh what they said after was oh that was just half the cost we paid for the other cost. Come on how would that make it better! They go to say it had rust so that why it broke okay if it had rust then you should warn the costumer and ask if they would still like the service!!! Supper shady locationMaybe we should go to small claims court and see how this pans out

Trevor was awesome! I had my kids with me and he came outside to greet me & asked what I needed! The kids and I went into the playroom. He told me it would be about an hour wait! He got us in and out within 30 minutes if that! Wonderful service! Thanks Trevor!

Trevor was absolutely wonderful to get me in and out of the bay as fast as possible for my oil change. Trevor at the santaquin Big O tires has been one of my best sales advisers I have seen in a long time! He asked the service team to get me out fast because Trevor was aware of my situation to get right back in the road. Thank you at Big O tires for making my day much better!

During a snowstorm, my car was sliding. Matt was so super nice and got me right in for 4 new tires with great snow rating. I would definitely recommend stopping here for your vehicle needs.

Big O Tires was great. Took about vehicle in and they helped to figure out what was wrong and to get the y fixed in a timely matter. I would greatly recommend that if you have issues with your vehicle take it here. They were great.

I brought my daughter's car in because someone did a "hit and run" and I was worried the alignment was off. Cody did a thorough inspection of her car, and checked her alignment, and all was good! I totally recommend this business! He was fast, and honest! Cody did a fantastic job! 10/10 recommended!

I'm impressed with the service, and the willingness to meet my requests over what would be more profitable. Trevor went above and beyond, in meeting my budget and my timeframe. I can absolutely recommend him. He communicated clearly and efficiently without overstepping or pestering. He listened to what I needed, and made a plan to achieve it. Couldn't be happier.

Super friendly and helpful crew. They came out and met me in the parking lot barely after I got out of my truck to ask what I needed. I interacted with one front desk person and two techs from the shop and all were courteous, friendly and extremely eager to please. All around great experience.

We had a tire emergency on the highway right by the store and I pulled into their parking lot about 15 minutes before they opened. Their crew was ready to work even before they opened their doors and I was back on the road in no time at all. I'd give them 20 stars if I could.

We had a blow out on our 5th wheel close to your store. We called roadside assistance and after over an hour of frustration and no help, we got our trailer to your store. Matt, your manager, was very helpful. We can't say enough about Matt and the rest of your staff there. We came into your store angry and frustrated and left happy. This was due to your wonderful staff that provided wonderful customer service. We don't live near you, but if we did you would have customers for life.

I have always been a Big-O fan and customer, but Santaquin s location is above the rest! They are friendly, personable, speedy in service, kind and honest. Even when I brought in a new truck, Matt made sure I was taken care without hesitation. They do a great job here!
