Always have had these guys work on my F-150. I have 140K on it now. I bought it with 57K. Always honest and realistic with pricing and repairs. Great staff.

These guys fixed my alternator and serviced my car and did a great job! everyone is nice and listened to my concerns, even the detail guys do a great job too

!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!!CAR CAME WITH NO BRAKES ATTACHED!!!!!!!The irresponsibility of this place amazes me, me and my father always had something good to say about this place until one of their vehicles ALMOST KILLED ME!!!, I bought a truck from here and after driving it on freeway 215 for the first time I felt and unsettling shaking, turns out that the idiots at National Auto Plaza didn t bother checking anything on this truck before trying to sell it for a quick profit much much MUCH HIGHER than what it s actually worth, after I got off the freeway I saw that the front left wheels brake caliper wasn t even attached, NO BOLTS, NO SCREWS NO NOTHING, the caliper would have eventually fallen of destroying the tire leading me to crash at 70 MILES AN HOURE KILLING ME AN OTHER INNOCENT BYSTANDERS ON THE FREEWAY INSTANTLY, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A VEHICLE.

Currently still working on getting the car I want but due to my own delay. The reason this gets 5 stars is for the lack in customer service by one associate and that was made up for by Jason Omar and the Alex.They have a great selection and hope to close my deal this week. They ve been very helpful and not aggressive like most dealerships.I would recommend them to my friends and will be going back to them in the future.

worst experience ever. really would give no stars. Sales guys kept changing their story, had to go back so many times each time more than 4 hours there! all because i wasnt aproved with a certain vehicle even after signing loan and all documents and car was given to me! first the car i chose needed to be newer than the second they changed my interest rate after signing! i wasnt looking for a dealership car. i was trying to sell one of my cars to get a bigger one in cash. i get a call from some guy named mario,offering me what i was asking in cash or even 5000 in as a trade. when i went in mario guy didnt even help. i ended up getting 1000 for a trade. first they offered $500! liars. wont ever recommend. worst service ever!
