These guys are simply amazing! From scheduling an appointment to getting my windshield replaced, the entire process was simple and stress free. Not to mention they were half the price of any other auto-glass repair shop I could find! I would recommend this place to anyone.

After a prior quality issue with a national competitor, I looked at Glass Doctor because of its high customer feedback and volume of ratings--I chose right!First, the lady who answered the phone (her name escapes me at the moment) was awesome! She had an terrific phone manner. The rest of the service was equally pleasant.The customer lounge was clean and attractive, and had a snack and beverage counter. The tech was very service oriented and also inspired confidence in their services. Last, the quoted price here was less than I received the other places I checked.I don't normally shop at the low-cost leader, but this time I was also getting a better product and service, so it was without compromise. This will be my go-to place the next time around.

Could not recommend this team enough! The specific window for my car was out of stock for 2+ weeks at the SLC warehouse all auto glass shops use (except Safelite), so they helped me special order it through the dealership. The office manager, Mary Ellen, was super helpful and they had fantastic communication in general. I never waited more than a minute on hold, they were very helpful in scheduling appointments, and they get back to you about any questions right away. Also a great price! I hope my car doesn't get broken into again, but if it does, I know I will come back here to get it fixed :)

They did an awesome job and it was easy to communicate and work with my schedule. My windshield look clean and they didn t leave behind any residue or dirt. Everything was clean and professional. I am definitely coming back for any window needs.

The owner Mr Malone is the definition of customer service. He and all his staff are certified in their trade which is hard to come by now days. They even warranty their work!!! Free lifetime rock chip repair . Even more amazing than that you crack your windshield on these rough construction road that are never ending in Utah. You can get another free windshield in the next 12 months!!! Idk about you but he has a customer for life between myself and my business fleet vehicles. No need to look further at any other company I did the research for you.

My back windshield randomly exploded and my insurance deductible was $500 and they wanted me to go with safelite, I called safelite and they wanted $650 for the cash price.I called Glass doctor and got MaryEllen, she was absolutely delightful to speak with and she was able to quote me $355 for the same job!!! Needless to say I didn't need to call around anymore and decided to schedule the appointment.They finished up the job about 45 minutes quicker than what I was expecting and it looks great thanks again!

This place is overrated. I would give 0 stars if I could, I took my truck in for windshield replacement and right off the bat the guy who drove my truck into the shop never removed the hand brake, you could hear the brakes squealing all the way in.When I received my truck first thing I noticed my truck was parked with the side of my tire scraped up on the curb, the second thing I noticed is the framing around the windshield from inside was stained with black windshield adhesive.Third, as soon as I started my truck the check engine light was on. It wasn't on when I dropped off.When I went inside to complain they ignored me, they didn't even address the issue or say sorry.This is not the service I expected to receive when I handed my truck over. I can't believe that I dropped my truck off for a windshield replacement only to receive it with a check engine light on,scraped tire,and adhesive stains.Only good thing was the kind front desk assistant that helped me set up an appointment and check in.

The were able to get me in early. Quickly replaced my windshield while I waited. The best part, they were much less expensive than Safelite and a few others. I highly recommend!!

Extremely friendly and efficient. Had to get a rock chip fixed, fast and easy. So much better than any other place. Highly recommend Glass Doctor Auto of Midvale.

Very efficient, and the price is very reasonable. We will definitely go again if we need to replace any glass of our cars. The place is clean and closed by my place. The service is professional and we were so happy that we decided to use them to replace replace out window shield.

Very happy with how my appointment went. Tech was very professional and made sure I was aware of everything that was happening with the install. Let me know that the previous glass company had actually broke and then glued the molding. I had no idea that had happen. He was very nice to get those parts ordered and now everything will be secure.

Definitely will work with them again. They returned a reasonable quote to me very quickly after the weekend I submitted it, schedule time for the installation and graciously worked with me to reschedule when the weather was bad, and completed the installation quickly and professionally. From communication to service to payment, everything was a good experience.

I called around to several places to get quotes for my windshield. I have an older car so it doesn't need any of the calibrations that new cars need. I have been needing to replace my windshield for a while now and I knew my insurance was not going to cover it, so I was going to be paying out of pocket. I don't mind, but I wanted to find a good place. About a year ago, I called around, and the quoted I got were around $200. This year, most of the quotes were around $300. When I called Glass Doctor, I was surprised that the quote was higher and it was an extra $100 on top of that, but it comes with more than what I'd get elsewhere. Many places warranty their glass for stress fractures and such for a certain amount of time or whatever. These guys do it for 12 months, which is awesome. The best part is something I have been looking for since Technaglass was dissolved by Safelite- LIFETIME ROCK CHIP REPAIRS. I about cried when I heard they offer that because when I called around last year, no one did. I called back to schedule my appointment and they were able to get me in the next day!I may have paid a little more here, but I didn't care. This was well worth my money. The service was awesome. Mary Ellen answered all my questions over the phone and was super kind and helpful. They were offered free wiper blade replacements as well. When they finished with my car, I noticed those got missed. Dillon was very quick to help me get those replaced and he even noticed they were out of alignment and readjusted them for me too.11/10 excellent service!

Had a rock fly into my windshield which left a pretty good sized eye. We made an appointment and showed up a bit early and they took us right in. You can t even tell that I had a chip. They were fast and very professional. We would highly recommend them! Better than anyone else out there and very reasonable.

Best price I could find for my rear window. Got it fixed same day I brought it in. Was done in about 3-4 hours and great customer service and repair itself. I will be doing all my auto glass work here.

I had the windshield on my Mazda CX-5 reset because it would leak when washed or rained on. I called them and they had availability the next day. Which was very convenient because it rained the day after they reset it, so I got to see very quickly that the leak was fixed!It was super fast and very affordable. Everyone I've spoken to here is very kind and professional. They're now my go-to for auto glass needs going forward. I will 100% recommend to my friends and family.

Glass Doctor was wonderful and quick at helping replace a cracked windshield! I had a rock hit my windshield on the freeway, leaving a hefty chip that caused a growing crack. Matt was wonderful to work with. He came to my workplace and took care of it, making a minimal disruption to my schedule. Start to finish, everything was done in less than 45 minutes. Thank you, thank you! Absolutely recommend.

I had a really bad experience with another glass company, and they had to reschedule my service twice. I finally called Glass Doctor and they got me set up the next business day with exactly what I needed and they asked all the right questions up front so there were no mistakes or issues. Very satisfactory experience. They were fast friendly and fair. Went to one of their competitors first and they wanted $180 to repair a rock chip on my windshield. Glass Doctor fixed it perfectly for $40. Who would you go back to. Thanks Glass Doctor.

From out of town, shattered window while driving on interstate. This location had the rear passenger window in stock, which was amazing. Nice lobby and beverages to ease our tension while we waited. Great technician explaining and showing what we can expect. Felt like the team valued our business and had empathy for our unusual situation.

Such a pleasant experience I had here at Glass Doctor! I walked in pretty close to closing time and the receptionist was able to inform me the cost of getting a rock chip repaired as well as the cost for lifetime chip repairs here. They were able to schedule me in the next morning and got the rock chip fixed within 10 mins! It was such a fast and smooth experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for auto glass needs!
