This crew turned my whole trip around.I came through on my trip from Phoenix to Jackson, Wyoming with a couple issues I didn t have the means to fix on my own. They took my bike in immediately and fixed it up for me for a low price. They were informative on what the issues were since I could only explain the symptoms and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. When I m on my way back through this town I ll be stopping in again to get my bike a once over with a professional eye. Highly recommended.

I really can t say why I tried White Knuckle, it wasn t a referral or anything, I was looking for a shop to change out head pipes on my new Road Glide Special and I did a search. Most the reviews were good with a few bad ones. All I can say is how my experience went. I called and spoke to Ray who was very knowledgeable, gave me options and told me to come in and surf the catalogs. I went in later that day and met Eric who was patient helping me go through all the option and land on exactly what I was looking for, head pipes and tune. I felt comfortable enough to move forward, ordered parts and when they came in a little over a week later I was called and set a time to come in. Ray said to bring the bike in first thing in the morning and it would be done by end of same day, which it was. Came out great and I m very satisfied. A couple of good guys. Thanks

I am very impressed. Over the phone I told them this was my first Harley, they were so nice on the phone, offered to help me and show a few things on the bike. They fit me in immediately and made me very comfortable. They had it fixed within 1 day and it was extremely affordable compared to what others quoted me. I will definitely be using them from here on out!

I these guys over the chapel! They are a small shop but it s worth it! They know what their doing and my bike always comes back better than I returned it! Good prices as well! Keeps me on the road longer of course!

I dropped off my bike. Was supposed to be called back with and update. I ended up calling them. Was told they had parts come in for other bikes so would be another week. I was called back week later told what problem would be. Told part was $100, then cost of oil and labor to install starter cable and do oil change. Told it would be 10 days to get part. My bike was at shop month and half. Cost over $400. Over $100 more than what I expected. The work was done correctly. The communication needs work. I told them I was not in a big hurry but when you tell a customer you will call them back on a specific day, you call the customer back on that day.

I am going to be as professional as I can be here, but one star is a gift. There are better motorcycle shops in the valley so do not waste your time or your money at this shop. This review is mostly in regards to Matt since he is the one that put the motor in our '08 HD Street Glide. After we got about 800 miles on the new motor we started having issues with the throttle and the idle. We took it back to White Knuckle so they could figure out what was wrong with it. We were leaving for the Beartooth Rally in Montana and wanted to make sure it was solid. After having the bike for THREE WEEKS they could not figure out what was wrong with it. Below is a picture of the bike being towed from their shop to another motorcycle shop who ultimately diagnosed and fixed the biked. Do your research!

My bike has been at this establishment for about 14 months it originally went down there to be sold abs was told the person would be obtaining the bike with in a few weeks. Several months later the person supposedly buying the bike had his dog attack another persons dog and that he would need a few weeks again to obtain the funds mind you this was after 6 months of already being there this was in the fall of 21 now he we are summer of 22 and the bike still just sits there it s been stored out side and in the rain a custom 1200 that has many upgrades and an Arlen ness intake that should never be left out I. The rain especially the way it s mounted, . Not to mention when I went to see my bike after a year it looked like total shit . Not one bit happy about any of this as we all know the used bike and used car markets are booming and I could have sold the bike numerous times at 2-3K more than what I was offering the bike to white knuckle at to resell it .. at this point in time I ve spent the last 3 days trying to contact the owner of the shop to get my bike out of there shop!Services: Tires, Engine repair

Great Service, and amazing people to have work on your bike! Brought my 99 V92 in and got her roaring like never before! Very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, great turn around as well! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for anything done from a tune to high performance work done on there bike. Also can get you the parts you need. Also throwing the word out they have a beautiful bike for sale, as of right now. High performance cams and rocking at 1905, beautiful black Harley.

Joel and Matt are 2 amazing mechanics! Who take pride and joy into what they do! They are Honest quick and amazing at what they do! You walk in and your automatically treated with the up most respect as if your at a best friend's house! I take pride and joy into my roadking and they made her run better than ever before! If you want a shop you can trust and count on amazing service check these guys out and I promise you wont be disappointed. You'll leave smiling and knowing you bike got the best service love and attention a bike can have!

Have taken multiple bikes there and every time they end up doing more than asked and at a better price than expected. They have worked out several conundrums that others could not resolve. I bought a vstar and had only one small bike previously. Took it in for a look over and an oil change. They treated me great, I m sure he realized quickly I was a novice, but instead of leaving me on the sidelines, he brought me to the bike, showed me where a couple things are and how to make some adjustments. After I ask about my carbs,(the bike hadn t ran for two years), but instead of jumping at another repair he told me an easy cheap fix. I trust these guys, and I like them. If nothing else it s absolutely worth bringing your bike buy and checking some of the pieces of beauty sitting in his shop!!Service: Oil change

These gentlemen were nothing but professional with me. I wanted some specific upgrades done to my 2012 Road King. Sat down with Matt and came up with a plan. Parts due in a week. Week went by and the rim that came in was wrong. Factory sent Wrong one. Matt immediately contacted factory and boom another on the way. UPS loses the rim. Matt goes above and beyond to get my rim in quick. That was the last part we were waiting for. Take the bike in, less than 24 hours later I have my bike back. And looking and handling great. The delays were not the fault of the shop but with the distributor. But, Matt and Joel worked hard to get the right stuff in as quickly as possible. And I was kept informed on what was going on. I didn t need to call them. They called me. Customer Service is great and these gentlemen work hard. Those will be the only hands I will allow to work on my bike from now on. Prices were good and they went above and beyond to get me my bike back ASAP. And they did a lot of work. Support your local shop.

Took my bike in to get a no charge issue fixed. They correctly diagnosed as a bad stator and replaced it. When I picked up my bike, I noticed that my odometer was putting miles on the bike very quickly. I would drive down the street, and it would show an additional 20 miles added to the odo. I immediately took the bike back to them but they denied that it was related to anything they did, even though it didn't do that when I dropped it off. I ended up driving the bike home, putting over 200 miles on the odo, even though I only live 4 miles away. And found, when the motor sounded like it seized, that they had left a large tool inside the stator casing. This was causing the stator to short to the frame and causing the odo to read crazy miles. Not to mention it chewed my drive belt up. Not impressed with the workmanship, if they had just checked their work instead of denying they had anything to do with it, and refusing to look at it for at least a month, this review would be different.

I took Okie's (my dad's) bike to White Knuckle after The Chapel had left tensioner chain bolts loose causing them to fall out then denying their fault and refusing to correct the issue. The guys at White Knuckle were stellar. They identified and corrected the issue quickly, making Okie's bike run like it is supposed to run. I can not say enough good things about these guys. They didn't give me a runaround or try to sell me anything I didn't need. They got straight to business and fixed what needed to be fixed to get me back on the road. They definitely have my business for now and the foreseeable future.

Took my bike in for an oil change... drain plug was stripped, these guys had the bike done in a couple of hours. Up front about the cost, no games. Highly recommend these guys!
