First time at Wasatch Motor Werks, and couldn t be happier. Took my car (BMW 328i) in because of a computer notification that the brake linings were thin, and asked them to give the whole car a once-over while it was there. Told me the brake linings were fine the on-board computer notification was time driven rather than need driven. Found a few other issues that were fixed at a reasonable price. I appreciated their honesty and efficiency. Also appreciate that their prices are considerably lower than the BMW dealer, which I assume is because they aren t charging for fancy buildings, waiting rooms, conference rooms or refreshments, which I don t need. Will definitely make the switch for all our vehicles.

I've taken my BMW to Wasatch Motor Werks for years now and I trust them fully in doing the repairs that are needed and charging a fair price. They are clear in what repairs are necessary and what are recommended for maintenance. They are experts in BMWs and, because I am very protective of my car, I wouldn't trust it with anyone else. I highly recommend.

I am a first time BMW owner, and was apprehensive about where to take my older, but in great shape, vehicle for my first service experience. I found Wasatch Motor Werks by doing some research online, and the in-person experience I had backed up the good reviews. It was easy to set up an appointment and when I dropped off and picked up my car, everything was explained to me clearly and in easy to understand detail. The prices are fair for the work being done, which is what I want. I will be taking my car back to Wasatch Motor Werks.

My e34 had some known suspension problems, but on a road trip to Salt Lake City I realized I shouldn t put off addressing them any longer. Jeremy was able to squeeze me in at short notice before my return trip. With new front struts a control arm bushings, my car is a pleasure to drive again. Thanks guys!

Awesome service, great pricing and great expertise. Didn t want to get ripped off at the dealer for some basic service. Went in for thrust arm bushing replacements and had my car fixed the same day. They also did a thorough inspection and gave me a heads up on future maintenance. The dealer didn t give me any heads up although they did an inspection. All in all I will be back next time i need any service.

Great overall experience. The team at Wasatch are high engaged with the cars, work great as a team, and I had one of the best mechanic interactions that I have ever had with Jackson .he took time to walk me through my entire car and explain key steps necessary to keep my car running for another 150,000 miles. Met the owner, nice and decent man! Highly recommendA subsequent visit - I was having problems with my parking brake and stopped in one morning. The owner, hearing my troubles and assessing that the fix would be quick, grabbed a wrench, fixed my issue in five minutes, and sent me on my way with the service "on the house". Greetings, bottom line I can't thank these guys enough for the great service they gave me and my 2005 Mini Copper S conv!Back story, I am a old retired guy driving my Mini across the US and Canada on my "Bucket List" life time adventure. Background, I have a 40 year career working on European, exotics cars, restorations, and 30 years specializing on Mercedes Benz. My car develops a odd fuel delivery problem. I read all the reviews of shops in Salt Lake City, made tons of phone calls, and Jeremy and his crew resonated with all my knowledge and experiences of the Auto Tech world! I consulted with him and knew he was a straight shouter and had real world answers to my dilemma and options. We agreed on a diagnostic plan and what the time line could be. They went out of there way to fit me into a very busy schedule so my road trip could continue without a delay. AND my fuel delivery issue was solved and repaired! Doesn't get better then this! I found this company online and thought I would give them a try, based on other reviews. So, I made an appointment with Wasatch Motor Werks for an Oil & Filter Change on my 2019 BMW i8 Hybrid Roadster last Friday. I wanted to find out if it was a viable place to have my baby serviced and for any future maintenance. When I arrived first thing Friday morning, Braden got me checked in and got my car in the bay.Soon Jeremy, the owner, approached me and introduced himself. He was very friendly and we had a good chat about BMW's, various cars and their business. I felt like he was straight forward and honest about their capabilities. He said this was the first i8 they had serviced (there aren't many of them around). These guys treated my car with kid gloves and did an outstanding job.While they were finishing up, I had a great chat with the technician, Jackson and Jeremy about the oil spec and thoughts about oil/filter change frequency, etc for my car, and BMW's in general. They did a thorough inspection while they had it up on the lift and discussed what they saw and recommendations going forward. I think I found some very solid people who have expertise with BMW's and their price was very fair and much less than the dealer for this service. Needless to say, I will be back.

These guys are awesome, professional, and know their way around BMWs very well. Took care of my M4 properly and got everything done quickly. They even took care to pull my vehicle in their shop over the weekend to protect it from the snow storm. Great guys! Highly recommend

My gem of a 2006 BMW 650 needed some TLC. Jeremy and the crew were the perfect prescription. For a very fair price, they fixed a door handle and a sluggish hood cable, replaced an old coolant tank and some hoses, as well as did some regular maintenance. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have a BMW, this is the place.

I came here for a second opinion on what I was quoted for service at the BMW dealership s service center. These guys were able to everything done for about half the price. The guys that I talked to on the phone and met in person at the shop were great to work with. Highly recommend.

Brought my X5 here for an oil change and all around check-up. WMW did an amazing job with everything and provided me good prices for other things I needed to fix like my CV joint and leaking expansion tank. They were super nice, professional and had my car back to me in a timely manner. Thanks so much!

This shop was easy to work with and very professional. I brought in my ailing 2012 X5 diesel. They were straight forward. Gave me my options. Willing to work with me to keep repair costs to a minimum. However, after consideration, it just wasn't worth the cost to repair so did not proceed. When my new X5 goes off the BMW Maintenance Program I'll be coming back.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair

I'm really picky about where I'm taking my cars for a service. New to the BMW world and as a default wanted to service at the Dealership. WRONG CHOICE.So I did a research and contacted different European cars places even visited their locations to get a face to face info.Eventually decided to go with the guys at Wasatch Motor Werks. They were 100% honest with what I needed, professional and fast, and Best value for your money.If you want a place you can trust this is it.

I was an emergency repair. The repair was completed 48 hrs later. The vehicle was returned cleaner and ran smoother than ever before.The price is not reasonable, but competitive with similar auto repair centers. I am willing to pay for QUALITY service. Brought my 335 in for some driving/performing issues and they helped diagnose my problems and sounds. They took great care of my car and did so within their agreed timeframe plus I saved Thousands not taking it to BMW directly! They're really friendly and know their dmrs well

I'm the original owner of a 2003 BMW 325Ci with 315,752 miles on the clock. My previous long-time repair shop closed so I was searching for a new, honest and affordable replacement shop. I found Wasatch Motor Werks online and decided to give them a try. I had multiple oil and fluid leaks in the engine, transmission, rear differential, plus several other items that needed replacement/repair. I found their evaluations to be fair and accurate and proceeded with repairs as recommended. When I picked up the car and started to drive away, I was blown away with how the car handled and shifted! It was like driving a new, fresh off the showroom car! The steering was tight and precise and the gears shifted with the "snick, snick, snick" feel that had been gone for a long time. Plus their 2 year 24,000 mile warranty is nice to have, if needed! I heartily recommend Wasatch Motor Werks and will be going back for all my future service and repair needs. I brought my 2011 E92 M3 to Wasatch Motor Werks to diagnose an odd brake issue. After refreshing the subframe and diff bushings and all of the soft brake lines, I was unable to restore the brake pedal firmness to its original state even after numerous bleeding attempts. I also experienced an ABS malfunction that would only occur under very hard braking.Jeremy was able to diagnose and fix the problem in very short order and now my brakes feel just like they did before the rear end overhall. I won't have to miss my upcoming scca race in Vegas this weekend afterall. I'm very impressed with the quality of their work and fair pricing, as well as their shop and overall professionalism. I would gladly bring my car to them again for any maintenance or repairs that are out of my own comfort area in the future, and would recommend them to any other BMW owners out there.Service: Brake service & repair

Not only did the BMW dealership quote me hundreds more for the brake pads they claimed I needed right away, Wasatch Motor Werks let me know that I don't need them yet & charged me nothing for my visit. Definitely my go-to mechanics from now on.

This is a great company. I have a recently purchased used X1 and had not found anyone I trusted to 1) know what exactly what my solution was and 2) Charge me fairly while 3) Actually wanting to have a customer service relationship with me.I had the front steering rack replaces and reprogrammed. Additionally, they serviced all the fluids and brakes and ran through the vehicle for me.... Great and timely job on the mechanical side. Jeremy, owner and BMW master mechanic, actually came out to meet me and visit for a few minutes about my car and to see if I had any questions...... genuinely cool.The front office was great to deal with and really took care of my scheduling requests as well. They followed up with me several times and made sure I knew what was going on at all times.Finally, the price...... I was quoted a price by the dealer and also by a competing shop where I bring some of my other vehicles. Wasatch Motor Werks' price was better by $200 than either of the other quotes.Take your BMWs / Minis to this shop! You will be treated well, you will get great and professional service, and the price is the best in the valley for pro work.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change
