Brilliant service department. I brought my 4Runner in for a quirky little issue and within 15 minutes, not only did they have the problem addressed, but they also helped me out with a couple other things too. Uncommonly good service.

I had a very delightful experience with this Toyota! Out of the blue, my tire went flat, by the time I made it to the dealership the walls of my tired were ti damaged to try and salvage it so I had to order a new one, I was definitely not excited about this given the price tag. However, 2 employees helped me I can t remember their name but I know one of them was a tire dept manager and the other was a service provider, they were both VERY nice and understanding of the situation, they kept my car overnight but they changed my tire and had me going within 24hrs.

WOW! 5 stars These guys especially MARK AND SCOTT are AWESOME and HONEST dealers. I am getting a used car that fits my budget. And I went out for a different test drives. And finally picked this JEEP CHEROKEE.2 days after purchased, I noticed the issues with the AC and a battery. I called back to the dealer. And those issues have been fixed within a day.And follow up and communication has been A++++ I can't say enough good things. I'll repost after the purchase next month. - In addition, my interaction with the MARK TOYOTA dealership was just as stellar. Whatever you guys are teaching your people, keep it up and THANK YOU! AND YEAH THANK YOUAnd I do recommend people who are looking for a used or new vehicle to do your business here. Also, I will definitely recommend this to my friends in the future as well.

I've been a loyal customer at Mark Miller Toyota since 2018 and have always had great service. However, my most recent experience was bad enough that, without someone reaching out from their team to follow up and resolve it to satisfaction, I'll be seeking services elsewhere moving forward.Over the summer of 2023, the front passenger wheel well liner on my 2013 Toyota Prius was gradually becoming detached. I took it in for service on Aug 31; my advisor was Ocean and it was repaired the same day for $600. (Just for comparison, I had this same repair in 2018; it lasted about 5 years and cost $300).I thought all was well until, on Dec 10 (a mere 101 days later), I was driving on the freeway--no ice, no snow, just smooth-sailing--and all of a sudden I hear a very loud noise coming from my front passenger side; I thought it was a flat, so I pulled over. I discovered it wasn't a flat, but my wheel well liner had completely fallen off the front end, with at least 8" dragging on the ground (we're not talking one or two pins that had fallen out). I propped it up and kept driving, but within 5-6 miles I had to pull over 2 more times because it kept falling and dragging on the road. I still had quite a bit to drive, so I stopped by a Home Depot to purchase some pliers to cut part of the liner off so it wasn't a safety hazard or wouldn't get stuck under my wheel. On my way to Home Depot, much of the liner was simply ground off by virtue of grinding on the road.I contacted Mark Miller Toyota via chat asking if they'd guarantee their work. I received a voicemail from Jessica the next day stating, "It looks like there were some repairs that were done on your vehicle and you have some issues with those repairs, and you have questions about the warranty. There should be a warranty on that as it's only been three months."I scheduled an appointment and took my vehicle in on Dec 30. Aaron was my service advisor. I explained what happened as written above and asked about a guarantee/warranty on the work. He stated, "We wouldn't guarantee that because we didn't replace your liner." I tell him that they did, in fact, replace the liner. He states he'll talk with Ocean about the prior repair. Aaron calls me later that day and states that Mark Miller Toyota wouldn't guarantee their prior repair "because it looks like you hit a boulder or something. It doesn't appear that our repair had anything to do with it." He said a 10% discount would be offered. I agreed to pre-order a part for $47 and scheduled the repair for Jan 15. When I picked up my car, the wheel cap was obviously missing on the front driver's side wheel; I witnessed some unpleasant interactions between Aaron and technicians, and it took 30 min for the wheel cap to be replaced.I returned on Jan 15. I sat down at Aaron's desk and he looked me straight in the eyes and said, "Have you ever been here before or had your vehicle serviced here before?" I was flabbergasted and annoyed. I simply said, "Yes." Despite being told on the phone when I scheduled my appointment that the repair would take 3-4 hours, Aaron said it would take "all day." Surprisingly, it didn't take all day. When I arrived to picked up my vehicle, I asked if the discount had been applied and the secretary pointed to the $47 (the part I'd pre-ordered) and stated, "Yes, it's right here. $47." I countered, stating Aaron had promised a 10% discount. I was asked to take a seat. A short time later, Aaron came over and stated the 10% discount had been applied (all of $37), but that it was a "one-time only" discount and that if the same problem happened again, I'd have to take my car to a repair shop. "I thought I was at a real repair shop," I thought, but apparently not. The same lecture was printed in all caps on my receipt.Interestingly, every single time I've visited Mark Miller Toyota for service, I am afterward bombarded by multiple emails and texts asking for me to leave a Google review. However, I did not receive a single review request after my most recent experience. It's clear why, isn't it?

Mark Miller Toyota has integrity in their sales process and service. I will bring my Taco here and only here because I can trust them not to overcharge or attempt huge up sells. Recommended.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the advisor and the mechanic were very professional, informative and friendly.I didn't feel stressed or being misled! Your vehicle means a lot to you when you're transporting your children and especially commuting to work because public transportation is not very safe these days! This is a huge deal to me, I've been treated poorly at most dealerships!!

3 years ago after three bad service appointments at another Toyota dealership in the area, I switched my service to Mark Miller Toyota and it has been a great experience ever since. As a result I bought my last two cars from Mark Miller. I felt my new service writer, Ocean, couldn't do enough to satisfy my wants on my last visit. Six stars for Ocean.

I have a 2003 lexus gx 470 and I purchased a left side mirror to replace my broken one.. tried and failed to do it myself. Took the car and mirror down to Larry Miller Toyota and they did it all in 45 minutes and charged me $000, even though I offered. They will be seeing me again, I am very pleased..

Top notch customer service. They truly care. I am so impressed with the work they provide as well as their attitude of making sure the customer is happy. I'm glad the mom and pop mechanic who couldn't fix the engine issue referred me here.

I only come here for ToyotaCare free maintenance. 3 visits in a row I have asked for a 5 tire rotation when checking in and not received it, having to ask after my car is "done" and taking more time on my end and on the end of the maintenance dept here. Each time my TPMS doesn't work when I leave either, something with the way Toyota deals with 5 tire rotations and the sensors, I end up going to a tire shop and having them reset it there at a later date, I've asked this to be done at Toyota as well apparently falling on deaf ears. As soon as I'm done with the w year included maintenance I'm going back to my local mechanic.

It seems that every time that I take my car here I regret it. Today is the last for both.I attempted to make an appointment to get two cars serviced; delivered the first car this morning, and (after a 20 minute wait) was told the appointment was for next week. That may well have been my mistake, but I have no confirmation.At any rate, we asked if we could leave the car anyway, and they said yes. We left it, and asked them to call if they had questions since we needed to get my wife to an appointment.Two hours later I called to get a status update, and the receptionist was no help. She said the service advisor would call.At about 2, I took the other car in for an express lubrication, since we're heading on a road trip and the oil needed changing. I was told that "express service" would be an hour and a half.So, I went to check the status of the other car -- that had been there for seven hours now -- and was told (after about 15 minutes) that the advisor appointed to my car was "out today," and hence nothing had been done on my car.I took my other car back, and will take it elsewhere. And I'll pick my car up from express in another hour or so. For some reason, I don't expect a call when it is ready.

Came into their service center to get our tail gate fixed. Somehow, our lever got jammed, and we couldn't open it up. They ended up doing all the work and labor for free!! Speedy fast service with getting us in and out, and the work didn't take long either. Great service all around!!

I called to make an appointment to have a basic service done. There was a week-and-a-half wait to get an appointment. They said I could just drive down and use their express service. I did and got in after a five-minute wait. They rotated my tires, topped off my fluids and did a safety check all in about 15 minutes.There's a poster in their waiting room that says free drinks and snacks, but I didn't see any.

Went there , ask around if i can change my engine filter and guess what when the guy asked around to the service guys if anybody can do a quote for me they were LAZY as if NOBODY wanted to step out their chairs in front their computers and they were absolutely available i didn t feel like coming back because it made me doubt for them to touch my car. So disappointed

Ocean is the guy! He helped me with a problem I thought happened because of a previous service! He helped me figure out what happened and it wasn t their fault yet they helped me anyway and I was back on the road! I will continue going here for my Hybrid RAV4 service for as long as I have it!

I went for the first service after buying a brand new car. On the second day after I picked up the car from service, I discovered that the oil fill cap was not closed. And oil got splashed all over the engine and under the hood. Very unprofessional!!!

I had Brian helping me at the service shop today, and all I can say is if I could leave 6 stars I would! He helped me with my Tacoma and I couldn t have asked for better service. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. I think every Toyota should have a Brian Goodrich!!!

Quick service. Traveling by car from out of state when service light came on. Pulled up after confirming you didn t need appointment. In and out in less than 30 minutes after oil change and tire rotation. Thanks.

Had an un-repairable tire that needed replacing. Service representative Ocean K. was very thorough and personable. He worked with Dale (tire guy) to ensure current pricing on replacement and got my 15k maintenance done. Love this dealership and it's people.

This place is very busy. I d you need your car looked at immediately do not go here. I went in and they told me the earliest they could check my check engine light would be 6 days later.

This review took me a couple of days to even decide which direction to go in. While on one hand i was steaming mad that my car not only didn't get fixed but that the didn't even have the part by the time of the appointment which was set 5 days in advance. Im not angry they didn't have the part because I understand it can be hard to get things in the current industry. But I'm angry that my time was wasted. They had my car for the better part of the day and then called me when the part didn't come in and said sorry but we didn't get it and we don't know when it will be here. Im giving three stars and not one though because the people working in and around the service department were professional, friendly and hard working.

Brian is the BEST! We took our car in with a check engine light and 10 minutes after it was picked up the light came back on. We took it back and Brian was so helpful. He looked into the readings personally with us in the lobby while on one knee. He told us that he had a rental waiting for us if the fix took longer than 10 minutes (which they needed to hold onto it for another day). He went above and beyond my expectations and I will be coming here for all future car maintenance!

I made an appointment to have my oil changed on Express at 0 wait time when I got there they said they had no oil at all for synthetic and suggest that I put regular oil in which I don't think I want to do I was not given an estimate wait time or offered to call me up when they had oil this is about to move customer service and I think I will be going to my local gas station from now on from now on as they have started to service me for batteries and tires efficiently and with care and concern. Corporate entities seem to be slacking on keeping customers!Service: Oil change

I started having transmission issues while traveling cross country. I called and asked of a tech could just take a look at the truck and give me an idea of what was wrong. I was told they could not help me and they WOULD NOT pull a tech off a job to help a customer. Very poor customer service and I wouldn't suggest going here!

I had a good experience. Took my vehicle in for emissions. My service advisor was Blake Marshall, he was respectful and very easy to talk to. I was also able to speak to the technician that was working on my vehicle, Daryl Smith was polite and very knowledgeable. I will be back and recommend them to anyone that needs mechanical service.

Whether we're buying a car or getting something fixed or even an oil change we drive here. The sales staff is fantastic, chill, no pressure, knowledgeable, kind and patient- the service staff is just as fantastic and pricing for everything is the best!
