I was there today, I had a problem at my tire, a hole and they fixed everything in 5 minutes. I payed an affordable price, those guys are greate.I recommend this place.

Where do I start with this? I purchased a car about a year and a half ago from a used car dealership that uses Victor's to get their tires, and they decided they would try to pull one over on me and put snow tires on the car. This wouldn't have been an issue in the winter, but I bought the car in the middle of July. It is a HUGE safety issue to drive on snow tires when it's that hot outside. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought it could've been an honest mistake, and after some negotiating with them and the dealer, they agreed to replace the snow tires with all season ones, but instead of new ones they put USED tires on it. When I asked how many miles they had left on them, they just said "I don't know. They're used." Again, that is not okay. When putting the tires on they somehow messed up my alignment so the car constantly pulled to the right, and ON TOP OF THAT they also broke two of the sensors in my tires which caused me to get into an accident when the anti-lock brakes failed due to the tires not being able to sense that the car was sliding. I never write reviews like this, but I'm just astounded and everything that happened with them. They're ridiculously unprofessional and I honestly don't know how they can still be in business when they don't properly train their employees and mistakes like what happened to me are made. They only get an extra star because they were fast, but that was their only redeeming quality.

THE BEST TIRE/BRAKE SHOP IN SLC! They are very kind and honest and they are always willing to help and educate you! I ve been with them for the past year and I have not got disappointed the service is 100% on point and most of all they are experienced and fast! I would give 10 stars if I can!!

The manager was so rude. He first tried to sell me 4 tires but I only wanted 1 to replace the blowout. He kept pushing to sale the 4. Finally we decide on 1 tire only and he wants an outrageous amount. When I say excuse me....he says....I'm the manager, and goes and laughs with the boys in the back. Wonder if they treat men that way. Experience, horrible, employees mean, and over priced. BE careful ladies

Very rude employees. One of the employees was supposed to put air in my tires, instead he removed my tire and when I told him that s not what I asked for he proceeded to put the tire back on but left it loose on purpose because I wasn t buying a tire. When I left Victors tires my wheel partly came off while I was in traffic. Victors tires have always been good to me. This new staff is criminal and not professional at all. I will be filing a police report.

They did a seasonal tire change for me years ago and were fast and more than fair. I took my new vehicle there they tried to charge double the going rate based on a quick judgement on how wealthy someone is. Luckily I know when I m being ripped off. Drove down the street into midvale and found a better shop that doesn t take advantage of people.

I had more than my tires replaced at Victor's. My U joint also needed to be replaced and it made a huge difference. I appreciate that they also kept the price fair. They where great.

Very nice guys, they were fast and friendly. I had a flat tire, and it turned out to a broken valve stem.They did exact what I wanted and they did not try to up sell me a new tire. I be getting my tires through them

Best place to get your tires done with a reasonable price. Luis at Sandy location helped me out today with tire change. He went above and beyond to fix my tire. Highly recommended!

Last 6 years I have been using Victor Tire service. I always been to Sandy Branch and they are Awesome! Many times for flat tires , I was advised to change all the 4 tires by other vendors whereas Victor tires will fix it for 25$ . Best place in UTAH for tire repair.

Can t beat the prices of new and used tires. Service was fast and friendly. 4 barely used tires(85% tread left) and mounting cost me $400. We arrived exactly when time of opening and drove off 30 min later.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Confirmed total price over the phone, then tried to UPCHARGE me after they put the tire on. Then wanted to argue about trying to cheat me. Had to make them take the tires off. POOOOOR SERVICE. Just disgusting people

Purchased two used tires. Went home and next morning it was completely flat. So I did fix a flat and air and saw there was a large slit on the side. I then called to get it replaced and he said that they don t have a replacement I then asked if I can get refund he said no. I said, so I am out on my money ? He said Yep and hung up on me Extremely unprofessional and dishonest!!! I would never recommend this place to anybody!!!! I will be reporting to the BBB.

I wish I could leave less than one star. I called today to put 2 tires. I have in my garage on my daughter's car shock at their response. They won't Mount and balance.2 tires. Only if your doing 4 Tires Overall rude demeanor. Literally go to any other tire shop That's not named victor's in The Valley and be treated with respect.

I used to love coming to Victor's I love the staff that they've had through the years I love getting my tires there and the price of affordable but the last four times I've come the new manager always tells me to come back in an hour or two hours and then they still can't get you in I've been back three times to try to just get my tires rotated and it keeps telling me to go back come back again and come back again I don't like the new manager he's not doing a good enough job like the others used to really frustrating I'll have to go to other shops or another location of Victor's

We were mistreated, cheated, and offended in your West Jordan today:1. My daughter called today asking how much it would be to do the alignment to her vehicle. She was told that $89.992. My wife and I arrived at your store and spoke with Manuel, a friendly worker who indicated they would do the alignment to my daughter's vehicle. And we would have to wait.3. Another individual with a long and disgruntled face was behind, never greeted or looked at my wife or me.4. When the car was ready, Manuel informed us that there was still recommended work to do in the vehicle and directed us to speak with Abelardo, who was going to explain the vehicle's previous and current alignment status.5. We walked to Abelardo, who never looked at us and asked for my name and phone number. Then without explanation, he said we owed him $117.99- I tried asking a couple of questions about their work and related vehicle questions, but he abruptly ad rudely cut me off and demanded I pay.- When I asked why he was increasing the amount, he became agitated and even more upset and said in a loud voice: "if you do not want to pay, do not pay." He grabbed my keys and left the front desk.- I asked him to calm down. Then I told this individual I was NOT refusing to pay; I asked for clarification on why he was increasing the labor price. He became more upset and called me "a liar" and said my wife told him "Somethingdifferent" about the price.- He kept arguing and talking loud in a belligerent way.6. To avoid conflicts and problems, I opened my wallet, looking for cash.- I first left a $100 bill over the desk and got the balance. However, this individual abruptly grabbed my $100 bill and tore it off.- I asked what was going on, and he waived and, raising his hands and arms, said he could do whatever he wanted because I was "in his store."- I told him I would record and take a picture for Google reviews. He was furious, stood up, and PROUDLY showed his name on his red t-shirt and said: "of course, do it, this is my name. Go for."- He kept an aggressive attitude and refused to give me an invoice or receipt.- We left the store to avoid potential physical attacks from this person.- The misbehavior and offensive and aggressive7. The vehicle is for my own business, and I cannot claim a tax deduction for the repair because Abelardo refused to give me the receipt. However, he charged me $100 and was belligerent, offensive, rude, violent, and unreasonable.8. I will file a complaint with the IRS and Consumer Protection.

Bought some used tires, great price. All 4 changed in like 10-15 minutes. Tires weren't in the best condition, but hey...they're used, what do you expect?It wasn't busy when I arrived.Receptionist had a mask on behind the counter which is good. The mechanics didn't when transferring car back to me, but not a big deal.Would go back again.

I had a tire leak on a Sunday. Victor tires was the only shop open, and I m so glad they were! Not only was the staff friendly and professional. They got my tire fixed in less than 20 minutes.
