After the initial visit I had to bring it back 4 more time. Be aware they do not do paper work on warranty so there isn't a paper trail. After that I took it to ford and got it fixed. Judge awarded me court costs and the bill from Ford.Adding on. Has been over seven months since ordered restitution and they won't answer emails. Also have not paid their court ordered restitution. Assuming I will have to contact a collections agency. It makes me question any shop supporting them.

Recommendation from Marc's Master Mechanics in Ogden. Kinda far but quick turn-around. There's an awful lot of 1995 Ford F150's but not alot of them on the road. Thanks Brandon for getting it done right. (Picture is from before rebuild. More to follow)

We bought a rebuilt transmission from them and 2 miles later it blew up due to internal failure. They would not honor their warranty saying that we didn't replace the torque converter when we did. Had the problem diagnosed by a good transmission shop and they had said the internals were just thrown together with the wrong parts. Do not go here they are cheap but please put your money elsewhere and buy good work and quality part.

Read the negative reviews and decided to give the benefit of the doubt. It was a mistake.Do yourself a Big favor, spend the extra money somewhere else. Believe me, you'll be money and time ahead.

Had these awesome guys do a stage 3 transmission rebuild on my 99 cummins and they did an amazing job got my truck in an out in a few days. Terrible place had them build my 2007 dodge ram 3500 transmission after the replaced my transmission found that they left the skid plate off my truck cause they broken the bolts off when I called them about it they said the last person who worked it left only one bolt holding it on which I know it wasn t hanging since I did the shift solenoid on my old transmission and the plate was never hanging down or missing bolts then when I ask them if they knew the size of the bolts to replace them so I can fix it they said they would have had their tech fix it since they broke it but then they would have had to charge me for the labor to have the tech fix their mistake and after that I ve been having shifting issues to the point where it s a hard shift that jolts you when it does shift or struggles to shift and all they said is that s it s supposed to do that I had them take a look at it anyways and never got fixed also told them after they changed the transmission it doesn t want to register that it s in park or drive sometimes they never got that fixed either then I found they over filled the transfluild had to have them fix the over filled transfluid they said they left it over filled originally for when it moves the fluid it would end up low but that means they never drove it to make sure they fluid got moved through the system and on top of that I ve had no power to the truck towing anything and struggled towing to the point it redlines my motor due to struggling to shift as I m towing then it started throwing check engine lights due to all the connectors on my transmission broken so water got inside them causing it to short out the plugs so I had to replace them myself due to them not honoring their warranty so nothing gets fixed all they do is keep your vehicle for a couple days and not drive it to see what it s doing then after a couple of days they call you saying they fixed it or it didn t act up I m having to take it to another shop now cause they messed around the whole warranty period so they didn t have to fix anything do not go spend the money at a well known shop I didn t cause they where out 3 months when I needed mine fixed now it s costing me more money or a new transmission cause of their incompetenceAfter leaving owner replied wanting to get the issue resolved and told me to call them so I did and asked to talk to the owner and when I did was say he doesn t know what the hell I was talking about so I tryed explaining why I was calling cause they said to call them after bad leaving a bad review he said alright bye and hung up so they have no intentions of helping what s so ever. he never gave me a option to provide a work order before hanging up but here it is maybe you should have given me a opportunity to talk instead of saying you didn t know who I was on the phone or know what I was talking about instead you chose to hang up on meService: Transmission

Killer shop! They rebuilt two transmissions for me quickly and all is well. Reading through some of these bad reviews is funny.. If you let them do their thing and pay them accordingly you will be happy. Good stuff.

By far the most dishonest shop I ve ever had experience with! Paid $150 deposit to have them build me a transmission and was told it was going to take 3+ weeks a week later the guy calls me looking for money says the bill needs to be paid and when I asked about where the parts came from that went into the transmission the fight was on, would not let me get a word in edgewise would not give me any information on where the parts came from just wanted to fight and argue terrible experience with these folks! Told me I was not getting my deposit back! If they have nothing to hide why not just be upfront with the customer??? After reading other reviews I now know why the deception!!! STAY AWAY FOLKS FROM THIS DISHONEST NO GOOD SHOP!!!!! There out to scam hard working folks out of they re hard earned moneyService: Transmission replacement

Had a high end rebuild done to my duramax trans, very happy with it so far...if i have any issues i will revise my post. but so far so good...cool guys, relaxed environment, very fast on my rebuild. a little bit spendy, but i did buy top of the line parts(torque converter, flex plate). so that is to be expected. thanks for the great job guys! ***update*** 1 years later of heavy abuse.. still working good, no trans limp mode issues or anything.. still holding strong

Brandon is a great dude honestly I would recommend this place to everyone. He rebuilt my transmission in 2 days and it was on the road ready to Rock. Super fast and reliable company I will take all my vehicles here all the time from here on out. Terrible "rebuild," even worse warranty/customer service.Brandon somehow keeps this place afloat. The owner, Ed, is on the run from his 30+ year history in the business, always changing business entities, addresses, and aliases. Ed only can hire cut-rate technicians (because of his shop's bad reputation, and the fact that he pays less than reputable shops). Stated simply, there's no guarantee that the tech working on your transmission will have ever done the work even one time before. As soon as they get a little experience, they leave Transparts for better jobs.If you could somehow be guaranteed that Brandon will actually be performing the work on your transmission, you might get lucky and be okay. But if it's any of the other fly-by-night guys, you will wish you hadn't engaged with the lowest bidder.Service: Transmission

Horrible shop don t buy anything from them unless you want to get ripped off. Good luck Brandon ;) maybe you should just honor your warranties and people wouldn t get mad I m not a dense person like you and I know in fact Google isn t going to do anything but maybe take my review down there will be more Brandon.

I had Transparts rebuild the transmission on my Chevy Suburban (5.3L). Brandon accurately diagnosed the problem over the phone, and the original job was done on time and for the quoted cost...but then the troubles began. I had it back to their shop three times in the first 3000 miles.I won't go into details, but Eddie (the owner) was difficult to work with and blamed everything except the transmission for the loud thumping and jarring ride, even when the computer was throwing transmission codes.I eventually got the transmission fixed at another shop (for less than $300). All said and told, I'm hoping now I'm no worse off than had I gone to a reputable shop in the first place.But the headache and hassle were absolutely not worth the couple hundred of bucks Transparts acted like they could save me.Would not recommend.It's even worse to think that had Eddie properly diagnosed the problems haunting the rebuilt transmission in any of the three repeat trips to his shop (even if he had charged me additionally to fix it), we would have both been better off, and I could have been writing a favorable review.Until Eddie learns to treat his customers with respect, he will continue to be a cut-rate shop. Once I learned most of his customers are used car resellers, I realized how he (barely) manages to stay in business.If you are looking for the cheapest (and least reliable) rebuild, you can take your chances with Transparts. If you are having a transmission rebuilt for a car of your own, absolutely look elsewhere.

Purchased my 4r100 for my 2001 f350 Power Stroke. Best decision ever to get it here. Works great truck has never shifted better. I am a repeat customer and will be for life. Great Service and Great pricing! I would recommend this shop everyday. Thank you Trans Parts!!!

These guys are fantastic.we bought A transmission from them and then had it installed by another shop. The other shop broke the pump inside by installing it Improperly And they wouldn t own up to the problem. I went back to Transparts And Brandon and his guys rebuilt the pump at no charge Even though the install company wouldn t own up to the problem. I would highly recommend this place for a transmission. The service is honest and quick.

Had a transmission replaced in my 2000 Durango last February and the truck is still running strong. I have taken it to Phoenix and back a couple of times with no problems. The quality of work was excellent, considering I paid 1/3 of what the dealership wanted for their rebuild job and still got a warranty.

Had an awesome experience with these guys, transmission went in without a problem and now my truck runs like a champ. I would highly recommend these guys to friends and family. Very pleased with everything, they even worked with me when I wasn t able to get back with my core in a timely manner.

They Rebuilt the 4l80e in my '94 gmc 2500 work truck last winter and it's been going strong doing mostly towing! Truck does better with the updates they did to the transmission. 3 day turn around, fair price, Brandon was great to work with.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Brandon at front desk very friendly and professional! Brought in my 06 Chrysler 300 got quoted half the price as other company's! Runs like a beauty! Recommended for ANY transmission work!

I Bought a rebuilt transmission from this company and had nothing but problems. They sold me the wrong year trans that all of the electronics were different and my PCM did not receive the correct readings. After replacing all of that the valve body was not rebuilt correctly and would overheat the trans on the highway and kick it out of overdrive. After saving a few dollars initially I spent over $1500 trying to fix the problems they created by selling me the wrong trans!!! Stay away!!

They talk a good game, but they deliver nothing but excuses and poor workmanship.The "savings" are not worth it. Pay a couple of hundred dollars more at a reputable shop. I wish I had.Their warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.Service: Transmission

My uncle recommended then as he works in the industry. Amazing fast turn around on transmission for Wife's van. I was driving motorhome to work so wife could shuttle 7 of our 8 kids to school. Brandon got van ready in record time and about HALF PRICE of what others could charge!

bought a auto transmission from these guys for my 2003 5.9 cummins. the price was a fraction what the dealer wanted so i chose to take a chance and so far i'm very pleased with my purchase. had the transmission for 2 months now. I towed a 28" jayco bumper pull trailer from idaho down to California and back with it.

This is the most corrupt...lying...worst...terrible transmission company in the SLC valley. I'm not mechanically inclined at all but I think I could have watched a Youtube video and done it better myself than the 'pretend' services these guys provide.Truck transmission repaired this summer. Was told I have a WARRANTY. Guess what, tranny went out AGAIN. Contacted the owner and guess what, NO WARRANTY. What's more aggravating, when I called him on it, he told me to lose his number and he was going to contact his lawyer because I was harassing him via text. If you want to throw $$$ away with a business that talks a big game about standing by their service, this is your place.If not, shop around and find a CREDIBLE company who stands by their work and has customer service.

Trans Parts Inc. is the only place to go when you are in need of a professionally built trans! Read the reviews like I did, my experience with Brandon is first rate! After getting burned buy a guy doing them cheap on ksl I went to these guys. WOW what a difference it was I could tell right away it was a better build and problem free. If you need a transmission go here you will not regret it

Transmission worked good for a few months.Starting shifting in between gears,?would go : 1st,2nd,1st,2nd,1st,2nd,1st,2nd,1st,2nd,1st,2nd but works fine when I MANUALLY shift my transmission.Took it to them and they said I did not install a transmission cooler it was not covered under warranty. Ummmm it has one in the NEW radiator, I don't tow or anything.THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. RUN AWAY.UPDATE: Had transmission worked on AFTER they wouldn t warranty their bad work. They over torqued one of the band on the clutch pack and I had to rebuild the transmission again!!RUN AWAY!!

Terrible people skills hurriable service hidden information! I will never do business with them ever again! They charged us a core fee and I tried to bring my core back to them and they would not take it and give me my money back like they promised they blamed it on the excuse of its been past 30 days so they wont take it anymore which no where on the paperwork does it back up his statement! They were very unprofessional never ever will I recommend or buy another transmission for them very poor place of business!!!

Needed a transmission for a 2003 Denali. Made me a deal $1,000.00 cheaper than anywhere else. Plus threw in a trans cooler. Made me a great deal. Very happy!
