Pretty good staff service. Seems well managed and they patched up my tire due to a tiny leak. The free air check is always good and they fill me up to whatever PSI I request. Although I did feel like they kind of tried to persuade us to buy new tires before our old ones really needed to be discarded. Also similarly for the windshield wipers. Our tires were honestly at 4-6 mm, and didn t need to be replaced before winter, considering we don t get out much. They tried to scare us a little bit with the upcoming winter season, since they knew we re not the type of people who know much about cars. But hey, given the crazy economy, you need to use some sneaky tactics, I guess.

Dropped my car off at discount tire to have tires replaced. The staff was SO busy and there was so much going on. They were running back and forth handling customers, answering phones and working on cars. Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Nick T since he is the employee I worked with, but also all of the staff I saw working so hard today and yesterday!! They were extremely busy, but the employees were so kind and helpful and in a world full of entitled, annoyed and angry customers their customer service was exceptional!! Thank you guys so much and we will definitely be back to this location for all future needs!!

I have come here a handful of times over the past 8 years and it has always been a great experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Any time someone needs their tires replaced I always recommend these guys.

Had them replace a tire they couldn't patch. During this, they offered me new wiper blades, which they guaranteed were good. Well last night during the snow storm they started skipping across my windshield until one completely flew off on the freeway. Now wiper blade arm is damaged. DO NOT GET THEIR WIPER BLADES!!!!

I recently had a flat. Also needed to change my tires. I swapped the flat with the spare and took it here to replace along with the other three.They accidentally replaced the three tires and the spare tire and didn t change the spare back (spare wheel is the same as the other four) while my flat tire was still unfixed. I found that out a few weeks later.When I returned to have them fix the mistake, they not only corrected the error but replaced my spare tire with a BRAND new tire free of charge. They also put me first in line. These people will take care of you.

I came in last week to get some snow tires installed. I called and let them know I was coming. Here's how it went down: I pull up and park and someone opened the door for me. The person at the desk greeted me by name and asked for my key. They brought the car into the bay and 4-5 guys jumped on doing the winter tire change over. I watched the whole thing because it was more entertaining than my phone. About 21 minutes later, I was back in the car driving off. Probably the most seamless tire experience I've ever had!

This location is always efficient and very friendly, plus they treat me (young female) with the same respect as others -- can't say I've had the same experience at other places like Big O. Even on days where they're absolutely swamped with customers, the staff are super nice and I notice they will stay after hours to get everything finished. Parker and Brandon especially were really helpful getting my winter tires swapped on in a timely manner.

This was the 2nd discount tire I went to to get my tire fixed, which was losing air over a 3-4 week span consistently, but never went below 25 psi.Right after pulling out of the parking lot, my sensor went on immediately. Pressure was below 20 psi and I was now on the road at night with a WORSE off tire than when I arrived and having to put on my spare.Makes me question safety standards and expertise.....another shop fixed it for me in less than 30 min.Left them a voicemail of the situation and still have yet to hear back from anyone after 48 hours.Also, be cautious with the windshield wiper blades they are selling now...I am still shocked when I noticed the next day how poorly fitted one side is and that they thought it was acceptable.

Fantastic service. Nick, Parker, and the manager were all so great to work with. Completely upfront and honest, very patient with me, never felt pressured, and they sincerely tried to get me the best deal possible.

What great service and support from every member of the staff I interacted with. Even without an appointment and with a large volume of walk-in appointments (me being one of them latter) I was able to have leaking tire repaired.There are a lot of great food options within 100 yards or less of this store and with email and text alerts I was able to keep track of my repair.Nicholls was a great salesperson and presented me with various options using a simple chart on the health of my tires and how much tread life might still be left. I did not need to purchase tires today but because of Nicholls' great attention to customer service Discount Tires is where I will be going when I need that new set of tires for the car.

We always get our tires and service here. They are always professional and give timely quality services. I got a screw in my tire and received a warning that I had low tire pressure and went in. They had my tire fixed and rotated in under a half hour. Handed me my keys and told me to ha a great rest of my day. No charge, no upscale, no pressure, just the usual excellent customer service!

Was quoted $50 tp install 2 tires purchased from one of their partner companies. When arrived for appointment, it was over $80. That's over $40 a tire for installation! Never again. And we will be notifying the company we purchased tires from to let them know as well.

Discount Tire is super awesome, from door to service I ve witnessed care and consideration. Most places I researched was charging beyond the amount I received in price here. I purchased Bridgestone Run Flats for my BMW as I ve been A member of discount for quit sometime cause the service and quotes can not be beat here! Shaun Gerber goes over and beyond as I m super grateful for his professionalism and super fast service, and from start to finish my service has been superior sense day 1! Highly recommend Discount Tire and Shaun too All and this location specifically has it goin on, this location has super energetic and committed services for fast and friendly services! Gave three stars because I bet they do good work but don t bother trying to come here I ve tried 4 times and can never get in, takes two weeks to get an appointment they are always always behind schedule nothing ever goes smooth here be prepared to wait and they have that mentally of too bad so sad we re busy so go somewhere else.

They will not plug a tire that has a nail in it if the tire already has another plug in it. Will never use their services again. There s plenty of other people that will do it for me.Updated: Burt brothers down the street, plugged the tire with no questions asked and also became my new service people

These guys absolutely Rock! Thanks for all the free air, and finally, a great deal on a set of new tires with a lifetime warranty for 10 years!!Score!Jon was very professional and explained my options very carefully so I could make my own decision.I was not pressured to buy more than made sense.The crew there is very efficient and timely, easy to trust with your vehicle.Highly recommend these guys!!

I m a big fan of Discount Tire stores. They obviously invest in training they re employees great customer service. Stores are clean, have wi-fi, pleasant management and hard working skilled employees from my personal experience.

We have been coming here since we moved to Sandy 4 years ago. We just recently visited for new wheels and tires and Parker helped us. Although they initially ordered the wrong bolt pattern, they quickly got the right ones in and we are so happy with them!

Cringe. Went in last night asking for a wheel balance. Sales person out assessed my tires and said he could get it done for $13/ per tire next morning. Showed up this morning and new sales person said wheel balance is $15/tire and that my tires needed to be replaced and he could not do just a balance for safety reasons. Apparently prices and my tire tread changed overnight. Pushy scare sales tactics. I left.

This is the second time I've tried to come to this location to get a free tire rotation as part of their ongoing service offering. They claim to be not so busy when I got there. However, an hour later I arrived at the estimated completion time and they hadn't even started my service. I'll probably just buy my tires somewhere else and pay the extra 20 bucks to rotate my tires when I get my oil changed.

5 Stars for Chris and Brandon at Discount Tire in Sandy.. First snow of the season and we neglected to replace our well-worn summer tires.I stopped by the local Discount Tire for what I thought would be a quick tire buy and swap.. Naive me.. The line extended out the door, tire inventory limited, and appointments scheduled out for weeks.My fault, I thought. However, Chris was eager to help find the best and fastest option for my Wifes Highlander.Chris set great expectations, letting me know the tires are at least a week out and that installs are booked beyond that. I accepted this and order the tires.No more than 4 days later, I get a call from Chris letting me know the tires are in - AND - that if I could leave the car for a few hours he would personally ensure that they were installed.I did, he did, and here we are.. Love the new tires and how Chris, Brandon, and team took care of us.Responsible and full of integrity. That's these guys at Discount Tire, Sandy.Did I mention that they also priced matched my lowest competitor quote.. *mind.blown*Thanks guys!

Great location! Prompt professional service for new tires on my Miata, and I'll be coming back for tires on my 4Runner soon. Saw a customer choosing to treat the employees very poorly, and they handled that very calmly and professionally.

Don't walk run to this discount tire. I was there on Wednesday when they opened and I went inside and Nick helped me out I was looking for a rim for a spare tire for my Jeep and I was leaving town two days later I talked to Big o tires pep boys no one could help me due to it being an unusual pattern but Nick said we might have one in the warehouse let me get your phone number and I'll call you back and guess what he called me back got me a rim got it installed and I can't say I've been more happy with customer service in a very long time. Thank you again Nick thank you discount tire if you need tires or anything go to this location.
