Very impressed from the moment I walked in, very personable and friendly. Loved receiving updates on what they were working on with my car. They did a fantastic job on my car it looks brand new. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain collusion.

These people are always so kind and attentive, they treat your vehicle as if it is one of there own. Call them with questions and they always answer them and provide updates while on the phone. Highly recommend this company, they are awesome and will have your car looking better than (if not the same) as the day you bought it, they will not disappoint.

Working with this business was great! The staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I was able to walk-in for a quick estimate for the repair of a scratch on the side of my vehicle. The estimate was very reasonable and mid-range compared to the other repair shops I visited. While the repair took a day longer than estimated, I received updates and had my questions answered throughout the process. When the total cost came back higher than the estimate, the issue was quickly resolved. My repaired vehicle looks great!

Tynan and his team did a wonderful job repairing our car that was accidentally hit while it was parked. Not only was the repair quick and professional, they cleaned the inside of the car too! Thanks for going the extra mile and giving our dirty car back to us shiny and new!

This is the place for auto body repair. Brought my sons damaged Toyota Tacoma in and they were affordable and quick. They detailed the car afterward and the repair looks brand new. Barry is wonderful to work with, and the office lady Felicia is so welcoming and nice. They were so patient, and made me feel like my business was important, instead of making me feel like i was just another customer to make money off of. I got rear ended a few weeks ago, Barry helped me understand the process dealing with the other persons insurance company, booked my rental car appointment, called me every step of the way and had my car fixed in less than a week!! My car was BEAUTIFUL! The inside and outside was clean and shiny. I am so pleased with the work that was done on my car and the service that was provided to me. id give 10 stars if i could :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE!

Horrible service and repairs, car was not even complete when I went to pick it up. Upon inspection we opened the hood to notice they had not installed the serpentine belt, front right fender was misaligned with gaps and not flush to hood or passenger door,, windshield was replaced and they put the wrong tint on it, trim was not attached to window, they scratched the hell out of my paint around the doors windows and rear bumper to trunk. Absolutely a run around with the worst quality work I have ever seen. They tried to deny all there wrong doings and buffed my car scratching it and wearing my clear coat off along with trying to put touch upPaint to cover there mess up!! Seriously a horrible experience the car was not fixed properly and they used after market parts! Horrible don t go there

Efficient and good work. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to repair the vehicle. The staff here was excellent, handling all of the paperwork and communication with the insurance company. My car looks good as new!

Their paint and body Technicians are amazing, but there guys that do the Remove and Install on parts not getting replaced absolutely are HORRIBLE, im sitting here trying to get to my window regulator on my driver door and EVERY screw was over tightened and crack the plastic on my door card. As well as not all the screws were put back, missing 3 screws that hold it on..... Makes me sad because they use to be soooo amazing and I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else, but now after seeing this is might be looking for a new collision repair shop in the future.

Awful work made my car look worse completely diminish the value of my car now I have to pick another body shop to go have it fixed do you not trust them!WORST PLACE EVER! When I went to pick my car up it looked worse than it did with my fender bender. My car was so scratched Not just like a little scratches here and there around the whole car they used aftermarket parts on my fender did not fit it still misaligned I can see inside my engine through my hood. They tried to go fix the scratches after I battled with them they buffed it out so hard the paint was gone they used black paint and just dabbed it on everywhere on my car. Terrible Communication with the ladies upfront super rude and unprofessional to say the least, and I had to have a mechanic go to their shop to finish the repairs on my car!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

If I could give a 10 star for this shop, I would rate it a 10!!!!! The ladies in the office were very knowledgeable and kept me updated consistently on the status of the repair. My car was so beautiful when i can to pick it up and I was very impressed. The job was completed on time and I was surprised with the detailed cleaning on the inside as well!!! I highly recommend this body shop!!! Thank you!

Went in for a quote. Expected close to $1,000 bill for the damage and week turn around. Was happy with the estimate that was much lower and a 2 day turn around. Looking at their work (out front), they care about quality. They remove the parts, tape off, etc. No paint lines like other places. I recommend them against others.

Some places just don't care what their work looks like... this is one of those places. Had a fender repaired and picked the car up after 5 days for a 2 days job. After looking at the fender for 2 seconds I saw that the clear coat has not been applied correctly. The acknowledged this and said they would buff it out. Not sure this is the best way to correct a paint problem but it did look fine afterward. However, they did not even bother to tape up the surrounding areas or take care not to go beyond the fender when buffing. Residue under the headlight and under hood. But that is not the worse of it. They _burned_ the clear coat on the fender this time! Just gave me the car like I was not going to see this. Took it back yet again and they offered to buff out the burned clear! I "explained" this would not the correct way to solve burned paint (I have to point this out to a body shop). I finally got the car back with just two very small scratches. I can address those and it's worth just cutting my loses.I'd highly recommend that you look for another body shop... one that takes at least a little pride in their work.

Great customer service! Falicia was amazingly helpful walking me through the insurance claim process and she called them right away and took care of everything. When I was concerned about the repairs, she jumped right up to check it out and got me an appointment as soon as possible to get it re-checked. I would give her 6 stars if that were possible!

These guys do amazing work. They will always treat you with professionalism and courtesy. I have recommended many people to go use them and each one has returned to me with nothing but praise for these guys. I recently received a quote from BARRY. He wanted to use used parts on an AUDI. very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Waste of your time and I would not trust my vehicle with this company.
