Read the fine print!! It was a great service overall. However, I m a little disappointed. I have the Lifetime Warranty for my tires. I did a tire rotation and alignment. I thought the alignment was included in the warranty s but it s Alignment Check and not just Alignment. I had to pay $120 for the alignment. At the end of the day, it s my fault for not double-checking but I did mention that I wanted whatever was covered on the warranty s in regard to the alignment and rotation. They gave me quotes for my brakes. Wish they had given a warning or a quote before doing the alignment Honestly felt like I would have been fine for another month or more. The alignment didn t seem like it was going to get worse anytime soon. But then again, I m no professional. Just seemed that way. Again, service was great. Customer service was great. Very professional. Just a little miscommunication on my part.

I will only take my cars to Burt Brothers. Their honesty and quality work set them apart. I had an issue with my car. I know nothing about cars. They could have told me my transmission had gone out and I needed a new one. But they found the problem was a disconnected wire to the spark plug. Fixed in minutes. So grateful for Burt Brothers. (Also I have purchased at least 5 sets of tires from them over the years because their service is the best!)

The Burt Brothers shop in Sandy were so helpful and convenient and quick with their service on my car after the tire bust on the highway. They also advised me of some other issues and looked at them free of charge, really appreciate the generosity the expertise! Will definitely go back to this shop for all my car needs!

These guys helped me out with a pretty bad tire puncture that other tire stores just told me needed to be replaced. Really appreciate their willingness to look at the unique situation. They made sure my spare tire got filled up with the right amount of air as well, as it was low when I put it on.And, flat repairs are free here, so it didn't cost me anything but time. And even then, they worked pretty quickly, in spite of being pretty busy.

I loved my experience with Burt Brothers Tires on 1300 E in Sandy. They have very competitive pricing and great service. I have done business with them for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I ve bought new tires, had them do alignments, and a few mechanical repairs. They ve been fair and I ve never had to have work done over because it wasn t done right the first time.I highly recommend them.

Today was my first visit to Burt Brothers in Sandy. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike. He's very helpful and explains things in a way an old lady like myself can understand. The work on my car was done professionally and pretty quick. Would recommend them and will be using them in the future.

5 star service on every visit! From the first contact with the front service desk (Jenny), to the technicians, every interaction with Burt Bros., Sandy has been an excellent experience! Every employee we have encountered has been cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's actually a pleasant experience getting our vehicles serviced! The refreshment amenities and the waiting area are also first class! Based on our recommendation, our kids and other extended family members are also transferring their car care to Burt Bros. Thank you Burt Bros for extending true customer service!

My first time here. I have great experience with them! The front lady was very polite and helpful! She told me about tires rotation with no cost tand they did it as well as tires pressure check. I told her about my online coupon and she happily said I have it here! So, thank you for your services! I will definitely comeback!

My recent experience with the customer service at the Burt's brother service - Sandy. While they provide good customer service overall, I was disappointed that after their services, my car was parked all the way at the end of their lot near the dumpster despite available spaces closer to the front. I'm considering exploring other options due to this discourteous action.

I have come to Burt Brothers for years because of the great customer service and fair prices. I have never felt that they are trying to upsell me or push products on me that I don t need. They focus on my concerns and are very professional in the way they run the business. Specifically, Mike, in Sandy has been incredible to work with. I will come back again and again because of his professionalism.

I went to the Burt Brothers store near my home to see if I could get my snow tires put on my car. It was in the afternoon so I wasn t sure if they would be able to do it because we had a snow storm earlier in the day and lots of people needed their snow tires too. They were able to arrange their schedule and get them on for me by the end of the day. I was able to get to my daughter s home safely to spend time with my two year old granddaughter. Thank you very much !

I have always been able to trust Burt Brothers and this time was no exception. They make sure that they do the job right. The first time I went to a Burt Brothers was to see if I needed new tires, and they told me I didn't instead of going ahead and selling me tires that I didn't need yet! I trust them completely!

Service was completed in just a few hours, and they even coordinated with me when I couldn t come pick my car up until 10 minutes after closing time. Very friendly, and always good to communicate with over the phone. Kelly s customer service is top notch, as was everyone else I interacted with. I do all my own maintenance because I don t like the stereotypical auto shop run around, but for things that I can t do (like an alignment) I would recommend Burt Brothers in Sandy! No mechanic run-around to be heard there.

We have been going to Burt Brothers for years because they are a really good company. Today they excelled themselves. Our car was in need of emergency work to the brakes, which they did immediately working for hours on the car to get it ready for us by the end of the day. So for Kelly on reception to Issac in the workshop, and anyone else who helped us, huge thank you. To anyone reading this who need a reliable, friendly, efficient and honest company go to Burt Brothers. You will not regret it.

Burt Brothers is amazing. I manage a company with a fleet of vehicles and its so very typical for companies to try to sneak in extra charges and unneeded services. Burt Brothers is different. I was there for about an hour and heard them talking with several customers in person and over the phone. The explain what the service is, what's needed and what can wait. And gave options from stock and after market parts. They did me a huge solid and gave me my service for free as well. And wished me a Merry Christmas. You can send your family here and know they will treat them right

I love this Burt Brothers. All of my dealings with them have been professional and fare. If the work needs to be done they will recommend what needs to be done if it doesn t meet to be done they don t try to push something on you. Always a good experience. D

I have been into this Burt brothers quite a few times over the last couple years, the property is always incredibly clean, and their customer service is fantastic. They don t try to nickel and dime you like a lot of other big full-Service mechanics do.

We love Burt Brothers , Sandy. They are knowledgeable, fairly priced and honest. I trust my car, which travels all over the USA with any repairs it may need. We have been using them for several years, and will continue to do so.

Very professional group of people. Everyone was upbeat and friendly. I m very into keeping my almost 20 year old Chevy original. Two of my OEM alloy rims that new tires were about to be mounted on had some corrosion. It was bad enough that the new tires would probably not seat. They took the time to dress the rims so the tire sealed properly. It took a bit of time, and there was no charge for that extra attention. They even apologized for taking the extra time to keep my old truck as original as possible. Worth the extra time and money for great service. Much better than the big box stores that seem to have so much trouble fitting you into their schedule.

After leaving work, and having snowed all day, I was slipping on the roads. Knowing I would need new tires soon already, due to always having a tire that needed air and the traction not good on them, I decided to take my chances and go to Burt Brothers (knowing they d close fairly soon).They helped me right away. The gal shared options that were available that could work with my very limited budget, and even went a step further offering a discount due to the early wear of my tires! It was a great experience, being able to get them on the spot, more affordable than I originally expected, and I could sit in a nice waiting area with a cup of tea!

Mike is the man. Extremely knowledgeable and has the customer s best interest in mind. I trust him with all recommendations. Nick at the service desk picked me up on a slower day at the shop saving me a lot of hassle from getting my vehicle when it was done. The mechanics do quality work. Highly recommend.

The Sandy Burt Brothers has always been such a good store. I can't say enough good things about Lexi Butterfield. She's always taking care of my car and is so very conscientious about everything that she does. She is a complete and total asset to that store

I took my car in because I had a screw in one of my tires. Nicholas was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. They were able to patch my tire and checked to make sure all the others didn't have any punctures or leaking valves. In the end they did not charge me for the work done which was completely unexpected! I will definitely be back for other service needs. Thank you Burt Brothers!

Been here several times over the years. This time was definitely an experience that won t have me back. Brought in a race car for a simple alignment. They quote me $900 with a bunch of items that needed to be repaired , which is fine , I m sure it s their job to upsell. I know my car very well and I m aware of what it needs. Car wouldn t stay running due to the turbo hard pipe came disconnected. The nut on the clam was backed all the way off, so someone messed with it ( or it magically came undone )Wheels were hand tightened down in the rear. Which wasn t safe for me driving home.The coil pack plug was disconnected and threw a code on me on the way home. I have driven this car many miles before taking it to Bert brothers and 100% that was connected before dropping it off to them. Just an over all bad experience. Glad I m a car guy who can do most of the fixes myself and not rely on shops to fix things that were not the way it was before in their care.Follow up - Store manager called me and argued with me about them not removing my wheels or disconnecting anything. I saw it in the bay with no wheels on it sounds like a few knuckle heads working there. Glad he called me to resolve the issue

When it comes to my car, it's extremely important that I keep it in shape so I don't take it to just anybody. My family has used Burt Brothers for years since they had one location and now they have several. Great prices, fast and accurate service. I had to get emissions and some belts replaced. Front door delivery when finished. My car immediately drove smoother : ) Thank you Burt Brothers!

I had an emergency tire situation today and Burt Brothers took really good care of me. I bought my tires from them years ago and continue to do so. They are always knowledgeable and I never feel like they are trying to upsell or take advantage of me. By contrast I feel like they go out of their way to educate. #loyalSandybranchcustomer.

Every person that I've encountered at this Sandy location has been nothing but friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.Years ago I had a flat tire (this was a set of tires that I had purchased elsewhere) and this was the closest shop to my house. They got me right in to take a look and fixed it for me. When I was told there was no charge, I almost cried. What a great way to earn customers that are in a pinch!I just bought a new set of tires from that location and couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend paying for the Burt Bundle. It pays for itself, trust me!
