This shop is incredible! I dinged my fender on a pole which left some large dents and chipped paint. After going to two other shops who would not touch it and told me that my only option was to replace the entire fender, this shop was able to fix the dents cleanly and paint over them (see before and after photos). It truly looks like my accident never happened at all, and I paid way less than I would have if I had gone to another shop. It s obvious that they take pride in their work, as the level of craftsmanship and detail couldn t be higher. I ll definitely recommend this shop and will be back if I need any future work done. Thanks for making my car look nice again! These guys rock!

Has been my go-to shop in UT for everything from minor repair to custom paint work. Very thorough with a great attention to detail. If something changes from the initial plan they always communicate what/why before proceeding.

Someone backed into my car, and I had to get it fixed. The bumper and fender were scratched and dented. They replaced my bumper with an OEM one, color matched, and painted it. Then they repaired the fender and repainted it. The finish looks as good as factory paint, and you can't even tell that it was replaced. They also stuck with the price they gave me in the estimate which was on the lower end ($1300) of the estimates that I got ranging from $1100-$1600. They also took the time to explain things to me, would recommend 10/10.Update: (3 years later) I got into an accident, and went to Caliber Collision, they missed a lot of things, but these guys were willing to help me out! Customer service and quality of work was as good as last time! Will always be a customer of this place!Services: Painting, Paint repair

I stopped by for an estimate and was met with a pair of very inviting and friendly folks. Super quick to step outside and look at my concerns on the car without an appointment needed. Kerry was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I was rear ended and needed to know if my crush boxes were still safe. I talked to Cory, he came out and looked at my car for free, and told me it was still safe when he could have told me anything. So grateful for their honesty!

They did an AMAZING job repairing my car. My poor little Prius was hit and run leaving my bumper hanging off, lights shattered and looking terrible. They answered the phone every time I called, got me in on my schedule and kept my car on their property for 2 weeks after completing the work while I was out of town. Don t be afraid to use this mom and pop shop, they re awesome! Car looks brand new.Service: Body & Trim

This place is amazing. I had to have my skid plate replaced under my hood and randomly found this spot. Kerry and the receptionist (I didn t catch her name) we re so kind and helpful. As a young girl, I often worry about taking my car in for work, because I don t know a lot and fear being taken advantage of financially. The pricing was very fair, and Kerry had it done within a few hours of me dropping off my car! 10/10 would recommend. Fair prices, kind people, good work, and they clearly value their customers. Thank you Wasatch body shop!

You guys! I can't say enough great things about this shop! I passed at least 6 other body shops on my way there but i'm so glad I went with Wasatch Body! Jerry and Carey were wonderful at keeping me updated. They were so patient with my check ins. I was greeted with a huge smile and helped right away when I dropped my car off and picked it up! The woman at the front desk was also wonderful! They were so personable, kind, fair on pricing and took excellent care of my car! I will definitely be bringing future vehicles here.

If I could give the Wasatch Body shop 100 stars I would! They have been my auto body shop of choice for the last 17+ years for various cars & every one of them has been excellent! Their service is wonderful & they still treat their clients with respect & care. I truly wish there were more businesses these days that still held such quality & care that this business does. If you want a body shop that knows what they are doing, is honest & fair, & has excellent quality this is the business for you!!

This might be the best experience I've ever had at an auto-related business. Very friendly, straightforward service, great prices, and solid work. They got a sizable dent out of my door for less than half of what a well-reviewed dent specialist quoted me, and also sealed up some missing paint and light surface rust on my roof for a reasonable cost. They gave me a little bottle of touch-up paint to treat future dings and scratches, and even gave me a ride to my office downtown after I dropped my car off in the morning. If I ever need future work done, it'll absolutely be at this place.

This is an amazing body shop. I have had two cars in fender benders that they took care of. They worked diligently, courteously, and at times, persistently with the at fault drivers insurance to guarantee we could get all the repairs that were needed beyond just the original estimate. And nine years later on a repair and it still looks like it was from the factory. Really excellent body shop.

A little over two weeks ago, I rear-ended someone. I got a ton of super helpful recommendations and ultimately settled on Wasatch Body Shop in Salt Lake to replace my front bumper, driver-side fender, driver-side high intensity headlight, and a mounting bracket underneath. I could not be happier with the work they did. Firstly, they were looking at 3 1/2 to 4 weeks to have everything done, but they finished ahead of schedule--in about two weeks (they're very busy). Second, Jerry and Kerry, who run the shop, are committed to using factory parts wherever they can even though insurance says they have to use aftermarket when it's cheaper to do so. Well, Kerry was able to get VW to match the price of the aftermarket bumper and fender, so those were factory. On top of that, there isn't an aftermarket version of the headlight available, so Wasatch Body used factory headlights as well. Finally, I have a bit of curb rash on all of my rims as I bought them used. While insurance quoted a re-finishing job on the front left rim as a result of the accident, Kerry noted that it didn't look any different than any of the other rims. He called me and offered me the option to knock $100 off my deductible if I wanted to forgo the re-finish job (so long as the rim was in fact fully functional and not bent or warped, which he later confirmed). Because I am planning on re-finishing all of my rims at a later time and could use the extra cash now, I gratefully accepted. Ultimately, the only aftermarket part that was used was the mounting bracket, and I didn't have to pay any difference for factory parts. I used my car over the summer for work, so when I brought it in, it was filthy. When I picked it up, it was cleaner (inside and out) than it has been all summer.TL;DR -- In choosing to take my car to Wasatch Body in Salt Lake, I am so pleased with the customer service (I honestly felt like family every time I walked in the door), the quality of work, the clear and consistent communication, and the way they treat your car just like it was their own. I am so glad I didn't take it anywhere else, and I strongly recommend anyone else looking for a good body shop to check them out.

This is the place to get your vehicle fixed! We couldn't be happier with our experience here. After our truck was damaged pretty badly they had it back to us better than new at a fraction of the cost of other shops, and even had an absolutely perfect match to the custom paint job. They were extremely quick and pay excellent attention to detail! The whole staff is extremely friendly and so pleasant to work with.

Great place to get your car fixed. The customer service is better than any place I've been to! Everyone I interacted with is super friendly and the company as a whole is honest and fair. I had a follow-up issue with my car after getting fixed (just a check light that was still on) and they got me in to take care of it as soon as I needed with no extra cost or hassle. I'll be going here for repairs in the future!

My Dodge Avenger had some bumper work done a few weeks ago. The bumper looks new. They did an awesome job of fixing it. My husband had me take my car there because the company he works for uses them. I am so happy I did. The price was just right and the work on my car was great and everyone that I talked to there was so helpful and professional.

These guys came highly recommended and rightly so, they do outstanding work.They can literally make things as good as new.They really go the extra mile both in the quality of their work and in their customer service. I could not have been more satisfied.They were very easy to work with and they worked well with my insurance company to make sure that everything was taken care of.They will always get my business and I will always be quick to recommend them.

Where do I begin? This company and Jerry the owner, in particular, are beyond fantastic. I don t normally write reviews unless the company is absolutely terrible or off the charts amazing. They are honest, they are diligent, they go the extra mile - six times over to make sure you re happy. They did not ask for this review. I just felt it was the least I could do to show my appreciation.

I can't say enough about Wasatch Auto. They do quick, honest, quality work. We had our car towed here after breaking down in Kamas. I hoped they would be honest with us because we were from out of town and couldn't' make it in to the shop. They fixed the oil pan and we found out the engine threw a rod. They sent pictures and videos of the problems and then pictures and videos of it fixed. They didn't do anything without consulting us and were super fast once we decided on things. They ordered and put in a whole new engine in a few days. They found the CV axle was bad and replaced it and didn't charge us for it. And then filled up our truck with gas! I will recommend Wasatch Auto to anyone who lives in Heber City or near there or visiting. I just wish we lived closer so we could use them all the time. Thank you!!!

Great place! Excellent service and honesty. Wasatch Body Shop anticipates needs that I never even told them about.I came in to replace my front bumper after someone hit it in the parking lot and they bumped out a dent I had in my back bumper for free! This dent had been there since I bought the car, and I had tried to bump it out myself but it was no use. I was so overjoyed when I saw that they had gone the extra mile, saw a need and fulfilled it.

I found this shop 54 years ago when in High School. A transport truck with a new Mercedes, a Maserati and a Bentley was unloading. When I asked the owner, Jerry Mackie why they were being dropped off, he explained in his humble way they were damaged in transport and needed to be repaired. Knowing these dealers had their own repair shops spoke volumes. Through the years I, my kids, my friends have enjoyed perfect repair jobs and Jerry fought with the insurance companies making each repair painless for us. Thanks for being the best shop in UT, possibly the planet.

They did a great job on fixing my car. They were very friendly went out of there way to help me find my phone which I'd dropped. Helped with get the rental car back. Answered all my questions along the way with a friendly cheerful attitude. Recommend them 100%

Jerry Mackie, the owner, is so honest and upright. He did things for us as a free service that other shops refused to do without us giving them our business. He is a rare find amongst the automobile business. I highly recommend him.

Very reliable and honest body shop. I've used them twice and have been happy with the results both times. Fast, friendly service. Good forefend I ever need body work on my car again but if I do, I'll be bringing it here for repairs.

Hands down the most incredible body shop in all of Utah! A series of unfortunate events led my brand new Scion FRS into this shop two times before it hit 5,000 miles and both times Jerry's shop had my car looking BETTER than it did when I drove it off the dealer lot. When it was hit the second time in Utah county I didn't think twice about taking it anywhere else. It was a no brainer to take my car the 30 miles north to Jerry at Wasatch Body Shop. Not only do they do incredible, top notch, quality work, but they also are very friendly and keep you informed during the whole process. They even guarantee their work for life!
