I've been coming here for oil changes since 2015 and only recently a minor repair. The price of their 3 oil change deal is a very good deal. Other prices, much less so ($41 to change wiper blades???). My biggest complaint is about scheduling. If I schedule a 10:00 am oil change, why does it take an hour and a half to change my oil??Literally as I was typing this, someone from the dealership called my wife to give her a quote to buy my vehicle. Why are they calling my wife to buy my vehicle while I'm waiting in the waiting room waiting longer than the 90 minutes I was quoted?!?Oh and the 1 repair I've had done here failed the day after it was fixed. They're dismissing it with "yeah that seems to be a problem with these trucks".

Needed to get my Leaf serviced. Scheduling the appointment online was super easy and there were plenty of openings soon. My car was picked up by them and delivered by them. I was texted during the day with a video from the technician and his recommendations, as well as the advisor. I was given all the information I needed to make my decisions about what I wanted them to do and not to do and they did everything I asked and had my car back to me within 5 hours of picking it up. It was 5 star service and I wholeheartedly recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Battery

Took my car in to get it checked, they quoted me $180 just to diagnose the problem. Then I was told, I would get my car the next day. Luckily for me, I was charged $99 for the diagnostic. Still overpriced. Service was ok. However, I do appreciate that I got my car back the same day and the Lyft ride back to work and then back to the dealership.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Service was good, was unable to fix tire with a simple nail in it. I was able to repair it in 15 minutes with less than $10 of supplies from AutoZone. They are understaffed, which makes wait times longer and leads to a less communicative experience. I do not blame the employees, rather the management who has caused an understaffed situation/ not hired people in.

Went into service for 4 recalls I had on my 14 Nissan Altima. Service was overall decent,I had a few questions in regards to transmission oil change. The service advisor unfortunately did not answer all of questions as I wished. No hard feelings, I ll reconsider looking into another dealer for the cvt service.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! My check engine light came on, and I brought it to be serviced with my "Forever Warranty" that doesn't actually apply to anything you need fixed, (not even a year old) but anyways my car stayed over night. Upon receiving my car back, I realized everything in my car was gone. Personal belongings and even the jack were missing. I called to see what happened they guy I spoke didn't even care that my car was robbed while in their possession. They have been knowingly having a problem with homeless people in the area blah blah. Now it has become my problem. Will never come here. Would never recommend this place.

OH. MY. GOSH. Am I glad I went here! Those of you (like me) who wish you could give, um, "a South Jordan Nissan Service Dept." a "0" instead of a "1" but don't know where else to go? COME HERE! They are friendly, proactively communicative, prompt, available, reliable, and honest. It'll restore your faith in humanity. Sam was my service rep, and I could not have asked for better! I LOVE this place!Service: Electrical

I usually don't go to car dealerships, but several people recommended me this shop and they proved right. Had a transmission fluid, oil change and summer tires mounted for a similar price range as a few other places I inquired. The service was very pleasant and great!

I'm really happy about the consistently wonderful treatment and professionalism provided by the service department at Ken Garff Nissan Salt Lake City. I came in once for transmission repairs and again for a radiator fan replacement and both times I was taken care of by Sam Friese, the Service Advisor, who did an amazing job working with my warranty, helping me to understand my vehicle issues each time, and providing a breakdown of coverage and when I could expect the repairs to be done; he was extremely patient, competent and professional. I also appreciate Skyler Shepherd, the Finance Manager, for fixing an issue with my warranty. This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with and why I will continue to purchase cars and service from Ken Garff.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I experienced nothing but negligence, and they were nothing but unprofessional. First time picking up my truck after it being there for weeks, I had the alignment done and found out they put my steering wheel on upside down and other issues were not addressed. For the impact side was the passenger and the hub was damaged, and they failed to address that issue. Which cost me and their company time and money. I thought it was odd that every time I picked up my truck the battery was completely dead. Which begs the question, why? I have had that duralast gold battery for only a year and a half, and every time I get it checked it's fine. on top of all that everytime the computer resets, the check engine light comes on for an exhaust leak. They had to remove the exhaust to fix the transmission, I've had my truck back for a couple weeks and I still have yet to get a dead battery. (So people are aware, when your battery dies or is disconnected; the computer resets and you have to drive at least 50 miles for it to reset.) Which is my next problem, my check engine light is on and I have oil leaking in my driveway. They said it's nothing they could've done, but I called other mechanics and they said when doing a transmission they normally replace the rear main seal, which is where they say it's leaking from. Because they neglected to do so, it's going to cost me $1,000 to get it fixed. They're hiding problems and every time I say something they say it's nothing they could've done. Which is funny cause they need an itemized list of everything that needs to be fixed. The main reason why I brought it to this shop is because they are Nissan certified mechanics, and specific to Nissan vehicles. Supposedly...

I took my car in to get an oil change and specifically asked them to NOT rotate my tires, but they did anyway and it was critical that they shouldn t have been rotated as two of them were brand new. They also said they topped off my fluids and when I checked my windshield washer fluid right after, it was almost empty. I have been here a couple of times now and will not be going back after this. They don t listen and don t do what they say they will. Very irritated with them.Services: Tires, Oil change

Made an appointment for 9:45 showed up early. I told them I would be waiting for the car not dropping off. Was told when made appointment O it s an express takes less than an hour. 1hour 20 minutes later they pull my car in to start. No one came out to say anything no apologies for making you wait or totally missing YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. Don t think they heard me very well when I said I was waiting.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a great experience initially with Ken Garff and my sales associate was excellent (Jackson), however, since then it's not been great. We had purchased new tires and Ken Garff had agreed to take care at cost and just charge labor. This was done back in July - I was also told they had done an alignment. I just had to bring my car into the Mazda dealership down in Murray for an alignment as it's been feeling off. The tech there informed me that it was likely not done when the new tires were installed. I ended up paying to have the work done and it's too much trouble for me to bother with heading back to KG to ask why it wasn't done as they had said (I'm sure the computer will say it was done).Initial Sales experience was great, but the service element is a bit lacking

I was told not to ever take a vehicle in for servicing at a dealership, Because it cost more money. Ken Garff service department did a great job and 400.00 less than what I was quoted by a local mechanic. Brad Isengower gave me a great deal by taking care of my vehicle warranty at no cost and hooked me up with a emission test and decals with no cost. You have a customer for life! Thanks again for taking care of my truck . Sons Truck

Truck Stolen! I brought my truck into get a basic service. I left my keys with the sales department since the service department was closed at that time. I parked my vehicle right next to the service center. The service department was going to perform work on my vehicle while I was on shift for the next 48 hours. I was called the next day by the service department to inform me that my vehicle was not there and had been stolen. They did absolutely nothing for me. No offer to help with a rental car or anything else. They told me I had to take it up with my insurance. My truck was stolen off their lot while they had the keys and they offered nothing!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very disappointed in their service. I took my car in for a oil change which included a tire rotation and car wash. However, instead of my car getting washed they gave me some lame card for a free car wash at some place that is no where near my home. When a company says that their service includes a car wash it better damn well be washed when you pick up your car.

Best service department that I have felt woth. They were up front, honest, and made things very easy when my transmission went out! They set me up with a loaner/rental, on the house, for the weekend. They got the new transmission delivered and in my vehicle by noon Monday! Shantell was very professional and loved working with her.

Kinda slow. Not sure what actually got done on my car since the checklist wasn't filled out properly. I feel like car dealerships don't service your car properly so that the next time you come in for an oil change they can just rip you off. Like my cvt fluid needing to be changed prior to 30K? Cvt fluid can last the entire life of the car if you don't ride it too hard. That's some scam sh*t right there.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Got jammed with excessive labor costs, parts cost $350. Labor was $800. Their explanation was they had difficulty finding the problem.

Why do I make an appointment for service, when my car just sits for over an hour waiting to be moved into the service area to begin work? What the purpose of making an appointment?
