I highly recommend Caliber Collision Sandy, Utah. Their staff (Saysha & Briana) were extremely professional and communicated throughout the repair process. The repair process was seamless and the finished product consisted of a high-quality finish from the bodywork to the paint match. Excited to get my Explorer back on the road and their work is completely warranted. My insurance company also mentioned that Caliber Collision was rated the highest for quality and customer satisfaction.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, Saysha my advisor was excellent and the entire team from the front office through the back of shop are likewise incredible. They are not only extremely competent, well informed, and excellent at what they do they are kind, considerate, compassionate and will go the extra mile. Communication was excellent, their work was great, and when I needed it they even offered me a ride for my rental and stayed with me until I was given a car. The world needs more places and teams like this, I would recommend them to anyone experiencing the unfortunate circumstance of an accident or other issue. Thank you all!

Great service, text updating, and someone actually answers the phone when I'd call. Honest too! They don't swindle you by recommending that you repair/replace a bunch of parts that are totally fine, trying to bump their bill. They fix what's broken and get you back on the road.The first shop to assess my car recommended that I replace all struts, rotors, and pads. Funny thing is...I'd replaced all those parts within the last year! They were total crooks. Caliber saved me at least $1500 by fixing only what was damaged. Thanks!

I recently made the mistake of locking my keys in my car. I was really desperate for help in the snow. I ran across the street to Caliber to see if maybe they could help. Luckily, Manny was there to save the day. He ran across the street to where my car was and able to get my car opened. Even though I was not a customer he definitely went above and beyond his job. I really appreciate everything he did and I can tell him and his team care for their customers. I will always recommend Caliber Collision to everyone I know and I now know where I will be going if my car ever need cosmetic repairs. Thank you again Manny. You are a life saver

Took my car in because Utah sucks at driving, I was side swiped on the roads out here. They took care of it! It was amazing work and everyone was so professional! I never had a bad experience with caliber collision! Thank you

Good workmanship on car repair. Excellent customer service and communications (I received numerous text updates as the car was being repaired). The only downside is their customer waiting room - there isn't one just two seats in the front door area and an empty fridge.

Arriving at this repair business, having been rear-ended and traumatized, I left this business feeling completely satisfied and happy. They are so considerate to keep you updated during the entire process, with projected completion dates and weekly progress texts. They also made the transition from rental car to repaired car seamless. They answered every question I had and even more I didn't ask. The finished project was awesome, and guaranteed for life. This has been the worst customer experience I have had in my entire life.For three weeks, Caliber Collision had my vehicle and informed me multiple times it was being worked on. The day before the completion date, I contacted them to find out what time I could pick up the vehicle. I was then informed that the vehicle had not even been touched and Joseph Weyerman, the man overseeing my vehicle, claimed he tried contacting my insurance company for two weeks but never heard back from them (for the first time in history, USAA doesn't respond for two weeks- yeah right). Not once did Joseph Weyerman reach out to me and update me on the situation. Not once did he respond to text messages I sent them about the progress of the car.According to USAA, Joseph Weyerman filed the paperwork incorrectly. He filed the car as repairable and USAA sent the money. Instead, he meant to file it as a total loss. Due to his foul up, my car sat in limbo for three weeks while I was being told it was being repaired and with zero communication from Caliber Collision or Joseph Weyerman.Any honest mistake would surely be corrected, right? Not at Caliber Collision on Monroe. They refused compensation for a rental car just two days before Thanksgiving. Since I was originally told the car would be completed on 22 Nov, the day before Thanksgiving, I arranged plans to drive home that evening to spend Thanksgiving with my family. Now, due to Joseph Weyerman's incompetence, and the general manager, Manny's, lack of willingness to fix a problem THEY created, I am not only without a car for an additional undetermined amount of time, but not able to go home for the holidays. Thanks, Manny and Joseph Weyerman!On top of all of that, the call with Manny ended after I asked him when I could get my car. He said I could come down any time but, "if I was going to bring an attitude with me I better bring a police escort." I took this as a threat from him, as I'm not sure how else one would take it. Absolutely disgusting.

All the staff at Caliber Collision were very Kind and Professional. Dave B.was over my claim and he would call and text to keep me updated on the progress of the work being done. Dave would listen to my concerns and addressed them immediately. They also made renting a car so stress free it was wonderful. My car looked like a new car inside and out. The work and customer service provided was EXCELLENT. You have me as a customer for life and I am telling family and friends how fabulous you are.

We got in in a timely manner. All repairs we were made aware of the process and how long they anticipated it would take. When we picked up our car everything looked great. They work with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which means we were picked up right from the body shop and given a car through our insurance. Caliber worked with our insurance we didn't have to worry about that once we initiated the claim. It was really smooth and communication was fantasticService: Painting

I was recommended by my insurance company when I filed a claim to have my front bumper repaired. The shop ran smoothly. Quentin communicated with me throughout the whole process even sending text messages to keep me updated while it was in the shop. They were upfront with me on what was getting fixed and explained why certain areas of the front bumper were being replaced. They were quick and efficient. I would certainly feel comfortable coming back if anything happens to my car again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber did and great job repairing our car after it was hit in a parking lot. They even found additional damage not on the estimate and worked directly with the insurance for the additional cost. This business is overwhelmed. They re just writing things off and marking things up without actually even thoroughly examining anything and I get that they do this on a daily but when you re so backed up that you don t want to take a car so you just write it off to make your job easier is very unprofessional . Then you find the nicest way to lie to your customers about it, No one is stupid. I suggest going to a smaller collision center not this collision center.
