I purchased a used Authority Model BMW 1200RT and needed to complete a 2500 mile trip home. The dealership fit me into their tight schedule, inspected the bike and even provided me the service history. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Amazing dealer with sales and service of some amazing bikes. Staff made me feel welcome and has taken the time to answer questions and properly fit me into the bike and gear. Kevin has been great to work with since the beginning and Spencer and the parts team have rocked in taking care of the parts and accessories for rider and bike alike. The rare type of dealership experience that keeps people coming back for second and third bikes from them. Highly recommend!

I just picked up what is undeniably one of the coolest bikes on the road, an R nine T Racer. After humming and hawing about which bike I should buy, and everyone being patient, I'm excited to have this one. The pricing was great. The help from EVERYONE was great, and especially Morgan and Troy, but really everybody. The signing of the sale was quick and easy. Thanks for a great customer experience to everyone over there.

Over the top good.Such a nice place and people to work with and get a motorcycle from. I remember going there with my husband a few years ago and dealing with them with his bike (amazing) but I want a little sad and irritated that i couldn't find any bike i liked after going into multiple dealerships, that would fit my needs. I was just making conversation with Thor and he recommended a bike that i would never have picked out on my own but I learned more about it and loved it. I came in this last week and it was time to get it, he knew and gave me what i thought was a very good deal! Hassle FREE! Such a nice team! So Helpful!

On my BMW K1200RS both fuel quick conectors needed replacement and they did a great job, excellent service. Thanks Mike and Josh. Now my travel from Florida to Yellowstone WY can continue.

Bought my first bike ever and LOVE it! Shawn was so helpful, not pushy. I was a little intimidated by getting a bike but he helped me feel comfortable and get the right bike for me! It was easy to get financing for the bike and Josh really helped with that. Great team effort!

With his many years behind the bars of a GS I felt confident I was receiving sound advice.When it came time to finalize everything Shawn was hands on in getting my new bike ready to roll....Personally making sure all the details were handled.I had a great experience.

This place has a good thing going. Thor the BMW sales manager was a pleasure to speak with. They have a nice assortment of BMW bikes on display and Klim riding gear also. I took my bike in for a service check up and I was very impressed with their staff. Every thing about this place including the beautiful showrooms was impressive along with the Triumph and Ducati dealerships next door all owned by Harrison Eurosports.

Thor is great to deal with, he really went out of his way to help me get the exact bike I wanted, even though it took me over a month to find out what I wanted. Troy was... well he works there. The rest of the staff was great at well. Obviously not the cheapest brand of motorcycle, but well worth the money spent. This is my second bike I ve bought there, and doubtful it will be the last.

My motorcycle is the only vehicle I've ever bought brand new so I don't know how they compare to other dealers, but overall it was a pretty good experience.The service dept has been pretty good as well. Had all my servicing done here so far and it hasn't been bad. Pretty pricey, but pricey toys have pricey upkeep.I absolutely love the bike. Its a fantastic machine. Don't hesitate to stop on by for a test ride. They are great about that. No pre-determined slow routes, they just give you keys and treat you like an adult. Gives you some time to get to know the machines.

The salesperson Renn did everything over the phone, with no complications. He was very pleasant, courteous, and a joy to work with. When I showed up for delivery, the bike was prepared for me to ride it like I stole it, complete with a full tank. I will definitely buy from them again and again and again!!!

My experience was awesome. Shawn took care of everything. The whole was great! I guess I was a bit surprised they didn t give me a full tank of gas, but whatever.

What a lovely experience!!I had my bike serviced whilst traveling on my way to Alaska. I was accommodated in the service schedule and the following made my visit exceptional1. Knowledgeable staff with great product knowledge, from workshop to parts and accessories.2. Everyone was looking to make sure I was OK. Not just showing me the direction to waiting area, restroom, etc, but taking me there! And it felt warm and sincere.3. Looked like a happy bunch of people working there!

Suprised at how open they were. The tech i worked with helped me find a part they didn't carry by referring me to a hardware store, then wrote down what i needed to buy (sizing, etc. which, as a forgetful person, i appreciated!). Also, i have gone in twice and never been forcefully introduced to a sales person, even when i was looking at bikes. They were there, just not pushing their way into my visit. I appreciate that. Overall good impressions!

Top of the line service and very personable staff. I bought my bikes here and was treated really well by Trent and Jamie. Financing was smooth, the bikes were amazing. I have also had really good service here as well when I need my bike maintenance done, and it's always done fast and done right. These guys are sterling in my book.

I've been going to these guys since they opened. I've never had a bad experience with them. Their parts department in particular has always been awesome, fast and courteous. After admiring the new BMW 1000RR They offered to take me on a test ride, and I ended up following the sales rep (who was on his own bike) for a 40 minute test ride. It was one of many great experiences.

Thor Beger was my introduction, salesman, and is also the Manager of the dealership. Introduction through delivery of my 2019 GS 1250 R Adventure was an absolutely fantastic experience! Very personable, knowledgeable, friendly, & fun staff throughout, including their parts & service departments. Outstanding experience that only adds to owning an amazing bike from an awesome company. Great job BMW & thank you Thor!!!!

My husband and I had a stellar experience this week working with Thor to find and purchase the perfect adventure bikes to meet our needs. The quality of the BMW product is, of course, outstanding, but the level of knowledge and service was really what stood out to us. The process was, dare I say, fun! Thor spent hours with us to make sure we were completely satisfied and up-to-speed on the new bike learning curve. The BMW "family" has two new lifelong members!

These guys are one of the best. Renn and Troy are a pleasure to work with when buying a bike. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly with no pressure. I have bought other bikes from these guys before and the level of customer service has always been excellent.

I was skeptical originally going to a BMW motorcycle dealer but I was soon put at ease by how friendly the sales staff is. Everyone was very nice willing to talk about their own experience with the motorcycles and just the knowledge they have. Ask anything about this bike and they can tell you what it will do how it will react and how to prevent it from happening. In fact I had my friend join me and he bought one too.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase at Harrison Eurosports, Sandy, UT. Shawn Player, my sales agent, was not only cordial and professional, but also very thorough and experienced with BMW motorcycles. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and also provided my son and I with a detailed overview of the motorcycle, the instrument panel and all equipment.I would highly recommend Harrison Eurosports to anyone in the market for a BMW motorcycle, or Ducati and Triumph, which the dealership also sells. All around great experience!

These guys are great. Helpful, friendly and straight about pricing. Allowed me to check out all the bikes I was interested in. I was just visiting, but would certainly consider buying here if I were local. I might even consider buying and shipping!

I just purchased my second Bike from BMW Motorcycles of Utah. Both experiences have been exceptional. I really don't see a reason to go buy from anyone else. Shawn Player assisted me with my recent purchase of a 2017 GS 1200 "Rallye", and Renn Charlesworth a few years ago with a GS Adventure. Sales Manager Troy Barnes was also great with his input, answering questions and making a customer feel at home. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Not once did I feel any high-pressure sales tactics or the feeling that I was "bothering" the staff with with a question, like I have at several other places. Just the opposite, you'll immediately feel like part of the family. A great staff all around from sales to parts to service and finance. Highly, highly recommended.

Great experience, I purchased a 1986 BMW K75 and I'm restoring it. It's hard to find parts but they had every part I needed at competitive rates than other businesses. Most companies told me S.O.L. but their part department has offered me great service. I work with Jeff a lot, and his been great to work with.I've done about 4 purchases and one of them was a huge purchase with lots of parts. Everything came in on time. THANKS you guys are a life saver!

The customer service was spot on. The sales team worked with me to answer all of my questions and address my concerns.Test drives were provided and the sales team worked wit me patiently as I worked through my decision. I am happy to now be a part of the BMW rider community.

I was here for a service. I'm on a roadtrip, and my motorcycle was acting up. As this is the first time for me to be on the road with my bike for more than a week, I was nervous and scared.The caring way that Nick and Mike (and the mechanic that I didn't catch the name of) handled my case really helped me feel comfortable about getting back on my bike to continue my journey. Not to mention that they were able to squeeze me in last-minute, as I were to live the morning after.As my bike was dirty, having been on the road for 1000+ miles, they were kind to wash up my bike as well!I highly recommend a visit, should you need any help.

I was touring in the area and needed a rear tire. I called and they said they had one in stock and would get me right in. The place was super busy, but I was assured that it would not be long. I got there at 9AM and was out the door at 10:30 AM. The staff was very professional and were very helpful. There was coffee and Wifi and lots of fellow riders to recommend roads in the area. I highly recommend this shop for your BMW motorcycle needs.

Just bought a slightly used R1200RT. Shawn and staff did a great job - both negotiating the deal, and detailing the bike so it looked like new.Walked out with a smile, and won't hesitate to go back. Great work, guys.
