I hit road debris In my brand new Camry. My insurance company goes through Gerber so that s where I went. It took a little over a month to get my car in but it was so worth it! They quoted me 3 weeks & called on day 4 to let me know my car was ready!They did an amazing job!! It looks as good as the day I drove her off the lot!Everyone was so friendly & I am so grateful for them!Customer for life!

I haven't had many experiences in my life where my personal vehicle has required body work, but recently, I did have a mishap that resulted in a badly crunched rear door on the driver side of my 2012 Jeep Patriot. I was skeptical when my insurance company informed me that the process would go more smoothly if I agreed to take my Jeep to the body shop they recommended. However, after reviewing local reviews for Gerber Collision & Glass, I found that their ratings were actually higher than either of the other two places I had been considering. I informed my insurance company of my decision, and they immediately made an appointment for me to take my Jeep in for repairs.Gerber is a very busy collision repair shop, and I did have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for my appointment to arrive. I was very nervous about taking my Jeep in, as I had taken really good care of it, felt bad about ruining the door, and was concerned that it would never look like new again. I needn't have worried! Everyone at Gerber seemed committed to making sure that my Jeep received the best possible service. I actually had an area of damage on the opposite side of my car from a slight mishap with a pole a few months earlier and asked whether they would be willing to give me a separate estimate on having that work completed, as I had not reported it to my insurance company at the time that it happened. They did not hesitate at all in giving me the separate estimate so I could have that work done at my own expense.After the initial assessment, I was advised on what I should expect as far as a timeline for hearing back from them with an estimate. I was stunned when they actually got back to me earlier than expected. The technician I spoke with explained everything they had done to check out the damage on both sides of my Jeep and gave me the estimate for what the self-pay portion would be. He also gave me a heads up that once they got further into the process, there might be more damaged uncovered that would result in additional charges, but assured me they would update me every step of the way. And then they actually did. I have never had a better customer service experience anywhere.Within only a couple of days, Gerber called to let me know that they had completed most of the work but had to order a special piece of trim on which the shipping was delayed. The technician told me that as soon as the trim came in, they would finish the body work and do all of the painting. He felt certain they would still be able to finish the job by the initial date they had given me for completion. And only a few days after that, they called to let me know that my Jeep was ready to pick up. The total cost was actually lower than the estimate, and this was one full week sooner than the projected finish date!The work Gerber did on my Jeep is absolutely beautiful! No one looking at it would suspect there had ever been a problem. I think they must have used some kind of magic in the painting; my Patriot is bright white, and you honestly can't tell the new paint from the old because they did such an incredible job of blending it.To sum up, I can't think of a single thing that Gerber could have done better. From the individuals working in the office to the technicians, every individual I met there seemed truly invested in their work. I am so glad that I listened to my insurance company and had Gerber do the restoration work on my Jeep. Although I hope I never need them in the future, I wouldn't even consider taking a vehicle of mine anywhere else for collision repair work.

I was referred here by my insurance after damaging the side of my car. Initially, I was pleased with the prompt service and constant updates during the repair process. However, shortly after getting my car back, the tire sensor for one of the fixed tires came on. They requested me to come in for a diagnostic check, and after the check, they assured me everything was fine. Unfortunately, the tire sensor was missing as they forgot to put it back in. While it wasn't the direct cause, having the sensor could have possibly given me a warning before the tire eventually popped. It was only when I had to get my tires replaced that I discovered the missing sensor, which led to unexpected expenses for replacing all four tires on my AWD vehicle. I reached out to them again, they informed me that they would give me a call back later in the day as the manager was currently unavailable. However, closer to closing time, I had not received any callback, and I had to reach out to them again myself for an update. They explained the estimator wouldn't return for a week to order the part. When I inquired about a rental car, they initially seemed unsure. However, they later assured me that they would contact my insurance the day I bring in my car for repairs to arrange a rental car. This situation has been quite frustrating, and I'm hopeful for a smoother resolution.

Mike and the team went above and beyond to help get my car taken care of after I was rear ended. The car looks amazing and they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and were on top of the communication letting me know where my car was at in the process every step of the way. I would hands down recommend this location if you are looking for a repair, if I could give 6 stars, I would!

When my car got hit, I was very upset and worried that the repair would not be completed to Honda factory standards and I would just have to deal with it. When I called to set up the repair, Hailey set clear expectations of the repair check in process and how to move forward. At drop off, Juan, Hailey and Leslie (sorry if I got your names wrong!) informed me of repair turnaround time and how the repair process worked. They let me know due to my car being the current year, it may take longer for parts to arrive. They encouraged me to call back at any time if I had any questions or just wanted an update. Throughout the repair process they contacted me multiple times to keep me updated and answered all of my - many - questions.When I got my car back, it looked better than it did when I bought it.I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and willingness to help that the employees showed. I have NEVER had this level of customer service with any other business in the automotive industry! These employees deserve a raise!Thank you so much to everyone who helped work on my car. Awesome, I had my subaru repaired here. They did an amazing job. Gerber kept me informed the whole time. When I dropped it off, I was told it could be a month to complete, but they had it done in 2 weeks.

Was in an accident on a road trip on a holiday weekend, and these folks went out of their way to help me in every way. I cannot recommend them enough. Duran and the folks at the front desk made a really stressful situation into an adventure. Timely updates, stayed late to accommodate me, explained everything respectfully, generous with their time and expertise.

Outstanding and personable customer service from start to finish! I was in an accident and Gerber took care of me. My insurance company arranged for a rental, but the rental company called and said "Sorry, we can't get a car until Friday", so I called Gerber to change my Thursday appointment with them to Friday and their employee Jennifer said "wait a minute" and put me on hold to see what she could do. Well boom... She called another location and got me a car for Thursday.Mike the manager and Jennifer were amazing and I was very happy with the repair and restoration work Gerber did to my Tacoma. You couldn't tell I was in a wreck. The repair time was on time and they communicated with me throughout the process to keep me up to date. Great work. Nearly factory perfect. Only gripe is they called me to pick my vehicle up at 430 in the afternoon when they close at 5 and then they seemed a little frustrated that I told them that I would need to pick up my car the next day.Edit: David, the manager gave me a call a few weeks after getting my car fixed and wanted to make sure that everything was in good condition and if I had any concerns. Really impressive to me that he did this and it tells me that they really take pride in their work and maintain a high standard of customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would go back, should my car ever get damaged again that is.

Took our Ford Escape to this place on reference from our insurance company. HUGE mistake! They gave us an estimate on August 19th and they refused to work on the car, citing "previous damage" on August 22nd. We called the insurance company for another reference and they informed us that Gerber Collision never contacted them to refuse the work and STILL CASHED THE INSURANCE CHECK!! DO NOT trust anything that Jennifer at the front desk tells you. She is a liar. We now have to wait for Gerber Collision to pay back the money they stole from our insurance company in order to get our car fixed. I was very impressed with the service I received from Gerber Collision (Previously Shine). Every member of their staff was exceptional. Every time I spoke with David he was very polite and took the time to answer all of my question. Upon picking up my vehicle I requested to speak to a mechanic to discuss the repairs. He (don't remember his name) took the time to jack the vehicle up and walk under the vehicle with me and further explain all the repairs that were performed. Even the young gentleman detailing the vehicles was very polite. Going into the garage he said hello and upon driving away he complimented me on my truck and waved goodbye, adding more positive impressions. They also provided me with one of their loaner vehicles which was a huge convenience considering I didn't have rental coverage with my insurance. Thank Gerber for taking great care of me and my vehicle.

My car was damaged on the whole front quarter panels from side swioe and being pushed into a wall. Gerber collision worked great with my insurance company to get it in and done quickly. While it was in I was able to pay the difference to add on other minor repairs that needed to be done. They got all the repairs done still within the original time frame. Even though my car is 13 years old, they were still able to match the faded paint and I can not even tell that it was previously damaged and I know where to look. Completely incompetent. Had to take my car back numerous times for the same problem. And then they had the nerve to try and claim the issue was normal wear and tear. The car was not even 4 months old. Drove completely fine before the wreck. And now it's drives sideways and feels like it's rolling down the side of a canyon. Taking my vehicle to someone who actually has the knowledge required to properly repair my vehicle. Even my insurance stated that it was unacceptable and told me to take my vehicle elsewhere.

Yes, I crashed my truck - ugh! Shine Collision was amazing! They took such great care of me. Shine has free car rental - which saved me while my big dent was fixed! They kept me informed as the process went along - very important! I appreciate the professionalism, happy customer service, and finished job was spectacular!!

These guys were awesome! My truck came back looking better than ever. You'd never know a deer exploded on it.They kept me in the loop without being overbearing, and delivered right on time. I'll go back to Gerber in a heartbeat next time I need bodywork done.

Dishonest and Horrible to work with! Do not take your vehicle to Shine as they will continue to bill you, even after you have paid! Either the accounting and bookkeeping at Shine are horrible at their jobs, or Shine's owners are con artists!We had our vehicle repaired by Shine, paid our owed deductible, and then got a bill for $250 more 6 months later. Their letter states that they performed an "internal audit [and] discovered that the amount of $250.00 is still owed." Of course at this point, the insurance was not willing to pay for their mistake, so they turned on me.In working with Bonnie in their customer service department, I was warned that the amount would be sent to collections and that my credit would be negatively affected if I did not pay promptly.Bonnie told me that it was their mistake, but that I was responsible to solve it. They were not willing to fix their mistake, and I cannot believe how dishonest and horrible they have been to work with! I am very fearful that they will continue to try and extort money from me and my family!

Cannot recommend Gerber for three reasons. First, quality of repair. The rear end of my car was damaged. After the collision the rear camera was pointed both down and back - I could read my license plate. Before the collision it was pointed back. When Gerber fixed by car the did not readjust the camera. When I asked them to do it I was told that they had set the camera to factory specks. I guess that means they did it wrong in the factory when the car was built.Second, cost. They gave me an original bid of about $1,300 which was the lowest bid I received, but after beginning work they adjusted the bid to $4,525, nearly 3 1/2 times the original bid.Third, customer service. They open up at 7:30 am. I showed up a little before 8 to get a bid and was told the estimator doesn't come in until 8:30 and I should have made an appointment. I called later to make an appointment for 5 pm (they are open until 5:30 pm). I was told that the last time for an estimate was 4:30 and the estimator leaves before 5.I only went to Gerber because my insurance company recommended it. I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

After a wreak and totaled car we found that many personal items were missing while being moved around in the claims process. When we called Shine to inquire. The manager, Alex, responded in a way that I've so rarely seen in any customer service capacity. He came to us! Alex did more than he needed to help us in our search. In the end he didn't have our items but he made sure that he did everything he could to fix an issue he didn't even cause. Good businesses are the result of good people. I cant recommend them enough.

They were AWESOME! Did the job at the exact quote they gave me. Were aware of my needs financially and were willing to work with me around that. Exceeded my expectations with my car. Go here first when your car has a dent or bang up! Everywhere else tries to rip you off.

They keep in touch through the repairs, do excellent work, and guarantee the work they do. They replaced a headlight for me after an accident and the headlight broke a few months later (defective) and they promptly got me in, ordered the new light, and fixed it with no cost to me.

Very dissatisfied. They took parts off my car, then said they would not work on it due to previous accidents and then would not put the parts back on. I had it towed home and had to re-install the parts myself. I give them a negative 5 rating.

They got my car repaired stupid fast. Only the hood needed an adjustment because my roommate noticed it was off. I am stupidly impressed. I had my mustang repaired in FL and had bad ordeal with another shop but after this experience I am taking all my body work here!

We had a door replaced after catching it on a parking structure post. The sales person was very informed and let me know of the options that were available. They even quoted a time frame. They met all of their promises and everyone was nice to work with.
