Joe and every person I talked to was killer! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly people work here and it was very refreshing. In fact overall better experience then my old hometown store. Frederick was very helpful picking parts for my Ram and gave me options to choose. This was a fun experience and cant wait to do it again. Very happy with my newly installed Fox shocks and LED light bar.

Best shop experience I ve had since living in Utah the past ten years. Kind and knowledgeable, they take the time to check your vehicle with you present before hand. And they know what they re doing once they start turning wrenches. Suspension swap out and couldn t be happier with my experience. Will be back!

Wow these guys really went the extra mile helping me troubleshoot and remedy some suspension problems that came with a lift from another shop in town. Much happier with the ride and wished I would have started here. Fred was very thorough in really researching and proposing the best and most practical solution and kept me from overspending. The shop guys also went above and beyond to make sure I got the best installation and demonstrated their experience when dealing with the best way to help me get the oversized tires, that really complete the look I was after, to work. Highly recommend!

Love these guys! Their install shop is highly skilled and they produce quality work. I won t speak for 4 wheel parts anywhere else because they seem to be hit and miss but the shop in salt lake off redwood road is amazing and I trust them with anything that has to do with my truck! 5 stars for sure! Thanks guys!

Ben was condescending, rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him when I called to get pricing for rear bags and a Warn winch to be installed on my 2022 F350 Platinum. This store's customer service has deteriorated over the last year. In 2021 I spent over $17,000 at 4WP building my Jeep. There are too many good shops in SLC to deal with 4WP. Its too bad, they used to be good when Ryan and the others managed the location.

I took my 2021 Bronco to this shop to have a winch installed because they have been around for so long and it's specifically "their business" to do such things. Wouldn't do it again and now i need to find a sharp mechanic to figure out what wires they crossed or what ever else they did to remedy the issues. First, they scheduled me to come in despite all the parts i ordered not being in yet and then they up-sold me to different winch that "is better". Then when i got my vehicle back Saturday it was glitching with the door window auto roll down function the is activated when the doors are opened and shut is not working and my RockSlides sliders are not working correctly. I don't drive the vehicle very much and as soon as I noticed..... I called them to have them take a look at the wiring. I took it in and didn't hear back so I finally went back in and all they said is it had nothing to do with them and asked if it was still under warranty. Maybe its my fault for not opening and closing the doors with their tech to show them everything worked before the work was done?

Purchased a lift kit for my Nissan. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly consultation. Prompt delivery and install. The quality and detail taken with your vehicle is extensive. Complete visibility to parts and hours. A multiple step check list showing install checks, test drives and alignment. On top of that they do a final check after all these adjustments.

I have been having issues with my amp research electric side steps. I have replaced just about everything. The guy at the counter was awesome. When I was done telling him everything I had done, he made a suggestion and told me they can do it for about $140 or I can do it myself, since I have pretty much taken everything apart a few times anyhow. I appreciate him not trying to talk down to me (which I get a lot being female) and acknowledging my ability to do the work myself. He gave me another suggestion to try, and well, if that doesn't work (which it didn't), he showed me other options. His attitude towards me and good customer service will have me coming back.

The shop, employees and mechanics were wonderful during the install of a locker on my subaru outback. Good communication, reasonable prices and the work on the subaru was perfect. Salesmen Jake was very on top of everything, answers to questions, flexible and was a pleasure to deal with. Don't hesitate to work with these guys.

Made an appt for 4 shocks and they got it done. The inside guy made a recommendation based on what the tech told him. I was told he d send me an estimate of what needed to be replaced, regarding my front end suspension. That never happened. So I couldn t give them 5 stars.

They installed a Raceland 2" lift on my '16 crosstrek. It gave me enough clearance to clear the bridge to the cabin and never hit or scrapped blazing down the mud pits and dirt road either.

I just hung up with some of the best customer service I ve ever had. I ordered some airbags and had a lot of questions about a spacer because I got a lift on the truck.Even though the store was busy, their team spent over 30 minutes walking me through the proper install.Highly recommend.

Reviewing from the parking lot. I d ordered some tires online to ship to the store for pickup. I hadn t heard an update so I called in and the guys at 4Wheel Parts called around and found out the manufacturer didn t have my tires anymore. They worked out some other tires for me and helped load them in my truck. Feels rare to have a mishap go so well. Thanks dudes!

I needed more clearance due to purchasing wheels with an offset that caused some rubbing under the wheel well. I needed a cost effective fix for this issue and the staff at 4 Wheel parts recommended some great options ! I went with Bilstein adjustable 5100 s front and rear struts. Once the staff mounted the struts they called and recommended other cost effective options in helping level out the rear, due to having a heavy rack on the back. I went with the added leaf. I am pretty stoked how it all came out. Great work guys.

These guys are super helpful, nice, knowledgeable and talented! I went in knowing absolutely nothing but knew what I wanted and they made it come true. And seriously, you cannot beat the prices here! Plus, they got plenty of stuff to get new ideas! Honestly I really appreciate a place that treats you as equal (especially coming from me who is a female), is willing to make sure everything is done right the first time, and takes pride in what they do! Thanks for making my so so Frontier closer to being the Monster Frontier of my dreams!

I was referred to this shop from close friends, well I ll be honest I wasn t too satisfied with this establishment. I spent way too much money for the cheap lift kit they put on my truck. The communication was not great. All I wanted was my sloppy steering fixed and got sold on a whole new lift kit. Ha 6 k later my left driver Side wheel makes a noise which was not there when I took it in now they tell me o it might be your wheel bearing but it s not that bad. My point is when customers spend a lot of money they should be well taken care of and more. Plus their warranties should automatically be free.. especially with that amount of money customers drop.

Helped my friend get his 4Runner leveled on Bilstein 5100 shocks. Added some new Procomp Wheels and AT Tires too. Love the look and rides better than stock. Great parts and service!

A lot to say.Let's start off with the good parts, they have most items for most vehicles but it will take some time to arrive, Ben the associate I went through was very communicative and helpful. Ben was always willing to give me any information I need and was very apologetic for things that went wrong. Now onto the bad, ordered a $3600 lift kit for my jeep, was told it would arrive in 3 weeks.... it took 9 months until they had all the parts to install it. Once that whole headache was over with I was given a very small discount on some labor (around 100 to $200) it took about a week and a half to install because of other things that needed to be done like a slip yoke, exhaust. Once it was finally done and over with I noticed some issues. One being that where they had mounted the slip yoke it was leaking, I mentioned this to them and they said it was nothing. Their words(it's no issue) well im in college for auto mechanics and when I brought it to my professor(who is asea certified and a master mechanic) he said that's a leak and needs to be fixed. Another issue was my ARB diff locker on my rear was leaking because they didn't properly secure hoses back to it, they did however fix it when I made it an issue to them, which was a very big hassle none the less. I still haven't gone to get the slip yoke fixed because working with them is a major pain. You will usually be on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. Before this becomes an essay, the work done by them is below subpar, and frankly not good enough to be trusted. Their associates that work the front desks are hard to work with(besides Ben) and one of them was rude and snarky to me and acted like I was stupid when it came to discussing installation. My final bill was around $8,600. I am not satisfied with the work that was done.

Had heard awesome things about these guys, so I ordered some Bilsteins through them. After plans changed, I called today to cancel my order. I was told there would be a 10% restocking fee since the parts were already delivered to the store. I would assume this is treated the same as a return, which their website says: If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise after 31 days, a 15-30% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 90 days I think it s crazy that I m being charged a restocking fee when according to the website, I wouldn t have been on a return.I reached out to their customer support email, and was told they couldn t do anything because it was a local order from SLC. Pretty bogus if you ask me.

My experience is that I have been treated fair and the work I have had done was scheduled quickly. Store #47 is clean and well kept. The service desk is professional and personable. If you want a place staffed by wheelers (many in the process of building their rigs as well), this is the place. They are busy, I assume because they sell high quality parts and can install on site. My installs have looked perfect... thats why I have them do it and not me.Ben at store #47 has always gotten back to me quickly on my orders and scheduling instals. I have received no pressure to buy or fix more than I (and my budget) can. I just get the information I need about what is going on with my jeep. Recently I decided fix/upgrade and Ben located what I was looking for, tracked down the part and sent someone to go pick it up... to me that felt like someone willing to do extra for a customer.I'm super happy with the store and the results I have gotten.
