Their communication system is one of my favorite things about their front desk service work makes it hard to answer phone calls or return calls but I can text them as long as they re open. Love it. I keep coming back again and again. I also recommend to my friends their honesty and transparency is welcome and appreciated but the prices have never left me feeling robbed. know my vehicles are in good hands here I ve never had an issue after it was fixed.

So this customer has earned my loyalty no doubt, and here's why.My experience started when I went to Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sandy. I had an engine problem, and so like a good American, I went to my local mechanic shop. They took it in, and said it was done, I drove off, and the same problem happened again. This happened 2 more times, by the time it was done, it was brought to my attention that the Engine gasket was warped and that I had invalidated my own warranty plan. Even tho they told me to drive off the lot.And when I asked for help with fixing it, they offered to replace my engine for 14k! No discounts, just they could fix it.So I popped around for over a year, trying to get this resolved.Eventually, I ran into Si's Auto Repair, a guy named Ty introduced them to me, and from start to finish, they were in communication, it was still going to cost me 10k, but still a better price than what was happening at the dealer.When they got the van from the dealer, turns out...they left my engine completely disorganized, and SI's had to put it all back together! So I knew this was going to cost me extra labor... But I bit the bullet.After it was all done and said, when they said to come get the vehicle, it turns out, they didn't charge me the extra couple of grand, and my total ended up being under 10k.Needless to say, this made my wife and I cry, I'm not normally one for this, but it was such an emotional year, and we were ever so grateful for Si's.They showed us pictures of the whole process, we got to meet their technician, and the staff was incredible. Their receptionist top notch.I super appreciate companies who care about their community, and I hope they stay around for a long time and through their charity, I also hope they stay super profitable and keep in business for more people like us.Thank you Si's Auto Repair! Incredible company, I've sent over multiple people to them now that I've found them. If you just want a great honest company go here. I've spoken with the owner, they are still profitable, and yet their prices are way better priced compared to this whole crazy market that is just charging what ever they feel they want.Consider bringing your business here, you'll enjoy the team!

I love this place. Shawn is very knowledgeable about Elements and definitely knows what he is doing. The office person Santana is great as well and help keeps the company afloat and moving. I go there for repairs, oil changes, and etc. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!!! Love these guys!!!

I have been coming here for years! Everyone here is always super welcoming & informative when it comes to issues & necessary maintain with my car. I ve never felt like they are trying to take advantage or add on expensive services my car doesn t really need! They are always super transparent about what s going on and what needs to be fixed. I usually try to go in when Shawn is available, he is really good about getting me in and out as quick and efficient as possible & makes appropriate recommendations on when to return for regular maintenance! I recommend them to all of my people looking for a good reliable shop!

Shawn and the guys did an amazing job on fixing my truck and car. The Tuned up my car so it would run properly. Shawn is very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing cars. He always take the time to explain everything to you. There is no hidden cost or fees. Their prices are very competitive. I have recommended these guys to my family members. I used Si's to get my Lexus IS300 looked at, I felt they were much more affordable than anticipated and haven't had any car issues. The front desk staff, i believe her name is Santana, she is the most amazing, helpful person! Anytime I call she is a joy to talk to you and gets me in right away with any questions answered. As An onsite artist I need to bring my car in for regular maintenance frequently due to the amount of miles I drive each week for work, they are always very reliable and get everything I need done & get me in & out quickly & efficiently & always give me an accurate idea of when to stop in again to keep things moving smoothly. Very reliable & honest shop

Excellent service, i took my 1976 ford granada to shawn to have my shocks and bushings done he had me in an out within a reasonable amount, highly recommend coming here for all your car needs . Customer service was excellent as well !

I have a somewhat mild case of fear for car mechanics. In my opinion, the automotive industry is full of crooks looking to shake you down. My car was towed to SI's and that was the most expensive part of the trip to the shop. From my experience they're very professional and trustworthy. They charge 110$ hr for labor and that's fair. I plan on going back anytime there's a job on my car that I can't do myself. Also for what it's worth, I drive a subaru, a lot of shops will charge extra if they don't want to work on a particular car but this shop says they're happy to work on subaru. They told me that they do everything except alignment. Very happy with them and would recommend the shop to anyone.

Shawn and Bay are great at what he does. They are also very thoughtful of the customers. They let you know what to expect. Service is fast. Definitely will take my car and truck back!This place was absolutely trash when SI owned it. He was not a pos. I'm sure he still is.

Has always been very helpful when getting temp tags but was really over the top this time! I own a diesel car and had to have it towed there for DPF problems. They said it would be about a week and they were able to get under the hood the next day! The lady up front is a total sweet heart! Also they have a credit program so they can get paid then but you just make payments! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Si is honest and legit. Not only did we use him for 10 years on all of our company vehicles, many of our employees use him for their personal vehicles. He alway let us know what the issues were with our vehicle's and let us decide if it was worth it to do the repair. Si was always fair and he has a customer for life. I have and continue refer friends and family to Si's auto.
