I had a flat tire about a half block away from this wonderful establishment. It was my lucky day! They had my tire fixed and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Not only that, but when I went to pay them for the job, they said no charge! I would give them 10 stars if Google would allow it! This place goes above & beyond when it comes to great service!I have already recommended this place to 3 friends & 4 family members. I would highly recommend taking your car to this place for any tire service needs. I believe that they do oil changes as well. They re the most quality people & the reason I can say that so confidently is that when I walked in the door, the guy sitting at the front desk had a Raiders hat on!GO RAIDERS! & GO HILLSIDE TIRE & SERVICE!

Came in for the first time today due to a leak in one of my tires. I also needed a tire rotation, a top-off fill on my other tires, and my pressure sensors recalibrated. Chris and the team were able to patch my tire and fulfill my other needs perfectly and for a great price! Service was awesome and fast. I left very pleased, thank you!

Super impressed by the service I received here! Pricing was very reasonable, they got the job done quickly, and I ve had no issues whatsoever. I had them put snow tires on last week, and the gentlemen that helped me were exceptionally friendly, and accommodating. They let me bring my dog in while I waited, and even took the time to give her treats and love on her. When I forgot items in the lobby, they called me immediately, and even ran them out to me. Great dude, and I ll definitely be back when it s time to swap my tires again.

Needed tires late on a Friday night. I called he said bring it in@ seriously they were on the car I was out the door in 15 minutes. Holy Moses I'm a customer now. Best best customer service anywhere..really!

Been here a couple times to fix my tire(s). On both occasions they did what was best for me, and not just what was best for them. I went to a couple other places before coming here, and both of them wanted me to buy 4 new tires. It was refreshing to get an honest breakdown of my options. Thank you!

I got a hole in my tire in the Costco parking lot nearby and I was lucky enough to find this team so quickly. They patched the tire within 10 mins and didn't charge me a thing - very kind of them to do for a first-time customer and glad to have them in the area!

Spent over $1,000 on brakes, asked if they could take a look at a button I pressed in on my dash. When I picked it up they showed me that the piece that's pulled is the first piece to take apart the dash. Problem is I never took apart my dash and it clearly shows somebody did. There was no gap when I dropped my car off. I asked the technician and they said they didn't touch it?! To come back and talk to the owner?? I'm just sad that I spent over 1k to have them crack my dashboard and claim they never touched it. I was super nice and made it clear it was my first time being their costumer and they clearly took advantage of it. Was looking forward to having a good car shop to go to, considering the last owner of My car use to only take it to this shop, I thought it was an honest place. Turns out they're not. If I spend over 1k at your business and you brake a cheap dash part and can't replace or even admit to it is absolutely disgraceful. I'll make sure to never go back and let everyone know what type of business they run whenever I drive past it. All I want is honesty and to fix what they damaged, which I think is the bare minimum when it comes to being an auto shop. DONT COME HERE THEY'RE DISHONEST. I normally would talk to the owner, but considering how his employees treated me as a first time costumer I doubt he will do the right thing, because the right thing costs him $ and time while the wrong thing costs him a costumer that is already upset with his service and will not return.

I rolled in at 7am with a screw in my tire that was caused a very fast leak. I stated my issue at the front desk, and they directed me to back into a bay asap. 5 mins later my tire was fixed, and all 4 tires were aired up to match. I was in and out in 15 mins! What could have been a bad start to the week, ended up being a fantastic start to the week. Thank you to the team at Hillside!

Me and my mom have been going to Hillside for well over 20 years and they always give us a good price and treat us fair, we have been dealing with Mark there for years and he loves my mom and her larger than life attitude lol! I would highly recommend to take your vehicle to hillside when you need quality work done on it and when you need a good deal on tires too. I just had them put 20" wheels and 37" tires on my truck and Mark got me a smoking deal on them and I took his advice on the rims and tires he suggested and just like he told me they look awesome! Lots of people think you'll get a better deal online but I couldn't find the rims Mark hooked me up with for cheaper on the internet, they were $40 more on the internet and that doesn't include shipping fees!

I had a tire blowout on the freeway. I was trailing a load of horses. What could ve been a stressful situation. Turned out to be great. This is a very good shop. I would certainly come back.

Phenomenal is the first word that comes to mind and the second would be compassionate. Compassionate is something most businesses lack today. I had an emergency visit to them after my rental car company was zero help. As if being out of state by yourself as a female in a car you aren't familiar with isn't inconvenient enough, I had a wedding to be in the same day! I first spoke with Mark who was extremely emphatic and got my rental back right away for a tire that kept losing air. I wish I got the name of second gentleman I encountered as he had my car fixed, keys back in my hand, and was probably the only one to smile at me that morning. They also waived any fees. From my initial call to driving away was less than an 1 hour. An hour! I'd like to think the wedding will be the highlight of my trip but this is a close second. Although I hope to not encounter them before my return trip home I can not recommend them enough. Your community is lucky to have these two men and Hillside.

They run a tight ship here at Hillside Tire, Professional, Friendly, Honest and Prompt service everytime. They have taken great care of the 3 cars I have owned over the past 10 years and their advise and work have kept me on the road. From simple oil changes to tires to replacing my rear diff tranfer case on my Grand Cherokee and everything in beteeen. They guarantee their work and have THE best prices in the Salt Lake Valley. My family and I have been loyal customers for 10+ years, I refuse to take my cars anywhere else. Thanks Chris, Thanks Mark. and thanks to all the mechanics who have ever worked on one of my of my familes cars.

Ended up stranded with a flat tire. Was able to pump my tire enough to get across the street to these guys and they fixed it for free! Plus it only took 5 minutes.

I've been coming here for over 20 years, and the service has always been exceptional. They check my vehicles thoroughly and advise me of any issues, but never pressure me to do anything I'm not ready for. Mark and Chris do a wonderful job of handling the office and are consistently professional. The mechanics and tire experts have always been friendly and professional as well. Bobby, Dustin, Ethan, and Cameron are great assets to the team at Hillside Tire. I highly recommend going here for any vehicle needs.

Just purchased 4 tires here at a great price. While there they fixed 3 flats for free. Share several less expensive options with customers to fix their cars. Just moved here but I have found were I'll be going for tires and repairs while I live in Utah. Very customer focused team!

This place is the best. I had a nail in my tire and went there to get it patched. I had to wait a bit because they were busy, and when they patched the tire, they didn t charge me anything!It s places like these that attract customers for life. I ll be bringing my cars here for oil changes and maintenance going forward than go to super expensive places like Jiffy Lube. Thank you!!

They didn't take advantage and gave me an awesome deal when the tire turned out to be a quick fix. They never refilled my oil after I brought my car in for a change. The engine burned up on the freeway. The tow truck driver checked and said "This is bone dry." I called Hillside and they quickly became hostile over the phone. It was a nightmare. This was several years back. Should have filed a small claims case. Just know these guys do not own up to their mistakes, and I had no way to "prove," as he said on the phone, that this was their fault.

If you even need tire service this place rocks. Was told to come in for a flat tire repair anytime and and would be in/out within 30 min. I came around lunchtime and they had me in/out in 10min. Everyone was helpful and friendly from the mechanic to the front desk. Would recommend them for tire service to anyone!

The person that answered the phone was incredibly nice and professional. I told him I had two nails in one of my tires. I thought I'd need new tires. He told me he'd have a quote just in case but he could get me in quickly when I brought it in. He had a quote printed but when they looked at the tires, I didn't need to replace them. They fixed the tires within 5 mins and for free.They were all really nice and I'll continue to go to them because of there great service!

Although this company has many great reviews, they are dishonest and will scam you. Last week, I had a flat tire fixed at the Hillside Tire & Service (Sandy). A very kind worker helped me get two new rear tires (premium tires mind you) for my car and informed me that I was also in need of a tire alignment. I came back a few days later to get my tires aligned, but it turns out I did not need a tire alignment at all. Instead, a very dishonest worker charged me for the service before handing me a paper showing the tires alignment before and after adjustment. Looking at this paper you can clearly see that I did not need a tire adjustment at all. I then decided to ask the worker why I needed the alignment and why I was charged. The arrogant and dishonest worker did not give me a valid reason of why I needed the service but rather informed that I was charged because it takes 45 minutes to get the car on the rack for adjustment. Therefore, after paying over $600 for two new tires this worker had the audacity to charge a college student an additional $120 for a service that was not necessary. Very disappointed in the honesty of this company.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
