As a girl I often struggle to find car service that won t try to take advantage of you, however, I had the BEST experience here! They were honest about what I did, and did not, need done and were transparent in the whole process. They were also very through and walked me through a realistic timeline for my vehicle. I felt respected and knew I was getting the service I needed. I would recommend to anyone, this is how customer service should be done!

I just got back from Boyd's they did an amazing job with my car. Brandon at the counter is amazing he made sure that every inch of my car was checked out. They are totally honest there they don't try to tell you what you don't need they tell you what you do need and they let you leave their feeling safe. I am definitely making Boyd's my place for my car... Thanks again Brandon and for everyone else that worked on my car

Excellent all around service! Everyone I spoke to was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they fixed what was wrong ASAP - despite having to order the part, I still had my car back the very next day. Very fairly priced too - when I need repairs again I'll be returning to Boyd's.

Great service. Quick turnaround on a very large repair. Great prices and a great warranty on their work. Best Subaru shop in the Salt Lake area in my opinion.

I brought a subaru here for a pre-purchase inspection and they did a great job. I can tell they know their cars very well. Fair prices, qualiy service, and honest people. No one here will try and scam you like the dealerships will. I will definitely be coming back!

These guys are incredible! They got my car in and out and fixed for thousands less than the subaru dealer told me to rebuild my entire engine in my wrx. Thanks Richard, Brandon, Howard, Skyler! Knowledgeable friendly, and they even gave my boy a hotwheel version of my car to play with. Brought a smile to my entire family's face and didn't break the bank around the holidays!!!

Was extremely helpful and kind. Very good about explaining the issue within my car and what they were doing to fix it as well as how to prevent the issue in the future. Also worked very quickly.

Brandon and Howard were great. Brought my daughter s car in for a diagnostic and even though it was a silly oversight on our part they made time to look at it and we re so nice with advice on troubleshooting some other things. They will definitely be my go to from now on.

I have had my 2001 Saab 9-5 since 2001. My mechanic for all those years had to quit. That's when I found Boyd's. I ran into a string of issues with the car needing repairs, fixes, diagnostics as is common with well used cars. For these I was into Boyd's several times over a 2-3 month period. The guys were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very good and getting me fixed up and back on the road again. It has been months now and my little Saab with 200k+ miles is running like a dream and still an nice ride. These guys were parting out a Subaru Impreza and saved me a ton of money by not buying OEM parts. They also offered tons of advice to help me fix things on my own. I highly recommend them

I ve been taking my 2009 Saab to Boyd s for several years. I was a little nervous when the new owners took it over but they have been great. The best SAAB shop in Salt Lake City.
