Utah Valley Tire is the BEST! I had a nail in my tire and called 5 minutes before they closed and told them what was going on. They said to come on over and they would stay open to fix my tire. I was so thankful. They fixed the tire and were so nice. Thank you!!!! It s great to have people who care!

Top notch! Dan and the team at Utah Valley Tire are wonderful. For the past few years they have done my tires, emissions tests and oil changes. They deliver excellent service, keep me well informed about my vehicle and are always friendly, thorough and punctual.

One of the best mechanics shops I've worked with. Really appreciate their upfront honesty and great attitude!

I've used this shop a few times in the past and thought it was affordable and good service. They used fear tactics to upsell tires like every one does but 2 days ago was bad customer service, insulting actually and they not only tried upselling an oil change but went so far as telling me I needed one right now and if I drove off the lot and the engine froze up not to blame them. I was already scheduled for one at another place in mid February. They said it wasn't even showing on the dip stick. I choose to spend my money where I'm not taken advantage of or even lied to and my business is appreciated. Like things don't already cost too much.

I ran over a bolt that stuck into one of my tires. I was in a hurry and they got it right in and fixed within thirty minutes. While I was there they were dealing with a difficult customer and I was impressed by their patience and willingness to help the guy out.

Good price on tires, not great customer service.I got a good deal on some tires for my BMW and had them ordered and installed very quickly. However, when I got my vehicle back, the inside drivers door handle was broken off. They "claim" that it was broken before they did any work on the vehicle. How is it possible for me to get out of my vehicle with no issues, leave the car with them, come back, and have my handle laying on the floor of the car when I get back into it and have it broken before I dropped it off?I take meticulous care of my vehicle and notice just about everything especially a door handle I need to get in and out. I get it, things happen but when I came back to talk to the owner of the shop he looked at me and said his mechanic was trustworthy and that it was an older car and must have broken off before. Maybe there really isn't anything they can do but he was unapologetic to say the least. Now I am out $180 to get it fixed.

I have been working with Dan, Tracy, Darren & their excellent staff of mechanics since 1994. They fixed my Nissan engine running rough/poorly when the dealer repair didn't last more than a few weeks. Ever since they are a "go to" place. When they couldn't do the repair for a broken suspension arm, they recommended someone who could fab the part and install it for a low price. I have had GM, Ford, Nissan and VW vehicles maintained and repaired here. I have got some great winter tires recommendations and prices. They inspect and recommend reasonable repairs. The repair costs always come in very near the estimate if not spot on. I have had suspension components, drive lines, brakes, belts & hoses, debris covers/boots, power steering, wiring repairs done with high quality work.

Nicest staff and they worked to get me in and out once they realized I was going to stick around and wait. Would use them for their services again!

Needed new tires cv axle replacement, as well as tie rod and a couple other things to fix alignment and they were able to get me the best deal compared to other local shops.

Don t go here for any repairs!!! We had both our cars worked on and they charge the maximum price for the cheapest parts. I got my brakes and rotors replaced and they wore out within the year. We had our fuel injectors replaced and it didn t solve the problem so within a few months I had my uncle work on it and he said that the fuel injectors were a few years old. They never replaced them!! It is so frustrating how much money we spent here. Please don t waste your money!

Daughter had a flat and went here. They claimed they couldn't change the tire because it was over 8 years old, despite the fact that the tire was the spare that had zero wear on it. Then they charged her $200 for a new tire, which should have only cost about$120. These people are scammers and take advantage of women. Dont go there and don't trust them

These guys are the BEST!They re like family. a good, loving family. They ve taken care of my Camry for years. It now has over 200,000 miles on it and they ve kept it running like a champ. I ve had the car for 10 years and they ve maintained it for 10 years. Thanks so much to Dan and his team.

Poor customer service, went in for an alignment trusting them to tell me the truth. When the check was done they told me alignment was off, I told them to service it. When all was done and paid for they finally showed me the camber report, my tires were barely off and only in the front. However, they charged me full price for a 4 wheel alignment. I realize they are just doing business but I would ve appreciated honesty and transparency. Instead they chose to take advantage of me.

I took in my Honda Accord that had 106,000 miles on it. It needed a lot done, new power steering pump, timing belt, and lots more that come when a car reaches 100,000 miles. They were fair and honest and even threw in some wheels with the purchase of new tires. Also, told me what was urgent to be done and what could wait a couple months so I wouldn t break the bank. I will be loyal to them and appreciatetheir honesty.

I needed some major work done. Had to get my timing belt, water pump etc. I was told by another company I needed more but Goodyear was straight up honest with me and even saved me quite a bit of money. They even helped me get set up for financing with out killing my bank. I truly believe they went out of their way for me.They also shared how when I need new tires I will save a bunch vs where I am going now. They cool thing was there was no pressure for me to buy anything.

In short: knowledgeable, kind, transparent, and quick.I found myself in a less-than-desirable situation when I'd just bought a used Subaru before winter and the headgasket blew along with the waterpump breaking. It wasn't a joy calling the local mechanics shops, being met with disgruntled attitudes and far-out diagnoses, telling me that I may have a cracked block, which added to my stress.Luckily, I was recommended to call this Goodyear location, and I couldn't have been met with a kinder staff. They were realistic about the fixes to my vehicle and helped me understand them to some extent.I recommend this Goodyear location to anyone. They have a customer for life with me.

05/28/2022: I am in SLC for a visit. I went to Utah Valley Tire (Goodyear) for oil-filter change (oil-filter change only; no oil change). I was charged $39.99, explaining that the synthetic oil needs to be topped off after filter change. With environmental fee and taxes the total came to $49.99. My Goodyear store in Ohio (BW Tire) charges me $20, including environmental fee and taxes. I understand SLC is a more expensive place than Grove City, Ohio. But, $49.99 pricing is atrocious just for an oil-filter change. As for other checks, the receipt did not have details of what were checked (brakes, brake fluid, transmission, wiper fluid, etc.)

Very nice people. But they don t listen and ended up scratching up my rims. I told them, the air caps don t come off, they need to be replaced. He guy at the desk says no problem. The actual it doing the tires comes out and says I have bad news, I can t get the tire caps off ah duh said that in the beginning. So he says he will cut the tire off, no issues. Then he says he doesn t have stems had to send a guy to get them. So I wash the truck and there are digs in the rims from them trying to get off what I already told them wouldn t come off and scratches all of the tops where the put the tire on. It s like they have never done tire work before. I spent 948 on tires, and now have to come deep out of pocket to fix heir mistakes. Never going there again.

The only place I trust, they are honest and helpful. Mechanics are a hit or miss, these guy's are all hitters. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic, I recommend these guys 100 percent!

My tire was flat, I brought my van to them and they fixed it for free!My valve stem was loose and therefore leaking, they tightened it and said I didn't have to pay anything!

When I went to pick up my 95 Tacoma for front end breaks/rotors and wheel bearings I was told to schedule to have my engine fix because one cylinder was not firing. I took it to autozone and we found one distributor cable disconnected also found out the wheel bearings replacement was missing in the receipt. Their honesty is in question.

Great experience. I had rebuilt a front drive shaft joint and just needed it installed as I couldn't do it myself. They were more than happy to do the labor and install the piece I had reassembled. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

I borrowed my car out to a cousin of mine in trouble and the next day they shredded a tire. Thankfully Utah Valley Tire was across the street. With a few phone calls they were back on their way pretty quick. They recommended I only needed to replace the one tire and I'm very happy with these guys. I'm from Spanish Fork and if I need tires in Salt Lake again Ill look for these guys.

I purchased two tires from this store. One of them went flat. Not that big a deal. It was time for new tires anyway. Except, the guy at this store that put the tires on tightened one of the lug nuts so tight that I could not get it off with any of my tools. I even bent my tire iron trying. Thats ok, mistakes happen, so I called up the store to see if they could come out to at least patch and fill the tire enough so I could get my car to them. The man on the phone was very abrupt and rude, saying I will have to eat the $65 for a tow truck to get it to them if I want it fixed. Immediately after that I called up a competitor and they offered to come by and help me out for no charge. Those are the guys I will be buying this round of tires from. No more Goodyear tires on my car.

We have sent a commercial van to be serviced here regularly. A month ago we complained to them about how sluggish the acceleration had become. They serviced the vehicle and returned it. Well a few weeks later the turbo exploded! When we towed it back to them they said that there was "no way" that they could know that would happen even though it was clear just a few weeks before that it was having issues. Also there was no oil in the vehicle and they claimed that the vehicle "dumped" the oil when the turbo came apart. Well we bit our tongues and paid to have a new turbo brought in and installed. Well, it didn't even make it out of the shop! When the turbo came apart it threw pieces throughout the engine and when they put the new turbo on they never checked the engine! Now they are telling us that we are responsible for a new engine! They don't take any responsibility whatsoever. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible ownership. Terrible management. Terrible service.
