Went in for an exhaust issue on my Honda. My Honda is a 2007 so older and we re trying to get a few more years out of it and I expressed that to them that I don t want an expensive bill but I want my exhaust to last for a few more years. They listened and were very friendly and said that they would Find the best fit for us. They got us right in. We left our car and within an hour and a half they had it done. I like the fact that they re open on Saturdays, that helps us a lot with both my husband and I working late hours Monday through Friday. The bill was only $200 which nowadays seems cheap. I even found out they still had my records from 20 years ago when I brought my Mustang in for a muffler; I like taking my cars to one place so they can keep records of my vehicle, so I will be trying them in the future for other auto issues .

Brought my car in for a weird noise, they had it looked at and diagnosed in 15 minutes. The repair took a couple of hours and was really reasonable. This is my new go-to place. Highly recommend!

I was provided excellent service. My truck was exhibiting a commonly arising issue, an exhaust leak from the Hemi engine. Before servicing it I wanted to discuss some concerns that I had read would more likely arise due to shops executing the repair with some "easier methods." Two other shops were unfamiliar with my concerns and would only discuss potential problems after dismantling my truck to inspect it.When I raised my concerns with Tyler, he immediately addressed my questions while confirming that my suspicions fit the symptoms I described.He alleviated my concerns with expertise gained from familiarity and experience with the repair. Tyler explained that he avoided creating the issues underlying my concerns by only utilizing the best most proven repair technique. He refused to consider utilizing the methods I was concerned about, although they're sometimes preferred by other shops because they're easier to execute, because he knew they could create subsequent problems for the vehicle owner.My truck was promptly repaired faster and cheaper than the dealership's service department could do so.I'll definitely use these guys again when the need arises.

Ron and his crew are always clear and accurate when interacting with me and when diagnosing the car problem and repair. Their prices are fair and work done as promised. On this trip in they promised the repair would be done in 30 minutes; they were done in 20! I drive across the valley to their shop, even though there are several similar shops much closer, because of the way they treat me and conduct their business.

I dropped off my car just to have them take a look to recommend a muffler for what I was going for, although I was bummed for they couldn t get to it the first day. Called in today 11/28, interested in an install for a Roush exhaust, and ready to give all the info needed for a quote. Ron answered the phone and was extremely curt, rude, and unwilling to help unless I had in-depth product knowledge. I asked him if he would look up the product code on Google (30-second job) and he refused, claiming he has plenty of business and people waiting for him.

I ve never had exhaust work done on anything before, just wanted some nicer tips on my car. The tips won t work unless I replace the muffler also, so after shopping around and finding parts that I like the sound of I got my own parts because I don t know what a store offers and what they sound like.I called to get a price quote to have them installed and without warning was just turned away saying they don t want my business and when I ask why the guy on the phone asks if I bring my own burger to have Burger King make it. I was polite the entire call. Another master autotech said they are able to do it, so I wouldn t recommend going to this one to have parts installed if that is what you are looking for.

The shop was crazy busy when I brought in the jeep but I had plenty of time and I'm a patient person. I didn't make an appointment. Just drove in and dropped off. Talked to multiple people here and they were all very good. Friendly and helpful service. I'll definitely come back for future business. Thanks y'all. Oh and here are photos of work and welds. Just added a muffler. It was off center but they got it working no issues.

On my road trip from East to West on I80W,all of the sudden while arrving in Utah my car started to heat up to 120 degrees, the power steering went off making it very difficult to drive and the battery light came on.Tyler from Master Auto Tech resolved the issue in no time. My serpentine belt had broken and they replaced it.This is an honest and efficient service.I highly recommend this shop.

Tyler was great, knowledgeable, honest. That can be hard to find. He kindly answered my (many) questions, even the dumb ones, without being impatient. They made a detailed report of all possible concerns with the car, Tyler then went through the important ones with me with estimates of what I would pay to fix them. The price seemed fair, when some places charge $100+ for used car inspections. I would definitely come back, thank you!

I've been patronizing Don B. and his team there at Master Muffler in Sandy for years now. They've done exhaust work on my 96 Ford Bronco (exhaust system, exhaust outlet and a complete header installation,) brakes on my wife's Kia Sedona, and I just had a exhaust tip put on my son's F-150. Don does great work and is only a 3.5 mile drive from my house.

I had an awesome experience with Master Autotech. From my initial interaction with Don on the phone and in person, you can tell that he is a great guy. The communication from them like SMS is good to get update of the status of the repair. They even offer after hours pick up which is convenient. The pricing of the service done is one of the cheapest I've had from repair services. Will definitely do business with Master Autotech again (not that I want more car problems). These guys are great. This is the best shop I've come across. My household has a proclivity to drive older vehicles. These fellas have always treated us right, and kept them running. My first experience with this shop is what won me over to them. I was going to change a part on my pickup, I was having trouble doing it myself. I took it in, and asked if I could get it back before they closed. I was told they'd do their best. Well, 5pm rolled around, and I hadn't heard anything, so I figured I'd get it Monday afternoon. About 2 hours later, I get a call. "Your pickup is done." I was shocked. They'd stayed late on a Saturday to finish it up. I haven't been to another shop since. These guys are great, and have always gone well above and beyond for me.

These guys are great. They've always done me good work, but what's nice, is if they somehow did something wrong on your vehicle the first time, you can bring it back in and they'll get it right there done for you free of charge.Always had good friendly conversations with the mechanics here too. Bunch of great guys!

I had an oil leak that another mechanic said didn't exist. I brought it here and they found and fixed my issue in no time. I worked with both Ron and Don, both had excellent customer service. I appreciated how thorough they were and how they stood by their work.

I've had issues with multiple different master muffler locations and management's and I swore I'd never use them again. Well I got in a pinch so i figured id try a different location and this location was able to work me in, their crew was quick, and the work was nice without any issues. I will say the tech could've walked away with an extra 100$ in his pocket if he spent 10 more minutes cleaning up his cut straight but overall these guys are worth going to, they were more than fair with pricing and I will be a returning customer to THIS master muffler location. went in recently with what i thought would be at least $ 500 in repairs. walked out with a bill for only $ 70! Craig explained it was just a couple of brackets and a small length of exhaust pipe that needed replacing. and that my cat converter was probably ok. very honest & great staff!
