This particular O'Reilly Auto parts features some of the most helpful employees on the planet. I came here to get a new battery for my motorcycle, and the staff went way above and beyond to make sure that I got the correct size, as well as to ensure I had everything I needed to install it. If you have any issues with cars or motorcycles and you appreciate the value of excellent customer service... Then I highly recommend this shop. I appreciated their service so much that I intend on buying them lunch someday in the near future.

Came in searching for a cabin air filter, they helped find my car's OEM replacement. Staff treats you like you know what you're talking about, and don't try to sell you parts you don't need. It may not be a concern for those of us who know about cars, but for those who don't, you'll be very cared for here

Alternator went out on my car at the worse time, had an emergency that used monies I had in savings, Audrey was extremely knowledgeable, professional in helping me navigate what I needed to get the alternator replaced, also letting me know about their rental program, which helps offset overall costs. We highly recommend O'Reilly, they have our future business for auto needs.

This crew was amazing! I was in a jam and needed a battery first thing in the morning. After getting a jump from my husband I drove to this particular location on my way to work and asked for help. They tested my battery, determined I needed a new one. This location didn't have one in stock but didn't hesitate to track it down at another location, go there to pick it up, come back AND replaced it for me. They were so patient and informative.And hey, we're all feeling a pinch these days some of their locations are short staffed (just like everywhere else), please be patient and kind. Everyone is doing their best, let's all extend a little understanding to one another and YOU will experience the great customer service I was given.

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you things that you don't need. They actually told me I did not need a battery, and that my vehicle was just having a hard time starting in the cold and they were right. It runs great now that it's not 8� outside. Thank you O'Reilly's!!!

Online pickup is so convenient. The boy working was so happy and friendly. He carried out big box to our car and placed it in. I will definitely be doing online pick up again here for all my car needs. The only thing is that you do pay more for convenience verses if you can wait for the delivery to your house. I noticed the prices are a bit more for same day pick up verses shipping so you will have to check each item.

They are always extremely helpful. Keven specifically has always done an extremely good job and he always helps me with my car issues. I had my battery die he helped me find the best one for my car and showed me how to install it and how to properly care for it all while being very sociable and having a great conversation.

Friendly an professional!I ve stopped in there a few times, I m asked , Hi, may I help you with anything? I don t have to go searching for an employee as they are running away, cuz they don t want to help a customer out. Unlike certain other places I ve been. The store manager, Keven, he is a STUD! Last time in there, he ended up helping me 15 past closing, to make sure I had everything I might need to finish the repair I had been working on all afternoon. He didn t try rushing me out the door or try pushing items onto my purchase just to get his numbers up.

During a test drive we decided to stop by and have the check engine light tested. Jackson was extremely helpful. Had great knowledge and confidence in what he was doing. We went out to the car and noticed a beige fluid leak. Jackson was on his way out to lunch or done with his shift and came over to check out what we were looking at. He crawled underneath the car and spotted the problem. Looked under the hood and saw additional issues. He saved us from making a bad car buy. We fully appreciate the time that he took, even on his way out. He went the extra mile. Great employee! Give the guy a raise!

Always great service!! I needed help with my windshield wipers and had no clue what to get. Jeff was absolutely a rock star! I appreciate him coming to check on us and seeing if we needed any help. 03/08/20 Long story short, my girlfriend and I were having issues with our car starting up or just completely being dead from what we thought could be due to having a dud of a car battery. Neither being the least bit car savvy when it comes to auto repair, we usually get work done at a local auto repair shop. But our usual place of service was booked for the entire day and we needed this battery issue fixed asap. Which brings me to this particular O reily that we were so fortunate to stumble on in our area. When it comes to getting anything done for anything, I usually cling to google for ratings and reviews on places of business if its worth our time and money to pay for. Nothing but 5-star positive reviews from customer experiences and let me tell you the public wasn't wrong.We were kindly greeted instantly by Trevor, who we then explained our issue and without hesitation he took off to our car to inspect the battery. Took the gentleman seconds to check that our battery was in good condition but noticed was not properly installed which was causing the dead car issue. He quickly went back into the store to grab some tools and what he called a Shim that would help distribute power from the battery to the car. Throughout the whole experience he kept us informed and even showed us how to fix/point out these kinds of issues. Trevor was so amazing throughout the whole ordeal and was able to point out other problems in the car (which he fixed on the spot at no extra cost). What we thought could of been a sum of a hundred dollars to be repaired he got it done with a $3.00 part and fixed in minutes. Like many of the reviews for this Sandy location, I highly recommend everyone to come here and get help if not a second opinion on an issue your having with your car.Again THANKS FOR EVERYTHING TREVOR!!!

Excellent O'Reilly's with super helpful employees. I feel like that's what makes or breaks a store and the employees I've worked with here are great. They are very informative, make good suggestions and are helpful in the process of getting any parts or similar for your car. I've been here several times and would recommend it any day.

We had two fobs that needed replacement batteries. As a woman I definitely am not tech friendly, had no idea how to replace the battery or even open the fob ! My husband usually does this but he s having some memory issues. I not only was able to buy the batteries, but the young salesman opened each of them up and replaced the batteries for me even though it took a little time. Excellent customer service! If I need any car related things, will visit again as they seem to carry a lot of products.

Trevor and his co-worker were awesome. They came out into the parking lot to answer questions, tested and then changed our battery. Very polite! Very helpful! Wonderful experience for something that was stressing us out!

This place is the place to go if you want some real, honest and knowledgeable help with anything on your car!!Zach and his team can get you takin care of and on down the road.My wife and I were I. Town visiting family when we had car trouble and came into the store for some parts specifically a fan belt and a sensor. We were greeted with a smile and were helped quickly. After we had purchased the parts, Jeff offered to install the parts right there in the parking lot. Witch was amazing because we were basically stranded there so we were ever so grateful for the extra help. In no time we were all fixed and ready to head home to Colorado.Iv never experienced above and beyond service like this at an auto parts store before!I wish they were all like this but I think the sandy Utah's oriley has some of the best people in the business working there. I'd recommend them to anyoneThank you again for going above and beyond for us in our time of need.

I have been to this particular O'Reilly before and it was not a good experience at all. But today JACKSON totally changed my mind. I had my check engine light come on and he took the time to diagnose what was wrong and even replaced the part for me free of charge!!! JACKSON has my everlasting thankfulness! Go JACKSON!!!

Hi! I thought I'd share that the main driveway that's easier to turn into, is on the south side of the building. I found it easier to go to the light, turn right, and take the first right into their parking lot! I hope this helps someone else! I saw customers that arrived after me try to into the parking lot off of 700 East and they nearly missed the driveway.)Anyhow.I pulled into this store's brightly lit parking lot on a Tuesday, a bit after 6pm.The store was empty, neat, and clean.The young man named Colton approached his register as I explained I had been referred by a young man at Valvoline. I told Colton that the Valvoline employee also said the employees at this O'Reilly's would help me replace the bulbs on my brake-lights.Colton looked up the part I needed, went to the rack and selected the part, and as we walked out to my car, he showed me the squeegees I asked him about. (It is pretty cool that they had three styles to choose from. The smallest one had the handle screw right inside the squeegee so it didn't have any awkward pieces taking up room.)Colton walked out to my car and quickly showed me how to replace both brake-lights (it was super easy to do on my Honda Accord EX).It was about 6:30pm when we finished, and four cars/customers had just arrived.I don't know if he would have helped me/if he would have been able to help me so quickly if there had been any other customers there when I had arrived.Before he walked into the store, I asked him to please come back and to please stand behind my car to see if both of my car's brake lights were now working.He was nice and obliged.I thanked him and was on my way.(Because he wasn't very talkative, I couldn't determine if I had inconvenienced him, or if he just doesn't like small talk. He didn't seem bothered/put out. So I hope this nice review compensates him for his kind deed! I really appreciate his help!)

Mitch was super helpfull! He was super patient and very helpful locating the purchase history for some parts from last july. They were under an old phone number and one of them was even on a commercial account, a possible mistake from a past employee. Anyways, even though my parts needed to be ordered in Mitch was able to find everything that needed to be warrantied out.

The staff here is amazing. Jay went above and beyond when I came in to purchase a new headlight. He helped me install it and even helped me polish up my headlights. I will definitely be going back!
