Haley and Caleb were amazing!!! Worked with my financial scenario and made me feel good about buying the truck. They were awesome, no pressure was applied but they met me where I needed and helped me get a good deal! They definitely had my best interest. I would highly recommend these two and Axio Auto!!

My husband and I brought both our trade-in s to Axio where Erik took the time to find us exactly what we were looking for. He ended up getting us really good trade-in value on both our cars too. He brought us cars to test drive from home, even on a snow day, and didn't charge us a dime extra for his time. He s got a couple decades of experience under his belt so he made all the steps of the experience sweet and easy for us. He let us be picky about what extras we wanted and didn t want, which is a big deal for me. Go to Axio at 200 W 90000 S and ask for Erik! We both highly recommend that Erik helps you get into your next car.

Got denied pretty much everywhere because my credit was too young but AXIO helped and worked with me. Got a 2016 Mustang GT as a first vehicle loan at 20. Porter and Chad were awesome.

While driving past their new dealership on 90th south, I seen the truck that I have always wanted, when I stopped in Pablo Tinoco, got me all the info that I needed, the price was where I wanted it so I went ahead with the purchase. I made it clear to "Pablo" that I would not take possession of the truck until the financing was locked in. After time in the financing office and papers signed. I was told I was approved thru Granite Credit union. I still told him I didn't want to take possession till it was locked in. After papers were signed we emptied my old truck into "my new financed truck"... 2 weeks later I was called and told that my financing was "not aproved" and they had to go thru another finance company, 2 points higher than what I signed with the guaranteed financing I was lied to that I had. Payment jumped up over $350. I wanted out, and I wanted my old truck back. Which they no longer had of course... this place is run by crooks. I would never ever ever advise anyone buy a vehicle from this place.

We bought an Audi Q5. Carlos Rojas was the sales guy who helped us in finalizing the car. Initially we were thinking of q3 but after taking test drive we felt its bit compact. Carlos quickly drove to other locations and finally we got one q5. We liked it and Carlos helped us to get a good deal. Carlos was very genuine, patient and dedicated. He made us feel comfortable. Haley helped me find the perfect car. She made sure it was within my price range, she also made sure I was happy with my purchase. She talked with me and kept me company while I was waiting for everything to be finalized. Definitely one I the nicest salesperson I've dealt with.

Mark helped me out today and was phenomenal. Compared to other places I ve been he knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars and is just all around a sweet guy to talk to! He s super nice and wants to do whatever he can to make it work. Porter was the one that reached out to me about my car and also did amazing, and was even willing to just come sit down and talk while I was waiting

The Salesman Marc was really helpful in getting me my first car, straightforward no extra nonsense. Definitely do research even if you think you know enough, research more before buying a car. Overall loved it and going home with my new car

Nice thing about being cut off by a vehicle wearing dealer plates is you know where to find them. I m talking almost caused an accident cut off. When I honked I received the finger. Dude then tried to outrun me in a Q3. Finally gave up as it was clear he wasn t going to follow speed limits or the traffic rules and would likely end in an accident. This occurred on 11400 S. between Redwood and I-15. When I called the dealer to enquire about the said Q3 as a curious buyer , I was told it was currently on loan to a sales associate. The guy driving had shaggy brown hair, wearing a flannel of some type, rocking a toothpick and shades. Pictured is the exact car. You don t do dumb things in a car this bright/unique in dealer plates.Phone agent I talked to said that s not possible since his associates all wear a shirt and tie. Yeah well . Whoever was in procession of the car with Axio dealer plates slandered your dealerships name with their actions.

Marc and Kaidyn were amazing here at axio automotive, they help my husband and I get the vehicle of our dreams. They listened to what we wanted and matched us perfectly to those things . Definitely asked for either of these gentlemen. They were both patient with us and they even took us to the other close location to show us the car we got . And they are very personable.

Porter was a great salesman! I was only stopping by to window shop and weigh out my options, then I ended up buying a new car! Porter ensured that I was getting a good deal and he also made very good use of my time! Would 10/10 recommend to family or friends, or anyone for that matter! Overall great experience

The experience I had with Kasey and Tyler was very pleasant. They weren t overly pushy and were willing to do whatever to make my budget work. I unfortunately didn t fall in love with the truck we were looking at and ended up finding one that fit my needs elsewhere. I would highly recommend going into Axio if you re looking for a great used car experience.

My husband and I were just beginning the looking around phases today and happened upon the dealership. The young fella who worked with us had just started there and had he not mentioned that we never would ve known because he was fabulous! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in finding us the best vehicle. Thank you Bridger we will definitely be back.

Porter hit us up on Facebook asking if my car was available. We brought the car in and he looked at it, helped me with a trade in. Such w smooth process, was pretty much in and out. He s super kind, educational and helpful. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming through Porter anytime I need something!!

Not a good experience buying a car through AXIO. It really feels like they put all of their focus into closing the sale while tacking on as many fees as possible that they miss the mark throughout their services.They added a $598 fee for vehicle prep and didn t even do the smog check, reset the oil age, fill the gas tank or do a half decent job vacuuming the car. I ve had to leave work several times and even stop by Volkswagen to reset the oil since AXIO s tech couldn t figure it out.They ran financing through the wrong bank after I explicitly named the two banks I would be willing to go through. I think this is just part of their mad rush to collect your money I would expect better for what we paid. You re better off going elsewhere.

I sold my 2021 van to Axio. Simon and Porter were very helpful. Porter reached out to me on Facebook messenger and we were able to negotiate a price that worked for both of us. They didn t change the agreed upon price once I brought it in either. Simon filled out the paperwork quickly and we were done in less than an hour. I appreciate the speed and professionalism.

Porter was great to work with and very patient with us. But they don't leave you alone to make decisions privately. Unfortunately, they don't honor their online pricing so we over paid on the car.
