Best Buds Mobile Repair Service saved the day with their exceptional service!I had a full brake job done right in the Alta parking lot while I skied! Will's attention to detail was evident as he went above and beyond, even returning the next day because he didn t like the way the rear brakes looked and thought we should change them before driving back out east, ensuring perfection.Their two-man team, led by Will, demonstrates expertise and dedication. Their mobile service eliminates the hassle of waiting at a repair shop, allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own space or even ski! Professional, punctual, and efficient, these guys truly rock!

My husband almost sold a truck for parts that he recently purchased from a friend.He was told by another company that the engine was blown and that the truck was never going to run.My husband decided to contact Best Buds Mobile service to see if they felt the same way.When Will came out to our house he was able to assess the issue in less then an hour.We were told then that the issue was a fuel pump!! Yes can you believe that the fuel pump needed to be replaced! That was it!!Will and his team came back in a few days and replaced the fuel pump and the truck runs PERFECTLY!!Best Bud Mobile saved us so much money! We had paid $3000 for the truck and if we had not decided to contact Best Buds Mobile we would have lost that money!These boys know what to look for! The fact that these guys will come out to you almost as early as 2 hours from the time you set up. Your appointment is incredible. You can tell these guys love what they do, and are excited to help. If you're like me, and happen to have no time off from work and other things. This is the solution for you. William and Tay just changed my rotors and brake pads. I m very pleased with their ability to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They came straight to my house and got the work done in a timely manner. The price was excellent! They re both personable and trustworthy. They provided phenomenal work, and they warranty their work for 6 months. Next time I need new brakes, a tire rotation, or an oil change; they are definitely going to be the service I use. I wish I could give them 100 Stars. William at Best Buds Mobile Services is an incredibly skilled technician. He saved us money and saved my car. We had break issues that other companies would have charge us 2-3 times what he charged us. and I actually confirmed this. We now have a car that is safe. He checked our Rotors, Break Pads, and checked for oil Leaks. He went above and beyond. what we expected AND......He did everything at my house. Yes...showed up and delivered. Call Call him if you need your oil changed or to look at your brake pads or Rotors and when you see how amazing he is, make sure to write a review. He is word of mouth. Thank you Best Buds!!!

Best Buds were prompt and courteous. Very easy to schedule an appointment. They came and diagnosed a battery issue with my truck and replaced the battery. Still had an issue with it starting the next day so they came out again, at no charge, and determined I had an additional issue with my starter.

Best Buds Mobile Service is awesome! I was in Sandy City for a work training and my car wouldn t start and the second morning. I was stranded at my hotel. I goggled mobile repair services and they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They were very professional and organized. They went out of their way to find the parts needed for car. They were up front with the prices and the total repair price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them.

When it comes to brakes, you want a good value. We got quotes from dealerships ranging anywhere from $1400-$2000! It s unfortunate, but they just have too much overhead. A friend of mine recommended, best buds, and it was incredible. Getting your brakes and rotors done is going to be expensive no matter what but getting a good value feels good. They do great work at an incredible price point.

Man, this was convenient. Scanned the QR code on their van, easily booked online. They came to my office and did my brakes for a better price than anybody that had quoted me. Didn't have to go drop it off and wait. I'll be using them again for sure. Highly recommended.

If you are questioning using these guys...just schedule! They were absolutely great and I will not hesitate to use them everytime I need auto work. They communicate every step of the way, very knowledgeable and honest! They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors in 59 minutes! And I didn't have to leave the house. Thier prices are great and I didn't have to worry about them telling me I needed a bunch of work I don't really need. Would give them 10 stars if it were an option.

This is an amazing company! They came out without any problems to change my oil lickity-split! And she will occurs Batman, or the mechanics knowledgeable about what they do. I even gave me a timeline in which I should change out my brakes next.

Best Bud's Mobile Services did a spectacular job replacing my breaks and I highly recommend them. With short notice and on a Holiday weekend they came to my home and replaced both rear brakes and rotors which were in even worse condition than I imagined. Communication was excellent before and during the process. Collin and Will were punctual, professional and friendly, they did excellent work on the rotor and brake replacement. Pricing was very fair and matched with our discussion from the prior day. I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely reach out to them in the future for additional services!

Absolutely recommend these guys. They did an awesome job and took care of everything with a good attitude. During my brake and rotor replacement, we realized that my rear passenger emergency brake drum was off-center which could have been a very big problem. They handled it very well, asking me what I'd like to do without deciding for me. After deciding to just disconnect it, we realized we could try putting it back together and centering it without having to replace it completely. Thankfully, it was successful and they didn't even charge me for fixing it. Very professional, friendly, and helpful guys with affordable prices. i would 100% recommend!! they came out to my house to replace all 4 brakes and rotors in very short notice. i work the night shift so they were more than willing to come out at about 1 pm so that i could make it to work on time and it only took about 50-60 minutes to complete! i would definitely recommend them!

They were able to come to my home the following day, diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue pretty quickly. I was happy to pay their price since they fixed an issue with my vehicle that I couldn't do for myself. Great company to work with, I highly recommend them!

Made an appointment online for new brakes in less than 1 minute. They arrived the next day on time and got the job done quickly. Absolutely phenomenal experience! My girlfriend Eloise contacted Best Buds after struggling to take out the stock seats from her Dodge Charger, and even though its not a service they specifically provide, Best Buds was happy to help and came out the very next day.The service was done at our own apartment, and within just 45 minutes they accomplished what we ve been struggling to do ourselves for the past week.Best Buds Mobile Services didn t mind the mess in my car, and they even allowed me to make special requests such as keeping the bolts they took out.As women who are into cars/mechanics/modifying our vehicle, it s often incredibly difficult and frustrating dealing with mechanics, it s hard for all women. Best Buds never made me feel small or unknowledgeable, and treated me with complete respect. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs help with their car, but especially to those women out there who feel they get scammed or laughed at anytime they have to take their car to the mechanic. I m confident Best Buds had my best interests and goals in mind and I will be using their affordable, reliable, and excellent services again and again.

William & another gentleman came out today & just left 10 minutes ago. I called him on Sunday 12/31 New Years Eve at 10 AM when another mobile mechanic flaked on me twice. He planned to come at 1 pm but ended up getting caught up on another job but he asked to reschedule Tuesday. I told him I had a new battery & needed it replaced. He gave me a pricing of $125 but he said it would depend on how long it'd take to install my battery on my 2015 Dodge Journey. He was scheduled at 1 but got done early so he asked to come at 11. It took 1.5 hours & it was $161.18. Gave him $40 tip. He was communicative, patient, & came to my home. Don't hesitate to call him ASAP!

I needed to get my brakes replaced but I hate trying to find a ride to and from a shop. I saw Best Buds and called for a quote. The price was spot on and the work was done in no time while I sat comfortably in my own home. A+ would recommend!

These guys were SO KIND! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know - they have GREAT PRICES, QUALITY WORK, and a FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. I scheduled them to repair a car I hadn t driven in probably 2 months or more, needed to get it fixed in order to sell, they came out to my home and fixed it on site! The car gave them some trouble - not surprised considering the condition it was in - but they never complained and even came out a second time to finish the job (after getting a specific tool that was needed). And they did so much more than I asked for or knew the car needed just to get it into perfect working order. Even after finding black widow spiders in the car they continued to work and never gave me any grief. I so appreciate them for helping me with this job and I WILL BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE!Services: Tires, Brakes

Looking for reliable service and work? I would look elsewhere. Had them come out and tighten a belt, found out it needed a new belt. New belt was installed. Day latter belt has been screaming louder than before. Asked for them to stand behind their work and fix, was told they will need to charge me again as if I was a new client all over again. Overpriced and not reliable. Go to jiffy lube for your mechanical service. The bellow response was only offered after the review was posted.

The team visited my location in Lehi to replace my car's brakes and rotors due to a shuddering issue during braking.Their professionalism and expertise were evident during the initial phone call to arrange the appointment.On the day of the service, they efficiently completed the brake change in my garage, allowing me the convenience to attend to other tasks.The final cost matched the initial quote provided over the phone. They also provided me with guidance on how to properly use the new brakes and rotors.I plan to update this review if any issues arise, but as of now, I am thoroughly satisfied and look forward to relying on their services in the future.

These guys killed it. They to my house, diagnosed my vehicle and replaced starter faster than anybody could at fully loaded shop. they had the best prices. Buying parts alone would have been more expensive than their complete service. I gave them $100 tip and don t think that was enough will use again at every opportunity. Thanks guys
