We had them remove and replace the drain fitting which they did great, but asked them to redesign the connecting fill and drain plumbing between the dual tank fresh water system. Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable and creative. The new design is much better than the original. Josh was helpful and accommodating getting us scheduled. They replaced a drain fitting a couple years ago and has worked very well since. Would recommend state Trailer to anyone. We re looking forward too having both water tanks this camping season

Ken the service manager was extremely helpful and fair with the estimate and final repair bill. He went over what I needed initially prior to the service and gave several options and did his best to follow through with the stated quote. In one repair it was cheaper than quoted which was a relief. He and his crew have gone above and beyond to be fair and provide great work highly impressed and I hope that service continues in the future as with busy summer season prices and repair time do go up. Ken was personable and fair and honest and that's hard to findMatt

Josh was amazing. Presented all options for us on a new awning or just fixing parts. We decided to go with a new electric awning and he saved us money by reusing our roller. Very pleased with the product, help, cost and the time it took was spot on with what they said.

Well it's about time I finally bought a boat, and now I find out about state trailer supply...it's a well kept secret among the RV and Boaters. A great place if you need anything for your recreational outfits. They're very knowledgeable. That they don't have it they can have it within a day. Even if you don't know what you're talkin about they understand. Gentleman put this on your listings to home Depot in harbor freight, it's a must go to attraction for men. many things I have always thought they should have found out they do. Can't wait to get my boat on the water. Thanks guys and gals at trailer supply.

The folks here are knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. They installed a base plate on our Smart Car, wired it and installed the battery disconnect. Their prices are reasonable and they are thorough with their work and explanations. Highly recommend. Ask for Steve - he will take care of you!Bonus: They also fill propane here and there s a free dump station!

The store manager, Travis, actually hung up on me!! Blew me away. I ve never been treated that way as a customer and as a business owner myself I am totally surprised Travis still has a job at this establishment, let alone a management position. It seems that the business does have potential but the manager they currently have working for them is not suited to be working with customers. Which is very unfortunate for the business. He seems dishonest and does not know how to treat customers. They were falsely advertising a battery that was not the correct battery and sold us a cheap knock off brand that they had labeled as a Trojan battery. We asked that the issue be made right and told them we would keep the battery but only wanted to pay the knock off brand pricing as we have found it elsewhere for $30-$40 less than what they were selling the Trojan one for. They would not work with us and wanted us to drive back to the store to trade the battery for the correct Trojan one. We live 3 and a half hours away so it wasn t going to work for us. The manager told me they were out of the Trojan brand ones the day we purchased it so they gave us the knock off. False labeling and false use of the Trojan name. I will be contacting Trojan to let them know that they are using knock off brand batteries but using the Trojan name to sell them. I have never experienced such horrible customer service especially from a Store Manager. I m very disappointed with the quality of service received.The store manager Travis was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process.

Josh and the staff were great. Had trouble diagnosing an intermittent electrical problem but they stuck at it and got it fixed. Price was fair. I will definitely go back to State trailer for all my trailer service needs.

I walked in there to get a trailer lock to protect my trailer from getting stolen. The rep hands me his best lock and says this lock is only good for keeping honest people honest. I was like I'm not worried about keeping someone honest. I don't want someone stealing my trailer I just bought. He was in a hurry and I felt like he was not too interested in helping me.

12/13/2022 I stopped in to check out Solar solutions for my Tiffin Motorhome and found exactly what I needed. Lynette in the Service Department was extremely helpful. I plan on getting Solar Panels installed soon by State Trailer on Redwood Road... Stay tuned for the rest of the story?On 12/19/2022 both Lynette & Jim from State Trailer did a fantastic job completing the installation of my two Solar panels and control plan - on my Tiffin Motorhome. I couldn't be more pleased with the way the team at State Trailer completed my Solar project on time, within budget, and as we agreed upon installation details. Thanks again for your attention to detail and keeping me informed on your progress!

Josh is an absolute pro and helped me figure something out with my Camper's awning that otherwise would have taken me forever. Very much appreciate the very competent and friendly staff here. Travis was also great helping me with electrical hookup

I do not recommend this store I bought a complete suspension for a trailer and it came out defective and the manager of the store said they have no guarantee. Be very careful with this company. The manager treated me super badly just for being Latino

Don't waist your money or your time here... they simply don't care about their customers when it comes down to doing what they say they will do or the right thing. Purchased an ADCO trailer cover from this place and the salesman told me and my wife that if we had any problems with it bring it back and they would take care of us. Well we had a problem and they told us to take it up with the manufacture. They refused to stand by their word or the product that they sell and help us. There are other dealers that will stand behind their word.In regard to your Response:You have the ability as the owner/manager to stand behind what your people have told someone regardless of what the manufacture has said and you have chosen not too... hide behind the manufacture... shame on you and I hope this prevents someone else from having to go through this. I bet you say that about all of your products. And what is your policy? You don't print that on the receipt.

Nice selection of RV parts and pieces. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a free RV dump area and very good propane refill prices(the cheapest that I could find also).

We were super impressed with the service we received at State Trailer. Josh and his staff were extremely helpful from our first day of shopping and purchase to scheduling and completing the work. We had shopped two other RV shops and found the service we received at State Trailer far superior!

I was able to carry on a good working relationship when deciding what to do about my current tongue, jack which was frozen. I found that Lynette was good at coming up with the best solution for my situation. They were able to get me in relatively quickly and got the problem taken care of. I m happy with what happened!

I went to State Trailer to get our vehicle ready to tow behind our motorhome, I have to say these folks know there stuff! They were very professional, courteous and overall did a great job getting everything installed. I will be back to get parts and supplies for our adventures. You all have a customer for life.

Let my start off by saying my family has chose this place over any other for the last 20+ years, so I m not sure where they went wrong, I can t lie they still have that family friendly feeling, but the pricing is not upfront anymore, they will add on any extra charges they see fit to get your bill right where they want it. Maybe it s new management maybe it s just a few bad apples. But when we couldn t receive a proper quote other then how much the hourly labor is and how much the part would cost we asked them to pull our trailer out and that we would pick it up. Josh then proceeded to hang up the phone on my father. All I can say is that a company that has been around as long as state trailer has should have a general idea for how much a repair should cost. You shouldn t have to guess how much your bill will be while contemplating if you want the service done, only to find extra material costs, labor fees and you certainly shouldn t get upset with the customer for wanting upfront pricing. Also bad vibes charging a sales tax on labor only, sure it might technically be legal, but we the customers can feel that your pinching our pockets and I m sure I m not the only one left with a bad taste in my mouth from this experience.

Well ,I had the service department, test out my furnace and they said that they recommended to change the igniter module, so I bought it from them and installed it and it didn't work, put my old one back in, and it worked fine.So I took back the module and they wouldn't refund the $165.00 for the module nor the $85. Diagnosis charges.

Wow- I was surprised how big and comprehensive the selection is here. Give them a chance- their prices might not match Amazon but they re still fair and it s instant satisfaction. Definitely better than any other retail RV supply in the area.
