Loved getting an oil change here! It's drive through so I didn't have to take my unruly toddler out of the car, which is a game changer for me. They topped off a bunch of fluids and checked that all the lights were working properly, they even filled my tires. The employees were professional and friendly, a shout out to Ethan for answering all my questions and made a great start to my day. Thank you so much!

Update: They accidentally drained my transmission and stripped one of my bolts. Three hours later and I m still here while they fix everything. They took over an hour for a simple oil change and I think they messed up and probably stripped all my bolts.

the guy working on my car didn t screw the metal splash shield back on underneath my car resulting in it getting damaged. went back to let them know what happened and the dude asked me if I go off roading .in my honda civic . and then proceeded to tell me i don t even need the part. i don t care if i don t need it the point is it s damaged because of you! he eventually offered to order a new one and replace it for me but it s been a month and a half and still haven t heard from them. they did a messy job too. wouldn t recommend.

Very good experience having my oil changed at Valvoline. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was treated very respectfully. One of the technicians even taught me how to change my air filter. I will definitely return for future service needs. Special thanks to Ivan who was wonderful to work with!

Stripped the threading for my oil plug during the change before last, offered no refund or discount knowing the oil change they just performed was rendered useless as result. Spent an extra $150 for supplies and parts to swap out my oil pan after they did a temporary fix. I ll be doing my own oil changes from now on, I only came to Valvoline for the convenience which has proven to no longer be convenient.

Really upset with this place. My husband recently got a new RAV4 and had his oil changed here. They gave a sticker telling us to come back in 3,000 miles, which we did. We got another oil change and sticker to come back in 3,000 miles. The sticker said we were due again for an oil change, and we happened to go to Jiffy Lube instead. The guys there told us that Toyota has a specific requirement for these cars to use 016 brand oil, which is good for 10,000 miles. We ve been getting 016 brand oil changed at Valvoline every 3,000 miles, resulting in a lot of wasted money and time from this place.

This place is great - EVEN when they are slammed. They consistently give outstanding service. Not only are they very kind and professional with the customers, you see it with the employees communications with one another.

Wonderful experience here. Paris is a gem of an employee. I witnessed many other employees coming to her for help and guidance so she could or should be leading.My wife had taken the car in before and mentioned how great it was but then when I took the car in I got to experience their excellent service first hand.First off, we came on a Sunday which already is difficult to find a place to get an oil change but that s the only day we could. Open with happy faces.They were fast and honest. No pushy sales and quick to listen.Will return most certainly.

Within a couple weeks of getting an oil change my check engine light came back on. Had to take it to someone else to find out valvoline didn t reset it correctly. So that was a hassle, good service besides that.

Staff was friendly, but it took FOREVER!I pulled right into a bay and then waited over a hour for my oil change to be completed. A week later I noticed my oil filter cover dangling They didn t replace all the screws.Next I noticed my skid plate was also missing a screw. Ugh. My car is in worse condition than when I brought it in.I ll never return to this location.

Very well-oiled machine these guys have running here (pun intended)! Fast, efficient, courteous, and thorough. I stayed in my car with the window down while they worked, and the techs would ask me questions and provide information on my vehicle as I worked on my laptop. It couldn t have been a smoother, more convenient process. I will definitely be coming back here for my next oil change!

I won't take my car anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, don't try to push any "extras" on you that aren't needed, and always do a great job!

Very friendly service technicians who went above and beyond. They let us know of another potential problem with the engine, but didn't push us to get it fixed right then. I will be going back for all of my car maintenance

Was at the place for 2 hours.Had to return to the location to have them put a part they forgot to place back on my car.They made me wait another hour.The wait time online said 5-10 minutes.

Great service but even at a time where it wasn t busy it took nearly an hour to get in and out. It has never taken that long before. Their app says 0-10 minutes.

The only reason I go here is because of compentant people like Jaden. Jaden has flushed my transmission, changed my coolant, recharged my ac, and changed the fluid in my differentials.I call to make sure he's working before I go. You can tell he has a ton of experience!

Super quick and convenient but prices have significantly gone up over the years... a synthetic blend oil change is now ~$75. You can find it way cheaper on Groupon. I paid $48 on Groupon plus about $12 for tax and extra oil quart.Emissions was $30. Cheapest I could find.Service: Oil change

Excellent service and hospitality! Never a good feeling to have the maintenance due light come on while on a long road trip that has just begun!! However, I followed reviews on line, and Tryson, Trinity and Paris, as well as some nameless helpers in the pit, did not disappoint! They called out checks on each system as they were completed and double-checked so it felt like a well oiled pit stop team had me covered. Service completed in 20 min or less as I waited in the car. Highly recommend!

I went yesterday afternoon, Thursday, 7/6/23, around 2/3 pm ish. There was (1) vehicle ahead of me a given, but i had to sit & wait for 25/30 minutes until they finally pulled me in. That seriously was very unpleasant since they had around 4/5 Technicians plus the Manager!! i seriously would have gone somewhere else if i knew i was going to experience this long of a wait. Anyways, the staff was polite to me. i honestly thought they were efficient, but I was surely mistaken. They didn't check my engine battery. They put lucas additive after feeling it with oil first. (I didn't like that one bit, but what was i supposed to say? Start all over, please? i did pay $22.00 for that "LUCAS" addictive.) i don't know who trained these technicians, but i think this new generation of young adults doesn't know anything about true customer service skills & or work ethics... Also, when they handed me the new sticker (as i'm being guided out of the bay, i was in to leave mind YOU), they completely FORGOT that i ASKED very nicely for it to SAY -6 months & 6000 miles... it didn't happen!! i know this is somewhat petty, but it doesn't mean it's ok, in my opinion, only!!

I would never go back here. First, the wait was about an hour before I even got to drive into the bay. The oil change itself took around 20 min which was fine, but about a month later my car started to leak oil everywhere. I took it to the dealership and they told me the oil filter had not even been replaced from the last change among other things. Just a crazy bad experience all around

I was hesitant to try out because of cost another review mentioned, however my total was only $45.03 - the least expensive oil change I ve had in a while! I m so happy I gave it a shot!Loved being able to stay in my car the whole time.Paris was awesome, as was everyone here. First time ever not having someone try to upsell me during an oil change which in and of itself deserves 5 stars! Paris was professional, attentive, thorough, explained things to me, and kind. I can see what an asset she is to this or any business!I also had check engine light on. They checked free of charge and reset for me, nothing major. Let me know if it came on again to take a pic of the code that showed up on their system and take to a mechanic.They let me choose which oil to get, I am on a budget and picked conventional because it was the least expensive. I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata, they were ok with that. Total for all services was $53, came down to $45 with Groupon coupon.I had put it over 10K since last oil change - not recommended. The tech explained the oil was a bit darker than it should have been due to that, but would likely lighten up the next few oil changes. Again didn t try to upsell me, I really appreciated that!Honest business model, Quick service, great customer service, and efficient - my first time trying valvoline instant oil change and they now have a loyal customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Service: Oil change

Great service! I pulled into an open bay right away and was out in 20 minutes. Also found a Groupon that saved me $30 off a full synthetic oil change. Very pleased.

The manager jaden did a great job boosting moral and making sure the techs did a great job! I was helped by Tyler and Ivan who both were quick and efficient

pretty good. I was in and out in 20 minutes. the only criticism I had was that I bought some windshield wipers and that same day one of them fell apart. they said they'd make it right but I never got back over there. I'd still go back and recommend. Especially if you have young kids and need it done quickly.

Always does a good job. They're quick and not pushy to upsell items. You don't even have to get out of your car. They often have Groupons to save a couple bucks too.
