Fantastic team. Figured out the problem with my tire deflating - they checked my tyre and determined the issue was the rim. They fixed it quickly and the charge was very reasonable.

Awesome place!Great to work with, super knowledgeable.I needed a new wheel and these guys were able to locate one almost immediately.And the next day had it in and I had all of my wheels refinished and cleaned up to match and they turned out great!Dropped my car off Friday.Was quoted Tuesday, but it got done Wednesday. (To which things happen)I worked with Matt, he was great to work with! But I m sure everyone here is!10/10 recommend! Quick to help knowledgeable great pricing great work awesome service!

The (expensive) touch up was still very visible and the sanded section had a hard line. If I would have known it would have been so obvious afterward, I would have opted for a complete repair. Not at all happy with the end result and will go elsewhere next time.

The new rims and tires really made my Jeep a lot more impressive. It's like a whole new car! I came with a model of rims in mind and Mike helped me pick out some tires with the qualities I wanted that fit my budget. I very much appreciated having a local expert that could answer my questions, guide me through the process, and basically just take care of it for me.

They walked me through rim selection and ordering, then in two days I was rolling. Fast service. My OEM rims I had powder coated and they were done three days later. Very efficient and professional work.

Took my alloy wheel in for some repairs to a slight curb rash. They repaired it and rebalanced the wheel/tire. was done _very_ quickly. No matter how close I look, I cannot see the prior damage or the repair. Might as well be brand new.

This was the only shop I could find in the valley that could/would repair my dented motorcycle wheel. Fast turnaround, fair pricing, and the wheel rolls as good as new. Two thumbs up

Got me into a new set of wheels for a great price and very quickly as well. Set up the wheels perfectly with no rub on my lowered 911. Mike was great to work with, fair and honest.

Mike is the best. These guys have helped me so much finding odd tire sizes and have refinished many wheels. Always easy to work with. No drama. Just a good, get-it-done attitude. I always recommend Wheel Werks for any sort of wheel repair.

Wheel Werks was good to work with. We had some issues initially but was able to get through it and fix my tires/rims. I was able to get some good tires and rims at a decent price. Mike was good, communicating with me through the whole process. They are constantly busy but replied in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for your business, if you are looking for low quality or looking for the most economic route, I would not recommend them as they are trying to give you the best,safest solution--not "just" trying to make a buck

I had an awesome experience at Wheel Werks. Great pricing and great customer service. Came into get my rim repaired and my alignment was off and my tires needed to be replaced as well. They were happy to do all three and did it quick and at a great price. My rim looks brand new. I will be going there in the future for tire and rim repair.

The owner was great. He took the time to explain all my options even though I kept insisting on one. He showed me that others were cheaper alternatives. But in the end he still helped me find just one rim to replace my cracked one like I wanted. It was still cheaper than other places I had looked and I got a better quality rim. I will definitely go here for all my wheel needs.

Went into the store 10/30/20 with the intention of spending about $1000 on rims. The customer service there was Noll and void, and makes me question the integrity of the shop. I walked in wanting to buy the rims but also wanting to look at a catalog of some sort so I could pick what I wanted. I wanted black chrome rims with a little bit of red to match my red Ford fusion. They acted like they didn t have very many to choose from, without even letting me use your catalog that another employee was flipping through. I was already a little agitated as I walk in withWith my two daughters and my mother. My mother was clearly standing with me at the counter, and the employee that was looking through the catalog that I was not allowed to look at after if we were together. Now I am not one to normally post to kind of review, but I am highly offended as I am of mixed woman, of Italian and creole dissent. And the woman next to me was Caucasian, I don t know if others find that insulting, but it happens everywhere I go when my mother comes to visit me that people don t believe she would be with me. So when they did that and then refuse the catalog I decided I would take my business elsewhere. Don t judge a book by its cover he lost a very good customer buys rims quite often.

Always great, timely service. 11/2019Returned to change to a different color 11/2020Still a high quality product for a reasonable price. My experience wasn't without issue. 45m After picking up my wheels, my wife noticed a hard edge on the surface between the the lug nut and center cap. Running her finger along it was enough to pull up the finish a little. It was clear the surface would chip. I immediately called Wheel Werks to leave message notifying them of the problem. I explained I hadn't installed the wheels or the center cap; I only just arrived home They agreed to redo the wheel and at first speculated about the possibility of their tooling doing the damage.I picked up the repaired wheel 2 days later but was informed none of their tooling lined up with the damage. I said "well, I only transported the wheels. I hadn't installed anything to them." whether they meant to or not, I felt as though they were insinuating I damaged the wheel. This simply isn't true and powder coats are extremely durable.Still a 5 STAR review, but honestly, if you don't believe me, then insist I pay for the wheel. Please don't repair the wheel then take it upon yourself to suggest you know the real reason this happened. At least that way we can work out our differences rather than using passive language to get your point across. I installed the center cap on all 4 wheels without issue using a rubber mallet and a block of wood. I've done this multiple times. Keep in mind my last wheels also didn't have any issue. Finally, I brought the wheels to Wheel Works with the center cap on, if you don't trust your customers to install things properly, then change your policy to ensure the fault is on the proper individual.Been going to Wheel Werks going on 20 years and this has me questioning my return despite receiving a very good product throughout.

It's a no-frills yet friendly shop, and the guys here have a good "performance car nerd" vibe. They did a fast job replacing my old tires (under an hour), and their prices were competitive. My car is now quieter and handles better with quality tires on. The waiting room is clean and quiet. Lots of fast & high end cars on the lot.

Although repair of my wheel was satisfactory, there business conduct was not. I received a quote of $250 (over the phone and in person) for the repair and $100 ($350) if I wanted it polished. I declined the polish and said I would do that myself. Promised pick-up of the wheel was set for the following Tuesday. The wheel was not ready until the following Thursday and I was charged $350 for the repair. They claim the estimate was between $250 and $400, an estimate I never saw nor approved. When I tried to explain, they laughed at me and said this high cost for a wheel repair (i.e. costing more than replacing the wheel) is why they total cars instead of repairing them. Lastly, they did not polish the wheel. I couldn't have been more disappointed.

These guys are great! Mike was very straightforward regarding the challenges associated with straightening the bent and cracked rims on my Audi S4. He managed my expectations perfectly and then exceeded them, both in terms of the outcomes and the time it took to get the work done. The price was right too. I highly recommend Wheel Werks for straightening bent rims and powdercoating and I'm guessing they will do a great job when I need to get new tires. Thanks Mike!

The owner seemed super nice and willing to help but when his staff member came up he was super rude, no tact... walked away with some snide remark to my little girl and I, she's 8!. If he hadn't been so unprofessional I really considered letting them do the work and buying new rims from them. Nope. Definitely lost my business and any kind of referral. Guess I should've read the reviews. Sad.

Terrible customer service! I went to Wheel Werks to get some stock rims refurbished. I called and asked if that was something they did, and about how much it would cost. They assured me they could do the work, but could not quote a price over the phone. I went into their shop and spent five minutes with a salesman. He acted as though he was very busy. The wait for his help was longer than the actual time he spent with me. Looking at my Rims for a minute, he concluded it would cost 1200.00 dollars to Refurbish my stock Pontiac alloy wheels. I told him that that was ridiculous, that I could buy new ones for half of that, He walked away stating that I would be better off doing that. No help, No advise other than buy them somewhere else. I went to one of their competitors and was quoted 500.00 for the same work. I spent my money at that shop.

I took my aftermarket Jeep fenders in to have them powder coated. We had come to an agreement on price based on the fact that they were "2016 JK Jeep fenders." I would think you could get a good idea of size based on that description. When I dropped them off, Mike (the owner) was not around so I told the person there to have him call me before they started so we could get everything worked out. The next day, I get a call that there are "some problems" and it's not going to be the price we agreed upon but no further information. Of course, Mike was not available once again to discuss this with over the phone. I called them the next day to see what was going on and what the "problems" were and they said "they're all done, ready to come get." So when I got there, I was informed that it was going to be double the price we agreed upon because they didn't know when they quoted me how big they would be. Like I said, I think "2016 Jeep Fenders" gives you a decent idea. They quoted me for 1/2 the job needed, apparently. Needless to say, I was not happy but it was him against me at that point and if I wanted my fenders, I had to pay what he was asking. Now, less than one week later, there is a spot on one fender that is already rusting. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, and a pretty bad powder coating job to top it off. I'll never recommend these guys to our Jeep friends or anyone looking for powder coating services. Save yourself some heartache and go elsewhere.

Never ever go here unless you want to be screwed. They said they didn't know if they could fix one of the rims on my car and said if they couldn't they wouldn't charge me anything for it. The day came to go get the rim and they said it was all fixed. Took it in a month later to a another tire shop to get the snow tires off they spun it and said they did nothing and it was not fixed. Spent 200 dollars for nothing. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to go there.

Took my 23 inch fatty daddy spokes for my custom motorcycle bagger to these guys and they helped me with some bent lips do to stupid road construction. They educated me on some things that could go bad and then took it for the day and fixed the rim perfectly. Was totally amazed they did a good job without a hiccup. Plus when they were done they advise me to go get the wheel re-balanced at a motorcycle shop to make sure the spokes weren t loose or bent out of place. Great advise cause I didn t even think of the spokes could be damaged. But all worked out great. Totally recommend these guys for us boys on 2s and ever run into this.PS:Thanks guys for the great work.

I had some curb rash on my rims due to snow and spin out. i called around some places everyone seemed to be careless and rude, till i called wheels and werks. They answered the phone very nice cared to what my situation was told me to bring it in. i live far from Salt Lake City but let me tell ya it was worth the drive lady at ther service desk directed me to the back i showed the guys there my wheels explained to them what had happen. i left my wheels expecting it to take a day or 2 but NO they called a few hours later and said my rims were done even better. I head back once again friendly service they brought out my rims and i was happy with the work they look just like the day i bought them. over all i recomend this place to anyone who needs there wheels looking good again its worth your money for the good service.

I was quoted a price for my make and model of vehicle s OEM wheels to be powder coated. When I went in to select a color the they wanted 50% more typical bait and switch and dishonest way to run a business. You have been warned!

Said they would call when done... Didn'tKept my matching metalized valve cap and gave me a plastic one. My fault for not noticing when I picked up the wheel, but still makes me question their eye for detail.Scratched the center cap.Came in, no one at the desk, waited 12 minutes before anyone came up to help. By then one of their friends/customers showed up and got helped first even though I'd gotten there long before.I expected a bit more professionalism from a shop that is supposedly customer service oriented.Wouldn't recommend.

Super happy with these guys work. They came to my shop on schedule and repaired my bent wheel for my speed. Very rare wheel that cannot be purchased any longer and they had it straightened out in about 45 min. Guy was super nice and very knowledgeable. Will use these guys in the future. Cannot say enough. Very sayisfied.
