Been coming here for a few years. Tire repairs and switching out winter tires. They have the absolute best customer service. Kind and friendly. And they go above and beyond. Had an issue with my tire pressure sensor. They went above and beyond to get the part and get me out same day. Outstanding service

Having just experienced a flat tire on my RV on my way cross country Tire World had the replacement I needed and availability to change out the tires. But .. that s the end of the good news. I picked up the RV & noticed the tire looked low, but drove 5 mins to the hotel. Once there I checked the tire pressure and it was low & leaking, due to Tire World not tightening the valve stem extender on the back inside dually. I call to let them know I was on my way back and was told they weren t responsible for anything I picked up on the road once I left the shop . They did offer to look at the tire as soon as I returned. They said valve stem extenders are always a problem, having to travel back cross country, I asked them to simply remove the valve extenders. I returned an hour or so later, they said it was fixed, they didn t remove the extenders as I asked. I was out of town & out of time My point, they did a sloppy job that could ve endangered my family and then after I asked them to remove the extenders, they didn t. Not a great experience.

We use this place for work, and they have great pricing, and they do great work. The turnaround on the vehicles is very fair, and they always do their best to get it back to you as soon as they can. It's definitely a very good place to go to!

This place is mainly for big rigs and other large vehicles but were prompt when installing my carry in ST tires on my travel trailer.

I'm fairly new to the area and turned to online reviews to help me pick a tire shop. Tire World was well reviewed, so I went with it.The place ran like a very well-oiled machine during my visit. There were a decent number of people physically there to get work done as well as a handful of phonecalls that came through. I don't know how long Keith has been in customer service, but his patience and professionalism while on the phone with a potential customer was quite impressive. They were able to get my tire issue taken care of and I was back on the road in less than an hour. I will be returning for future tire servicing needs.

AMAZING SERVICE!!When I called to order new tires on my RV, I told Keith what I wanted, he took 20 minutes with me on the phone to talk about my driving conditions to recommend the best tires for me.At the shop Keith and the rest of the front office were helpful, friendly and polite and the guys who worked on my RV went above and beyond; fixing the spare tire carrier that no other shop would touch, and working with me to replace valve stems that I could reach to check air pressure, and that would last.And the whole job cost EXACTLY what they quoted me..I Highly Recommend Tire World to anyone in the SLC area.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

These guys are great. Got a slow leak on a road trip in Utah. They were open before any of the other shops. Brought my vehicle in and they were able to repair right away. Friendly customer service as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

This facility is awesome. There is a great group of people that work here. John specifically, handled most of our calls, questions, and service from a customer service standpoint. They didn't hit us with any unknown costs, or added anything. They are super straight forward and stand by what they tell you the will do. We were late for our appointment and they still worked us in and finished ahead of time. I would highly recommend this place!

Tire World is the best mechanics I've ever used! They are affordable. They are incredibly honest. They are friendly. I have used them for all my auto needs for 10 years.I know if I bring in my car for a noise they will tell me what is wrong, how long I have until it needs to be fixed and their prices always beat out competition (I have called around for competitors pricing over the years).Kieth, Zach, John and all the guys in the back treat you like family. But good family. Not the crazy ones you don't want to see at Thanksgiving

Don t buy tires online for service here. I ordered some from Goodyear and set my appointment here almost a week later. The tires didn t show in time and they called me to let me know. However I couldn t reschedule, they don t allow appointments. I was confused because I could schedule an appointment with them through Goodyear s online site.I came in that Saturday, they were super busy and I had to wait two hours for my tires to be serviced. I just wish that these expectations were set before I spent my money here. If I had known I would ve gone somewhere else to get service.Edit: These guys are awesome, Keith the manager called me up to apologize. My car was having problems after taking it to Big O Tires and he gave me some advice on how to fix it. I rarely see this kind of care and customer service anymore and I appreciated that he took the time to call. I know I can trust this place and I will definitely come back here for all future service on my car!

Whatever Keith makes he should make more. He was so kind and remembered me and our conversation when I came into the shop. He was knowledgeable and open about the pricing for my vehicle. They have someone on site to drive you home and pickup if needed. I ll be going back for any car problems I have in the future.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

These guys got us the exact tires we wanted within a few hrs and had them installed. They followed thru on everything we asked of them and the price was very fair. Very friendly staff . I will be definitely giving them more business in the future.

I really love this place they are very good and very honest with their business. I also am impressed with the quality of service that they have provided which is why I gave them five stars. I know a guy named Keith there who is very knowledgeable and he runs a very tight and efficient ship and crew and he is somebody who is the cream of the crop.

All round excellent experience. Knowledgable, helpful, friendly front desk staff. Consistently great service at reasonable prices. Bought a 95 4Runner through a sketch KSL ad that I shouldn't have. Needed lots of care to be coaxed back to something non-frightening. Took a few visits but am super happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

As I was leaving work I noticed I had a flat tire with a screw in it, audible air leakage, so wouldn't be able to last my 25mile commute. Nearing 5pm, I knew my options were going to be limited and was probably going to have to swap to my spare tire to get home. Before doing this I decided to give Tire World a call, let them know I was only about 5 minutes away, and checked to see if they'd be able to get the tire fixed. They checked with their techs and said they should be able to help me out. I don't like being someone to slip in just before closing time, but in this situation, I'm glad they were happy to help.Service: Tires

So many times you see a review start out "If I could give them a zero I would!!!!" but you never see one that says "if I could give them 10 stars, I would." So here's a review that starts out if I could give them 10 stars I would.You want an honest place to go? Tireworld is it. Today I brought my car in for an alignment. The front end was pulling hard to the right. They put it up on the rack and found that it was an uneven wear on the front right tire that was causing the trouble. They went ahead and check my alignment on their rack. They then rotated my tires for free (since I bought them from them) and only charged me $30 or so dollars for the time on the alignment rack.Now that's honest.We bring all of our work vehicles to Tire World. Highly Recommended.Updated 06/05/2020-- Here's reason #572 to go to Tire World. I had my car in at the dealership for a recall. They told me, in writing, that my tires were bad and needed to be replaced immediately. They gave me a colorful sheet as well with all four tires marked in red.I'm not an expert but I didn't see anything out of the ordinary so I took my car to Tire World. Keith looked at my tires and said they looked fine to him. Then just to be sure he got out his tread depth indicator and measured each tire. He told me I was fine and had plenty of time left.He could have used this opportunity to get my money and sell something that I didn't need and I would be none the wiser. However, as is typical with these guys he took the high road. As I say this is reason #572 to go to Tire World-- they will honestly take care of you.

Just stopped by tire world on my way from Tampa, FL to San Francisco for a flat tire. The service was impeccable and timely. Keith was incredibly friendly, funny, and attentive. If you live in SLC please please please only come here to have your automobile serviced. They're one-of-a-kind amazing, and I would know because I've travelled across the country and have never gotten such wonderful service!!!!!

Just wanted to leave a review for the great service we got today. We were passing through town and blew the radiator which I think in turn took out my alternator. The fix got expensive so I was grumpy but they treated us like family and really took care of us and our dogs.

I've been looking for a quality auto mechanic for some time and after too many less than satisfactory experiences, I am deligthed to have found the crew at Tire World. I particularly worked with John and Bob on this occassion for repair to my daughters 2003 Subaru Outback. I found them both to have a high level of integrity and a genuine, caring concern to provide high quality work, good communication, and the reasonable prices don't hurt. They performed major work on the car and put in an diligent and successful effort to diagnose a couple tricky aspects. I won't belabor you with the details, but I will let you know that I am grateful to have been referred to these folks by a former trusted mechanic getting out of the business and will be taking my automobiles here moving forward. Oh, and they're locally owned an operated, which I appreciate, too!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have been going to Tire World since 2007. They are fantastic, but and if your car needs to be worked on they will take you to work. They are reasonably priced too! Totally trust these people! The best in the business!

Keith and the tire crew in the shop were absolutely amazing. I realized my car needed tires after driving for a few hours, and wouldn't be able to make it back to cache valley safely. After speaking with Keith on the phone he gave me a price that blew the competition away. After arriving 45 min from my location, (15 min to close on a saturday) Keith and the tire crew had me on the road again in 20 min or less. I was so impressed with the service first and for most but that coupled with amazing pricing to beat out your competitors. I will always reccomend Keith, and the Tire World crew. I will be back for any and all future tire needs. Thanks for the service it was far above and beyond any and all expectations. Keep up the amazing work!

They don't stand behind their work. I've bought two sets of all-terrain tires from Tire World, at $1000 a set. I get those tires rotated, an oil change and brakes checked every 4,000-5,000 miles and do it religiously. I did this two months ago and they told my my brakes were fine. Since that time the van has only been on road trips -- 98% highway miles. This last weekend I'm way the heck in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night and my brakes suddenly start making this horrific grinding noise. I was lucky to find a place open on Saturday near Grand Canyon. They couldn't get rotors but had pads which got me home, but even those new pads were destroyed by the bad rotors in less than a day. Now I have to buy new rotors unnecessarily plus pay for additional front pads wasting $900 and all the guy at Tire World would do is shrug his shoulders. All they had to do was tell me to get new brakes, but they completely dropped the ball. They offered me nothing -- not even a discount on new brakes. NOTHING. I'll never do business here again and I'll be sure everyone who reads reviews knows the type of policies implemented at Tire World.

I bought my snow tires here awhile back and have been taking my car here twice a year for tire change over and also for emissions and inspection ever since. I will be buying all my tires from them from now on. Great group of guys. They have always been very accommodating, and I wouldn't hesitate to have them service my car if needed.

Today I was at the Gas Station (7200S in front of Winco) fighting over my low tires and a lovely and gentle man reach me out and offered his help. I was surprised, he checked my tires for FREE! He works at Tires World and gave me the best advices, I couldn t check his name (Carlos or Juan?) but I just want to say Thank you ! In this uncertain times human kind are a blessing! Thanks Tires World for your amazing employees!

BEST PLACE IN TOWN --Had a lot of trouble with Larry Miller Toyota getting hybrid battery fixed. After three WEEKS with Larry Miller Toyota and nothing happening, I went to Keith at Tire World and my car was fixed in three DAYS!Keith was able to give me a ride to my rental car. Overall wonderful experience and I will never use another shop in SLC.
