Went here for an emissions test. They were super friendly and helpful. Provided honest and pressure-free advice for what to fix on my car next. Awesome guys

Very friendly and fast. No appointment needed. I was there less than 20 min and that was for emissions and tag renewal. I highly recommend this place if you are in a hurry, perfect for a lunch break.

I brought my 2004 chevy silverado 1500 to this location, they had me in and out in less then 10 minutes I'll definitely return next year. They manager and person at the front desk are very knowledgeable and friendly to work with!

Needed to get a safety inspection for a rebuilt title. They were able to get me right in and we're super fast and courteous. Price was worth the drive.

Rude and he is incorrect with his inspections. I have been here twice. First time was 2 years ago for another car and he was incorrect and just as rude. Failed me for safety on my factory headlights stating they are brighter and aftermarket. After further inspection,My headlight bulbs are both oem and not modified. He based his side of the brightness staring into the bulb, not inspecting per safety guidelines banning aftermarket lights. Even showing that the high beam is brighter lane the low shining on the wall itself. He too rude and condescending to allow him to continue. Snide comment after another after another and him asking me 3x if I d like him to continue, I was over it and decided to leave. Id stay away from here, both for peace of mind and for his inadequacy

The guy preforming the inspection is clearly miserable. I thought the 3 minute the job was going to kill him. The lady at the front seat was most pleasant.

These guys are super friendly and very thorough but quick! I came from out of state last year, and they were incredibly helpful getting all of my car inspections and registration taken care of. I returned this year and am still very happy with the service. I will definitely be returning!

I always come to this location to renew my registration every year and perform emissions testing! They're truly great! Fast and easy with on site tags. 10/10! Highly recommended! Print out the coupon on their website for even more savings!

This is the neighborhood emissions place I have been going to for years. The environment is very much a mechanic vibe, but don't let that throw you off. They are efficient and fair in pricing.Recently, I needed to do a safety inspection on my motorcycle ohv to street legal conversion and Gary was super helpful in directing me on what I needed to pass, going as far as assembling the part for me (There is a mechanic bay there too).

Recently, I had the pleasure of getting a smog check done on my car and I must say, it was a good experience.Firstly, the staff at the smog check center were very friendly.The actual testing process was quick and efficient. The technician who conducted the test was very skilled and knew exactly what he was doing!

GREAT PLACE! They got us right in and right out again and even did the State Registration for me for 10 bucks more so now I don't have to wait for my sticker or worry about being pulled over. The people were SUPER friendly and nice. I will DEFINITELY GO BACK.

They were very fast and reasonably priced for my emissions inspection and registration renewal. For that reason I m giving them 3-stars instead of 1. The lady without teeth at the front counter was very rude though. She acted annoyed with me from the moment I walked in enough to the point that another customer raised her eyebrows and wondered what the hell was with her too. I would recommend this place if you re in a hurry and need to use Bangerter Hwy or I-215 to get somewhere after they re done, otherwise there s no other good reason to go here than anywhere else.

The two men I spoke with were very friendly, kind, and professional. The store follows social distancing guidelines which I appreciated. I was there for a total of 20 minutes because there were two people in front of me. Two people! I would highly recommend this establishment and I will be coming here to get my tags renewed from here on out!

It kind of have to pay attention when you're looking for this business. The access way is a little difficult to find. However it is worth it. They are quick and efficient. You can get everything done here in one stop which I really appreciate. I really don't want to wait in line at the DMV if I don't have to. They had me drive my truck in the back, into one of their stalls. They were done in less than 15 minutes. I recommend them for getting your vehicle registration and such done

I ve been going here for all of my emissions testing needs since we moved to Taylorsville in 2017. I ve never waited and always been in and out with no issues. I recently failed my test and they gave me a great suggestion on what the problem could be and how to fix it. I spent $10 at the auto store and the problem was fixed. Thank You!!

They do a good job and I've never had any issues with them. They are fast and dependable. I've been going there a long time now and will continue to do so. First impressions of this place is a poor rating. I can't say the employees practice very good hygiene there (bad BO and nasty teeth). The waiting room also looks really dirty but you're not there very long because they are so fast. Even though they may not look trustworthy, they are. I dont know any of them personally, I just know them from being a long time customer.

customer service was a bit awkward. When I came in they just stared at me. no one asked "how can I help you?" or anything of the sort. So I walked up to the counter and said I needed emissions done. They said okay, you'll need your registration. I was a bit confused since I haven't gotten emissions yet so I don't have my new registration. They wanted the old one but also accepted my registration reminder card. They quickly explained where to take the car but only while the door was open and making an annoying beeping sound so I didn't hear them clearly. I drove into the bay and the person there seemed very annoyed that I wasn't driving in fast enough. After they were done they also seemed annoyed that I was there and asked me to drive the car out so they could close the doors because they said it was making it cold.It all felt weird but they gave me my emissions paperwork and it went through fine so in the end it all worked out.

Go on Wednesdays to have your emissions done and receive free stickers. They are great! Very fast with no hassles.

Unfortunately, This place has done a 180 and nose-dived to a 1 star in the last year or so. We used to take all our vehicles here and loved the service we got. In the past year, every experience has just been a nightmare and they're getting worse and worse. I won't be going back now. Among other things upon my last visit, I took my vehicle in yesterday to get safety done and while I was in line someone else came in and simply needed a question answered. The woman who works there was completely rude to him and treated him like he was the most stupid person in the world. He left and was very polite about the whole thing but as soon as he was out the door, she started talking badly about him to all the other customers waiting in the waiting room. So unprofessional!! I was embarrassed to be sitting in there and watch it all happen. I hate to think what she said about me when I left. Also, she was pretty much done with my inspection and was printing out all the paperwork when the other employee there stopped her and pointed out something that didn't pass. I quickly went home, fixed it, and returned but I question the consistency in their inspections now. She was going to pass it until he stopped her. Again, I won't be returning based on the lack of professionalism and basic human decency in these employees.

Have been taking my vehicles here for years and they have always done a good job. I like the fact it's convenient and don't think I have ever had a long wait. I won't go anywhere else!

Been going here for years. Great customer service/satisfaction. Done quick with no wait time. I've gotten coupons for other places, I choose to come here for both of our vehicles.
