GREAT service from start to finish. I requested a tow through AAA and quickly received a call from the dispatcher (Amber I think?) that set it up. The driver (Nick) later called me sooner than expected and said he d be to me in 20 minutes. My truck was in a tight, and tricky location but he got it done. He then towed it to the shop for me and sent me a text letting me know when he dropped it off.Fast, friendly, and cost was less than I expected!I highly recommend them.

The best towing experience I have had. I had 4 other companies come out to tow my car. None of them were successful until I called McNeil s. My car was parked in my parking garage with difficult turns & many other cars. TJ masterfully got my car out without any issues. I m glad I called this company and will call them again if I have any other issues in the future.

I called the AAA dispatch # around noon, and T.J. from MARVEL/McNeil s Towing arrived within 30 minutes! I had two previous calls to them in December & January, and both times they showed up quickly and they recharged my battery just fine.I only bought the used truck in June, and there was no decipherable date on the battery; it seemed new in fully recovering after the first two jumps. But today, it really struggled to turn over. Even after starting the truck and charging my old battery 15-20 minutes, the cold cranking amps only rose to 377 vs. the ideal 650+.So this time I decided to change batteries, and T.J. installed one right away. Then he tested the new battery, and it showed 791 cold cranking amps! Overall, he did a very efficient and effective job, and I would fully recommend T.J. and this outfit to anyone with a dead battery. Thanks!

Car won't start so I called my AAA and they sent out Marvel Towing (Kimberly). She was very professional, called me to let me know she was on her way. She was respectful, nice and knowledgeable. She not only gave me a jump but tested my battery as well. Thank you for having wonderful service.

I'm impressed and very pleased from the help I just received from Nick at Marvel Towing. Sent to help me from a call to AAA, he got to the core of the problem rapidly and fortunately was able to fix it right on the spot. Friendly and able to clearly explain what was going on was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to call him directly for help in the future should the need arise.

Kim came out to replace a dead battery for us. She really brightened up my day, and did a very efficient job getting the car diagnosed, and back running. She also followed through with all the appropriate warranty paperwork for our battery, which the last provider did not unfortunately. Would highly recommend this company

Marvel just came out to fix a dead battery for me. TJ was awesome. He was very professional and friendly. He made sure my car battery was fully charged before leaving. I ve used McNeil s six times in the last seven months and I ve been so impressed every time. They are fast and efficient with incredible customer service. Thank you thank you thank you for getting me back on the road quickly!

Kim is the definition of a girls girl. The dealership was telling me one thing, & she took the time to make sure what they were telling me was accurate. She made me feel valued & extremely taken care of. Her service is one of a kind and I m thankful for her!!Mike helped tow my car to the dealership and he was GREAT. Extremely friendly and clearly explained everything to me so that I understand what was going on. Thanks Mike!

These guys are amazing! They came so fast, and were incredibly helpful. I'd absolutely recommend! Luis went out of his way to make everything as easy and safe as possible. I was broken down in the middle of a 6 lane road. They even brought an extra truck to block traffic. Call them!

I had a great experience with Nick today from Marvel Towing. I had tried to start my car without success. Nick came right out and checked my car battery to find it not working. Before you know it, my battery was replaced and I was able to continue with my Saturday errands. He was kind, helpful, courteous and professional and I appreciate the excellent help service given.

Marvel towing sent Luis to help me start my carThe key fob was not working. Luis tested the battery. it was good. So his diagnosis; my 2 key fobs needed batteries. He helped me open the fob and I was able to replace the 2 batteries myself. Fast curteous and excellent service

Got a nail in my tire on Bangerter during the morning rush hour. TJ with Marvel arrived quickly, put the spare on, and I was on my way! TJ was professional, friendly, courteous, and knew his business. Excellent experience for me!

Yesterday March 22 2024, I needed a tow from the Alta View Hospital to a shop about a block away. The driver, I'm sorry I forgot his name, was there in less than 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable and took care of my vehicle in the most professional way. Kudos to him and his service. Thank you, I fully recommend his company and service.

Mike was AWESOME! Nicest tow truck driver I ve ever met. Mike was quick to help my husband and I out. Needing a vehicle towed is not a fun situation but Mike helped ease the stress and got us taken care of. Super good pricing compared to a lot of other tow truck companies.

Nick at Marvel Towing is awesome! My car died at night (luckily at home). I requested a tow through AAA. I was expecting to wait a long while, but Nick was there in less than 20 minutes. He communicated well the whole time. My car was parked in a spot at the end of an alley. He was very adept at getting it out of the spot and in a position to get it on his tow truck. I was planning to follow him (in another car) to the repair shop to drop my keys in the slot, but he offered to do it. He called to tell me the car was dropped off and the keys were in the drop box. EASY PEASY! I highly recommend Nick and Marvel Towing.

This morning I got the dreaded dead battery. I called AAA which uses outside contractors and had Marvin come and save my day! I was on the original car battery and it had been just over 5 years so it wasn't a surprise with the cold weather we've been having. Marvin used his magic to start the car & change the battery without me losing all my radio pre-sets! He had a great sense of humor and was very quick at his work but thorough as well. My car was parked inside my garage so I was a bit concerned...I shouldn't have been. Marvin removed my battery and took the dead one away. Thank you Marvin, you made a day that could of gone bad, and fixed up and I was on my way. Thank you to Marvel Towing/AAA for hiring such great people.

TJ was super timely, communicative, and extremely helpful. Good customer service by taking time to explain what he was doing, and making it comfortable with a bit of lighthearted small talk. 10/10 recommend

Dispatch "Amber" was very pleasant and patient with me asking for details of my location as well as my health. Officers talking to me as traffic is driving by causing distracting noise; dispatch was kind & considerate in repeating questions so that I could provide information.The officer was very adament about my vehicle getting towed as soon as possible. According to the information on my cell it said it would take 59 mins. Not too long after speaking with dispatch, I received the call from the T.J. who was nearby and clarifying my location. Not too long after, T.J. was at my aid with the tow truck within 7 mins. With a smile and a cheerful spirit he checked if I was okay, received information of what happened as he accessed my vehicle.Needless to say, we made it to my home where my husband awaited for our arrival smiling, and shaking T.J.'s hand, thanking him as well.Small world, but T.J. comes from a family both hubby and I love and adore, especially his mother.Miracles happened today. I lived (so did the other drivers), TJ. and Dispatch were on point and gave quick good service, and my shook up morning of being rear-ended was easily consoled by T.J. and dispatch!! Thank you! Thank you!! God bless!!

TJ the technician was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, fast service. Needed battery replacement. Was told probably about an hour. TJ was at my house 15 minutes later (so 45 min earlier than expected). Testing was quick, and new battery install was fast. Great experience from start to finish with this company and TJ

I just wanted to say thank you to Nick our tow truck driver. We had three little old ladies with a flat tire and no spare. We were stranded at the side of the road and called AAA. Nick and Marvel Towing was sent. He was kind and caring and respectful, he waited at the side of the road with us until our Lyft driver could get to us. I will be forever grateful for his caring concern and help. What a great representative he was for your company.

Luis arrived quickly and when he said he would. He was kind and helpful. My battery died and needed a charge. I would definitely use Marvel again and ask for Luis.

It has been my best towing experience. Mike went way and beyond what is expected under usual circumstances. My daughters were blocked on a side road. After towing the car to our dealership, he waited until their Uber picked them up to make sure they were safe. My daughters and I could not be more pleased and thankful for the service provided by Mike and the company.

My car wouldn't start this morning. I called AAA and they sent TJ from Marvel Towing. He was here just a few minutes after I called and it took him 5 minutes to replace my battery. It was excellent service from AAA, Marvel Towing and TJ. I hope I don't need them in the future, but if I have car trouble they will be my first call.

TJ was so helpful. He did a fantastic job at determining the problem. What I thought was a bad battery because my Dealership told me I needed a new battery, but TJ said there was nothing wrong with my battery. The only thing that was wrong was that I didn t drive it enough. He saved me $400 by not taking my dealerships advice. Thank you TJ thank you McNeil s towing.
