I drove across the Salt Lake valley to pick up a part from the service department to find they do not close at 4 p.m. as listed on Google they close at 2 on Saturday, I was advised that I should have called to find this out. I don t know about anyone else that has a Google business listing but for my company listing it literally takes 5 minutes from my phone to change my hours. The response from supper ford was that they only get one or two people every Saturday because of this issue. I asked what the process would be to get in touch with corporate and exspress my frustration with the implied fact that somehow I am stupid or didn t do my due diligence by only checking the hours using Google and was told there is probably some way I can find something like that on their website. Then in a condescending smart tone I was told they can sell me a new truck and that s all. I am coming due for a new truck but it won t be from this dealership after this experience. I am a business owner and this was an example of bad business practices and customer service. It makes me wonder what I would experience after buying a truck here. Maybe I dodged a bullet in the long run. I wouldn t have even made this review if I could have felt like someone cared that this happened and it would be changed. Sucks Major Disappointment and Waist of Time and now I don t even feel welcome even though I wear a ford had and drive a 7.3 powerstroke

The guys at the parts department are the best. Great customer service! They will make things easier for you unlike FORD PARTS AT WEST VALLEY. The guys from parts and their manager deserve a raise!

Me and my wife were treated greatly by Tony in the service department if your gunna go with anyone this place and the man to get it done !

Was inatialty a one star review cause of a mistake that should have never happened but had to bump it up cause Austin one of the quick lube writers went way beyond the extra mile to make the situation better
