First of all as many of the other reviews have said the people in here are very condescending and have an outdated mentality when it comes to customer service. I've still bought their products because of their warranties and I believe them to be quality in the past. But when you come to warranty those products you will find that you will not get what you bargained for. These guys are complete crooks and do not care about their customers, they have no value for lifetime value of their customer but only the profit that they can make in the moment.I purchased a battery with a 2-year warranty. When I tried to warranty the product 18 months later with the receipt and all the required documentation they tried to find every other reason why they would not honor it. The battery literally melted from the inside out with no other defects from the vehicle. I have worked on cars my entire life and the battery was clearly defective. It was strange because the first thing the guy wanted to know is if I had the right receipt and then moved on to other reasons why he said he would not cover it when I produced the correct one, Mike the assistant manager said the defect would have shown up in a few months, which makes me wonder why anyone would even offer or purchase 2 year warranty. Clearly this is just a scam to get you to buy their products with no intent of ever making good on it.Buyer beware. Last NAPA product I ever purchase or allowed to be put in my vehicles

Went there tonight at approximately 1800, Jimmy had a real bad attitude and made me feel like a total idiot and I don t appreciate it. Jimmy should find a different line of work because he was useless. We ended up going to o reillys and they were great. Don t go here if you expect any help or service especially from Jimmy.

I used to drive more of a sports car but now have a Dodge Caliber. I wanted to switch out the shift knob for a cuter one. I ordered one online but it was for a screw on knob not a pop off. Mike at NAPA fixed my problem in no time at all . He placed a vacuum hose in it and the new knob fits like a glove! I highly recommend this store and ESPECIALLY MIKE for any help you need on your vehicle! He's a miracle worker! Thanks Mike

Worst experience ever the assistant manager in Sandy was completely rude. I went to pick up my items that I ordered online and got the worst customer service from the assistant manager I've ever gotten at a place. I will never shop at that location again or napa auto parts store

Did a return and the salesman, Jimmy, was incredibly rude. Seemed highly inconvenienced by it, complaining about having to do it manually since we didn t buy them at that location.

Easy in-out parking with Handicapped spaces at front door. Cash, Debit, Credit.Ultra clean/organized & fully stocked & next day delivery or sooner if out-of-stock. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store staff for polite and friendly and knowledgeable.

The employee Jimmy was a bit concending and annoying to work with. I ordered a pick up order for a single can of refigerent and got there early, instead of him getting asking for my order # and getting it. Instead he would go on and on about how he gets alot of orders, how I came early and he did not push the pick up button, or even how I told him I payed already and he said "No you have not paid, not until i press the button that says order is ready will the order go through and you would have payed".Must be very hard to go 10 yards in the store to get my order with the 6 employees and 2 customers in the store mid day on a Monday. Funny how people his generation will say how the youth do not respect their elders, but he can't even do a simple job without giving an attitude.

I went to this location on 6/21 and Jimmy, the assistant manager was the one helping me. He had zero respect and down talked me and my husband the whole time. He was very unprofessional and rude from the second we walked up to the counter.

NAPA has the heavy duty parts but, I paid through the nose. That's why they are my last choice. Oil filter and fuel filter for $70.00 !! Should be about $40. I'm from out of town and I don't know where the independent truck shops are.

I got a price of over 350 for the two half shafts in my MKS for another parts store and then called NAPA on State near 90. Shawn quoted me a price lower than what the other store wanted for one of the half shafts. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the parts are high quality, as have been everything I,very bought from them, being a lifetime mechanic, I do shop around and always end up purchasing from NAPA and recommend this particular store in general.

The staff here isn't very friendly and they're almost always talking to each other instead of helping the customers. I've been in here several times and it's happened every time.

Ordered a part online and went in to pick it up. Was the most simple thing I've dealt with possible. I went in showed my receipt on my phone they checked the number and grabbed my order and I was gone. SIMPLE AS BREATHING!!!

Napa has not been my go-to when money's tight auto parts store however every once in awhile which is why I checked with them always they will have an outstanding deal on what it is that you may need. So always check with them, this particular occasion I needed to do a front end rotor pad and caliper replacement and they were the cheapest by about 50 bucks they had the parts in store pulled and ready for me when I walked in no issue whatsoever to pay and leave the staff there was friendly and a ask just a couple of questions to make sure that there was no issues that I would run into it was not insulting as if I did not know what I was doing but more friendly as in talking to your neighbor or your best friend before going under the shade tree to do the job.

I give Napa five stars because whenever I've needed a part they've always had it. If they didn't have it at that store they were able to order it and have it within a few hours. That is very very awesome. They also stock some items for industrial use as well like for example fan belts. Awesome!!!

Decent prices, decent parts. I am being gracious and giving them 3 stars. I have gone there four times now, the store will be full. And the staff is in no rush. Not sure that the parts are worth having to deal with they're mostly lazy marginal staff. Not to mention, the store's computer system cannot look you up from locations other then the one you bought your part from. That means that I must have my receipt with me for a warranty. Huge inconvenience! Only Parts chain to my knowledge that has this old system. Cutting Edge in the 80s does not equate to today. Yes I will go to them in a pinch, but I believe I will return all my business two other competitors.

Lemuel is an outstanding guy! We had some serious issues getting our batter replaced to the point where we stripped the screws and were nearly stranded. Lemuel went above and beyond and helped us immensely! He was even willing to stay and help after his shift! Super guy, Thanks a ton bro!

If NAPA does not have what is needed....well thats pretty rare. NAPA should have their wholesale customers at a counter not visible to the walk in retail customer. The counter people can spend a significant amount of time on the phone, while retail customer...waits.

There was only one other person in the store besides me, and it took 10 minutes after the other customer left for one of the customer service representatives to attend me and ask if I need help finding anything. There were 4 customer service representative behind the desk during that time. When asked if I needed help finding anything, I asked a question about a product and diagnosing an issue I might have with it. The customer service representative didn't know the answer, but didn't do any further investigation to get additional information that might be useful.Later I asked another customer service representative if they carry a specific item, to which they shook their head no, and answered a phone call. Another staff member came by and said they do have it, and found what I inquired about.During a transaction, I asked if the staff member helping me if he could check the price on a separate item, and he curtly responded "no, we're in the middle of a transaction, unless you want me to cancel it".The 2 star rating is for the below average quality of customer service based off of my recent experience.

I called the Sandy store today to check the availability of couple parts I need for my project, and they wouldn t answer. I called again and I was put on hold for over 10 mins. I was still on hold and walked to the store and saw 2 old men at the register, one was helping a customer (Hopefully) and the other was just walking around. One of them pretended like he didn t know what a control arm is after I said it like 7 times. Also, the phone started ringing and they were telling each other to not worry about the phone.EDIT : I also called a day earlier to check for the availability of the control arm and they said there are 2 in stock, when I got there, they said they never had them and would need to order them.

Was in there today to buy oil. Two employees were taking 10 + minutes to help one customer. There were no other employees at an open register. I stood in line for 10 + minutes, visually begging to be helped. Two or three other employees walking around behind the counter wouldn't open a register when I asked for help. I was told they were already clocked out. We have a lot of money to spend to maintain our business vehicle, but they won't get a dime of it. When the short female employee was done gabbing away, the "clocked out" employee told her: "hey, this gentleman needs help", but she walked away. I sat down my oil and walked out of the store. Horrible customer service. Went to an O'Reilly's and got my oil, and was helped right away.

Great service, they are more than willing to help you, even when its an odd replacement part. On top of that if they don't have access to a part you need, they are willing to recommend where else you might find them. Highly recommended!

Mike was super helpful - he opened the door after closing time and tested my camper batteries. I was certain they had gone bad, but Mike took the time to test and double test - then he told me my batteries were good. I thanked him as he just saved me $300.00 - his final comment to me was, "I don't want to sell you something you don't need." GREAT GUY, GREAT PLACE.

I drove from Draper to Sandy to pick up a part. Told the guy I would be there before 7pm. Was banging on the locked front door at 6:56pm. I called their number while sitting at the front door....no answer. I left driving around the tire shop next door and waited 30 seconds. Pulled back around and the store manager and a punk kid were exiting the store. I yelled saying that I need the part and the kid said talk the the manager as he ran to his truck. The Manager said his computer shuts off at 7pm and must be set a few minutes early so he could not help me. He would not get me the needed part and left. I looked at my clock it it was 7:02pm as I pulled out of the parking lot. Went to Pep Boys, found the gasket I needed and purchased 2 gallons of trans fluid, 2 quarts Dot 3, 4 quarts power steering fluid, and 3 gallons of peak full strength antifreeze. I will never shop at that NAPA again. I work 4 blocks from the store and spent about $75 per month...never again.

Its difficult giving theis store a bad rating all over one employee. Napa has always done a find job for me. Called this morning to make sure they had some oil in stock and verify the price they had online. Super nice guy told me he checked and they have it and told me the price.A couple hours later went to the store and was called up to the counter by a rather large woman. She proceeded to tell me they didnt stock the oil I wanted. When I told her they had checked earlier she told me that the empolyees there were stupid and always tell you the product is is stock withouth looking. This has never been my experience. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while she explained to me why I didnt want the products I was there for. Well I did want Royal Purple products not some other brand and I know what my motorcycle capacities are. After being told that Napa no longer carries the product I asked to have somone else help me, I was told by Karen that she ran things and nobody knew more than her. She finally turned around to the shelf right next to her and the oil was right there. she gave it to me then argued with me becaue I was buying different weights. Then pushed another brand of tranny fluid that I didnt want. Finally everything was ready and she is ringing it up. Her price was $5.00 a quart higher then they told me that morning and they had on their website. She got very rude when I questioned her and told me if I wasnt such a Dumb Ass I would know there are internet and instore prices.I had to ask another employee for a manager, Karen wouldnt get one for me. He was super nice checked me out Prices as quoted. It was interesting to watch how intimidated Karen made the emplyees, dont know if she is an owner or what. Id stear clear of her if you visit this location.UPDATEProvided contact information to NAPA customer care and have never heard a word from anyone. Guess the Poor service at this store starts at the top and works it way down. As inimmidated as everyone was from this terrible woman maybe shes the owner.

Five star service! Hugo actually took the time to test my battery, matched a new one and installed it for me! He then proceeded to install the new wiper blades I had also purchased without me asking. NAPA, especially this location, has a customer for life.
